3 Terms and Conditions Details: After registration the following conditions apply. The fee is 673,15. We reserve the right to cancel the course should there not be enough participants, for economic reasons or as a result of special circumstances. In such an event the course fee will be reimbursed in full by us. The Program includes the following: Daily yoga and taiji exercises Guided nature hikes Four nights of accommodation including breakfast Several excursions in the surrounding areas The price does not include the following Flight ticket to and from Majorca Tourist tax Shuttle to and from the airport (we recommend the hiring of a vehicle) Personal expenses Health and accident insurance for Spain! : Personal responsibility The trip can result in having to make adaptation to the circumstances on site. Differences in individual needs and requirements could result in rooms having to be shared. (unless a single room has been reserved and paid for). With the registration for this course you accept the terms and conditions and that the trainer might have to make decisions for the well being of the entire group for e.g. a participant might be asked to leave so as not to endanger the entire group in cases of illegal or unwarranted actions. In such an event the individual would have no right to reclaim the fee or make claims for damages. Participation in this course is no alternative to psychotherapy. In cases of doubt please consult your physician or therapist. Cancellation: Should you cancel this course the following applies: cancellation has to be made in writing. Without cost eight weeks prior to the start of the course. A fee of 50 per cent is charged 23 days prior to the start and 100 per cent 0 to seven days before the start of the course. We do not take responsibility for medical treatment. Participants accept that upon registration they are taking part in a trip to a foreign country and that different climate, temperature and geographical circumstances apply compared to the home environment.
