5 Art. 2. Description The ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY is made up of a course of approx. 125 km on the public highway, with a few selection trials on the way on closed circuits. The cars will start with a time interval of 30 seconds between each departure. With a view to the smooth running of the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY, the Organiser shall have the option of changing these intervals and this on duty of the requirements of the moment. All necessary information for the following of the travel route will be found in the RoadBook, handed over to the participants by the Organisation and established according to the dots and arrows system. Art. 3. Cars eligible for selection 3.1 The ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY is an automobile event run on an invitational basis. It is open to GT vehicles of younger than 20 years. The organisation is authorised to make exceptions to this for unique cars which had a significant role in the history of the automobile. Pg.4 Applicants must submit a request for participation concerning their vehicle and their team before the closure of the registration period on The file must also contain a photograph, or failing this a clear description of the vehicle in question. An initial selection of the vehicles to be retained will take place in the months of May/June The selected participants will be officially invited to participate in the event per written message. A final selection of the vehicles and participants to be retained will take place in the month of September The Organiser is not obliged to justify his decision to reject an application or not to select a vehicle or team Every candidate who wants to register his vehicle needs to make sure that on the date of the administrative check his car complies with the traffic legislation of the countries in which the vehicles will evolve. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any presented vehicle. In the event of refusal of a vehicle or team, the Organiser shall not be obliged to justify his decision.

6 3.3 Distance metres The use of any measurement systems for distances is authorised. 3.4 Each team may be made up of a maximum of 2 members who can each take their turn behind the wheel without systematic indications, provided they comply with the conditions prescribed by the highway code. Drivers authorised by the organisation are all adults who hold a valid driving licence. In addition to the pilot and co-pilot mentioned on the "request to participate", NO passengers are allowed in the back of the vehicle and YET less for young children. Minors as of the age of 15 years may only be part of a team as a co-driver. Co-drivers younger than 18 years of age must have the written consent of one or both parents. Art. 4. Registrations Pg Any candidate on receipt of an invitation to the event must fill in the online invitation request completed and signed on the ad-hoc document and only on that document, before 31 August Entry forms may be obtained on the web site of ZOUTE GRAND PRIX on Any application to participate may be rejected by the Organizer without it being obliged to cite a reason. The decision is without recourse and should be communicated to the candidate at last in September. 4.2 Changes to commitments may be accepted up to the 14 th September Any request for change after that cut-off time must be submitted for the approval and opinion of the Selection Committee of the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY. 4.3 By sending in a request to participate, all candidates undertake to abide by the terms of these general conditions. 4.4 The applications will be examined by a Selection Committee. This committee is made up of specialists in the area of modern GT cars. 4.5 The Organiser will accept a maximum of 200 cars at the start.

7 Art. 5. Contribution towards the costs 5.1. The contribution towards the costs is established and detailed on the website: Any request to participate will only be considered on receipt of a duly completed and signed request to participate online form and on receipt of the full fee for participation, to be transferred to the account number of: ZOUTE EVENTS bvba Natiënlaan 125 B-8300 Knokke-Heist, Belgium Belfius Bank IBAN: BE BIC: GKCCBEBB Pg.6 The selection committee will carefully select the participants and will send written confirmation to the participating teams. In the event of non-selection by the selection committee, the candidate will be notified of this in writing and the paid amount will be refunded within the following month. If the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY is complete at date of closure of the inscriptions, the candidate participant, will then have the option of joining a waiting list. As soon as a place is freed up in the Tour, this candidate participant will be notified immediately. It is authorised to submit a request to participate form even if the participant does not yet know the name of his co-driver. The missing information must be sent as quickly as possible via to info@zoute-events.be. This form is only a 'request' to participate on the part of the participant and shall not bind the Organiser to accept the application. The decision of the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY selection committee is final In the event of cancellation of participation by the participant, the following rules shall apply: 1. If cancellation before refunding of 75% of the contribution towards the costs. 2. If cancellation before refunding of 50% of the contribution towards the costs. 3. If cancellation before refunding of 25% of the contribution towards the costs. 4. If cancellation after no refund of the contribution towards the costs. In addition, no amount shall be refunded in the event that the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser.

