1 GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CAMPING & RESORT SANGULÍ SALOU IN 2018 BUNGALOWS / MOBILHOMES / LODGES Pets are not allowed in any Bungalow, Mobile home or Lodge. The accommodation will be available to the client from 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out must be made before 11am and the accommodation must be in a good condition (eg rubbish bin and dishware cleaned or located in the dishwasher), as well as the furniture replaced in its initial position. The reservation will be kept until 12 a.m. on the day after the contracted arrival date. The non-appearance of the client after this moment, will be equated to a cancellation of the reservation made less than 20 days in advance, explained in the corresponding section PLOTS The reserved plot will be available to the client from 13 h on the day of arrival. The exit must be made before 12 o'clock and the plot must be in good condition (for example, without any elements left on the ground or hanging between the trees). The maximum occupancy per plot is 6 people (children included). The owners of dogs that access the facilities will have to prove to the entrance that the vaccination card is up to date and that the animal is chipped. Non-accreditation will lead to the restriction of access to the facilities. FINANCE / BREAKAGE DEPOSIT All clients staying at the resort will have to provide a credit card as a guarantee against any prejudices caused by inappropriate behavior, damage to facilities, damage to the accommodation, as well as the possible rental of different items (bicycles, safety deposit boxes...). As an alternative to this system, Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou reserves the right to request a 200 deposit at the time of arrival. PREVIEW FOR THE NEXT SEASON In order to improve customer satisfaction, Management allow clients the option to make reservations for the following season before the publication of final tariffs (which takes place in November). Taking this into consideration, the price of the rate used to calculate the reservation is always provisional. The publication of the final rates and the dates they apply will be made public through the website. For this reason, up to 15 days after the publication, the client has the possibility to cancel their reservation due to disagreement with the final price, without any charge and with a full refund of the amount paid in advance. The final calculation of the price of the stay will be established based on the prices advertised on the website. If the reservation has been made prior to this date, it will be necessary to recalculate the final price of the contracted stay and the part to be paid, which will be paid upon arrival at Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou. Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou always specifies the accommodation number at the time of reservation. However, the assignment of a specific accommodation unit does not imply any responsibility on the part of the organisation if, due to force majeure, maintenance actions or organisational reasons, the allocation has to be modified.

2 DEPOSIT The percentage of the final amount, as a deposit to confirm reservations will be: 20% of the amount of the accommodation for reservations made up to 31 December of the year prior to the contracted stay. 40% of the amount of the accommodation for bookings made from 1 January. In accordance with the previous section, from November, the final rates will apply for the following season. To confirm your accommodation reservation, you will have to pay the confirmation amount by credit card. The remaining amount, together with the extras booked (cots and prams), and Tourist Tax, will be paid at the corresponding reception on arrival at Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou or a few days before arrival, by using the express check-in system. The amount of Tourist Tax will be 0.5 per night per person aged 17 years or more, with a maximum of 7 nights (subject to possible variations by the Tax Authority). CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION Any modification to a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing with the signature of the reservation holder. The change, if possible, will be accepted in writing from the Reservation Centre. This change will incur 35 Euros in administrative expenses, if it is the second time that it occurs for the same reservation. The general conditions of cancellation of reservation are: Loss of 10% of the amount paid in advance (with a minimum of 35 euros),, if the cancellation is received more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Loss of 50% of the amount paid in advance, if the cancellation is received between 21 and 29 days before the scheduled date for the contracted arrival. Total loss of the amount paid in advance, if the cancellation is received less than 20 days before the contracted arrival date. The departure of the client before the contracted stay time will not have rights to any return or compensation with respect to the price paid. Cancellations must be made in writing, must be signed and must be sent by (mail@sangulisalou.com). OTHERS It is reminded that it is compulsory to wear the identification bracelet inside the enclosure at all times to ensure proper access control. This identification will be required during the entire stay. You can consult the Special Offers on our website Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou is not responsible for the loss of personal objects during your stay at our facilities. It is for this reason that the use of safes is available to the customer. The Management reserves the right to change opening times during the season, as well as the right to close facilities for maintenance work. The Management will not be held responsible for any damages caused to electrical or electronic devices owned by clients, that have been damaged in the facilities. If any objects belonging to clients are found, they will be held for a maximum of 15 days (in the case of non-valuable objects). Objects considered to be valuable will be

3 held until the end of the season, in accordance with the internal protocol IF2.1 Management of Lost Property. After these deadlines, Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou no longer accepts responsibility for these objects. It is possible that during your stay, phytosanitary and pesticide treatments will take place (in accordance with the pest control plan). During your stay, you will find all the relative information at reception. The Management will not be held responsible for any incidents that may arise as a result of bad practice or negligence by clients, such as circulating on roads/pathways that are not enabled for such purpose, or by using objects/equipment for purposes other than their specified use (i.e, decorative objects or security equipment.) Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou edits the contents of the website with the greatest possible diligence. However, due to reasons beyond control of the company, it is possible that there are typographical errors or that some information is not updated at the time of being consulted by the client. For this reason, the Management emphasizes that images and descriptions to products and services, as well as the stipulated prices and conditions, are for orientative purposes only. They do not have any contractual content and are not binding until the petition has been accepted/confirmed. If a client has made the decision to make a reservation based on incorrect information published on the website, the Management will notify the client and the client will have the right to cancel the reservation without incurring any costs. At the time of making the pre-booking, it is the clients responsibility to read the booking conditions. By paying the deposit the client accepts the booking conditions, the internal rules and regulations of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou and the total price of the contracted stay. VALID FROM 01/12/17

4 GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR STAYS ON CAMPING & RESORT SANGULÍ SALOU IN 2019 BUNGALOWS / MOBILE-HOMES / LODGES / TENTS / VILLAS Pets are not allowed in any accommodation. The accommodation is available to the client from 4 pm on the contracted arrival day. On the day of departure you must vacate the accommodation before am and you are expected to leave the accommodation in good condition: the household waste should have been removed, the dishes washed or in the dishwasher and the furniture should be in its original state at the time of arrival. The reservation is maintained for full days until the advanced paid amount of the reservation has expired. This enforcement is from the moment of the contracted arrival date and with a maximum of 72 hours, provided that the reservation is not paid 100%. The non-appearance of the customer during this period, with the exception of the reservations for which the stay has already been paid 100%, is equated with the reservation cancellation equal to or less than 30 days before arrival. More information can be found in the section below. Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou can provide a number of the accommodation upon booking. Camping & Resort Sanguí Salou can not be held responsible by assigning a specific number of the accommodation if it has to be changed due to force majeure, maintenance actions or other organizational reasons. PITCHES The reserved pitch is available to the customer from 1 pm on the contracted arrival day. The reservation is maintained for full days and this until the advanced paid amount of the reservation has expired. The maximum occupancy of a pitch is 6 people (including children). The dog owners who have access to the facilities must present a valid pet passport along with the chip registration, upon check-in. Non-accreditation involves the restriction of access to the facilities. Dogs must be identified according to the procedure explained to you at the reception. GUARANTEE CUSTOMERS All hosted customers must provide a credit card as a guarantee for possible damage caused by inappropriate behavior, damage to the facilities, damage to the accommodation and / or environment as well as the possible rental of various items (bicycles, safes...) and as alternative to this system, Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou reserves the right to request a deposit of 200 at the time of entry.