8 5.4. The Organiser has taken out a Civil Liability insurance policy Organisation and Highway traffic with the Group AXA BELGIUM NV. (Policy no ) A copy of the policy conditions can be made available to the participant at first request. The Organiser shall only be liable for the risks that are the subject of this insurance policy. For all other risks, the participant must consequently take out an own insurance policy, with a waiver of recourse against the Organiser. Art. 6. Teams 6.1 Only the people mentioned in the request to participate shall be allowed at the start The reporting of a member of a team or the allowing of an additional person in the car of a participant may lead to the disqualification of the team. Art. 7. Starting order Rank Numbers Vehicle documentation Pg The event management can at its discretion give the start in order of arrival at the administrative control. Any delay at the start of the event or a stage or section (new start after regrouping) may be penalized at the discretion of the Event's Director. 7.2 The Organiser will provide all participants with an identification number that must be placed where it is visible on the front of the car. He will also hand over a GEO DYNAMICS BLACKBOX device for speed control. In case of nondelivery of this device on arrival or in case of loss of it, it will be charged to the defaulting competitors a sum of 300,00 + vat. 7.3 In order to be accepted at the start, the vehicles must be registered in accordance with the rules in a country of the European Community and must be insured for Civil Liability with an insurance company that is recognised within the European Community. Valid registration books and the insurance green cards will be required for the Technical and Administrative Checks on Thursday The Organizer draws attention to the fact that access to a country other than Belgium is not allowed for vehicles bearing a "commercial" registration mark (traders and / or test drives plates).

9 Art. 8 Advertising 8.1 The teams agree to carry out all advertising that is imposed by the Organiser through the act of registration, and this throughout the entire duration of the event It is strictly forbidden to place own advertising on the participating GT car, in whatever form. Only the advertising materials supplied by the organisation must compulsorily be placed on the participating cars The participating vehicles may certainly not carry out any advertising that conflicts with that in place through the Organiser or with that in place through its official sponsors or car partners. Art. 9 Start Pg.8 The time interval between the cars at the start shall be 30 seconds, at the Event Management's own discretion. The start will be given in accordance with the schedule. Art. 10 Zones for selection trials A number of selection trials will take place during the ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY, on one of the privatized sites for this purpose. These include the ZOUTE GT SLALOM, the ZOUTE GT SPRINT and the FASTEST TRACK. The ZOUTE GT TOUR by EY will take place on the public highway. The greatest of care must be taken with regard to other road users and roadside residents during the complete Tour. The Belgian and European traffic regulations must be abided by in full at all times. Art. 11 Penalties The organizer sets up RADAR zones where speed is limited. These areas are mentioned in the Road Book. Exceeding 10 km / h of the speed limit will result in a penalty of 10 points per kilometer above this permitted speed. Exceeding 50% of the speed limit will result in immediate exclusion as well as a refusal to participate in the event for 3 years.

10 Art. 12 Rankings (Rewards) To figure in the rankings, teams must have followed the full course. The participant must have all stamps from the passages points. The rankings will then be established according to the cumulative results obtained for the various selection trials. The best time in an event brings 1 point. The 10 th best time brings 10 points and so on... The crew with the fewest points will be declared the winner. Rankings 1st 2 trophies for the team 2nd 2 trophies for the team 3rd 2 trophies for the team Pg.9 In addition to the top three in the General ranking, each of the winners of the various selection tests will be awarded with a trophy. However, there will be no accumulation possible between two awards. In the event of a tie, the following will be named as the winner: the participant who achieved the best time during the ZOUTE GT SPRINT and then the ZOUTE GT SLALOM and finally the and the FASTEST TRACK. Art. 13 Award ceremony The Award Ceremony will be held on Sunday during the lunch offered in the VIP tent on Dyke, Het Zoute. Art. 14 Protests 13.1 Any protests must form the object of a written document, to be submitted to the organisation within a maximum of 30 minutes following publication of the rankings. The protest will be examined by the event management. The decision of the event management shall be final and no appeal is possible For all other disputes, the court of Bruges shall alone be competent