5 DOWNPAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION OR PITCH The percentage of down payment for a reservation is: 25% of the total amount for reservations made up to and including 31 December of the previous year of the booked stay. 50% of the total amount for reservations made from 1 January and more than 30 days before the arrival date. 100% of the total amount for reservations made 30 days or less before the arrival date. The reservation of the accommodation or pitch is considered confirmed when the deposit of the indicated amount has been established through the payment process of the website or by the established payment process that has been passed to the customer via the central booking department. The final total amount of the stay is calculated on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking. Any change made by him/her, either by changing dates of the reservation or any other element that is subject to the price, may imply a change in the final amount of the stay. The remaining amount, together with the tourist tax, must be paid on arrival at the reception of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou or, if desired, a few days before arrival using the express checkin system. The amount of the tourist tax is 0.50 per night / per person is due from the age of 17 years with a maximum of 7 nights (this subject to possible changes of the tax authorities). CONDITIONS OF CHANGING DATES OR CANCELLING THE RESERVATION Any change in a confirmed reservation must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a handwritten signature from the title holder of the reservation via mail to mail@sangulisalou.com. Any possible change will be confirmed in writing by the central reservation department by mail. For this purpose 50 administration costs can be calculated if this change entails a reduction in the value of the initially contracted stay. If the change entails an increase in the value of the stay, as a result of an increase in days or a substantial change of dates of entry and dates of departure and this in a different tariff group, the deposit amount that applies to this will not be changed and the amount now paid will remain applicable. The general cancellation conditions are the following: Loss of 50 of the prepaid amount if the cancellation is received more than 60 days before the planned arrival date of the contracted stay. Loss of 50% of the pre-paid amount if the cancellation is received between 60 and 31 days before the scheduled date of arrival of the contracted stay. Total loss of the pre-paid amount if the cancellation is received in a period equal to or less than 30 days before the arrival date of the contracted stay. The decision of the customer to leave earlier than the booked departure date does not entitle the holder to a refund or compensation of the amount already paid. Any reservation cancellation must be requested in writing and signed with a handwritten signature from the title holder. This must be sent as an attachment to an to mail@sangulisalou.com. In this , the customer confirms that he / she is the owner of the account to which the amount, if applicable, must be refunded. The date of receipt of the completed form is decisive for the calculation of the amount to be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.

6 FURTHER NOTIFICATIONS We remind you that the identification bracelet must always be worn within the camping & resort in order to guarantee access control. This identification is required during the entire stay. The Management of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou is not liable for theft of personal items that may take place during your stay in our facilities. For this reason, safety deposit boxes are available for the customers. The Management reserves the right to change the hours during the season and to close facilities in connection with maintenance tasks. The Management Board can not be held responsible for damage to electrical or electronic equipment owned by the customer and that have been damaged in the facilities. Lost items owned by the customer and in case is has been found, will be kept in custody for a maximum of 15 days (in the case of items considered non-valuable) or until the end of the season (in the case of items protocol, IF2.1 Management of lost items, to be considered valuable). From these terms, the items are no longer held in custody of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou. Phytosanitary treatments and pesticides can take place during your stay to protect the integrated pest control. All this information is at your disposal during the stay at the receptions. The Management is not responsible for possible incidents that may occur as a result of malpractice by our customers, such as circulating on roads that are not intended for this purpose or using elements intended for other purposes. A team of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou edits the content of the website with the utmost care, but it may be, for reasons beyond the control of the company, a typographical error has occurred or some data or information have not been updated at the time it was consulted by the user. For this reason, the Board of Directors announces that the references (images and descriptions) of the products and services, as well as the prices and the conditions provided, have only an indicative function; they have no contractual content and are not binding until the express confirmation of the request. If a user has made the decision to contract on the basis of incorrect information published on the internet, the Management will inform him / her of this and he / she has the right to cancel the contract without having to pay any expenses. At the time of making the reservation, the customer accepts the obligation to read the reservation conditions and accepts these and also the internal regulations of Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou by means of the deposit of the total amount of the reservation of the contracted stay. In application of the provisions of articles 25 and 26 of Decree 159/2012, of November 20th, the client expressly states that he has previously read and known the conditions of reservation and cancellation of the stay, therefore they are part of the contract reached, which is ratified with the acceptance thereof.
