No. Description Qty Unit 1 Overhauling, testing, repairing of 11KVgrade, 630A, HT OCB, 1 nos each 2 Servicing, cleaning, Calibration, performance testing and necessary adjustment of over current/ earth fault/ earth leakage/ IDMT relay. 3 nos each 3 Supply & Fixing of Potential Transformer Fuse of 11KV Grade 3 nos Each 4 Dehydration of Transformer oil with necessary overhauling, checking, earth testing, etc. 1 Job Ltr

2 5 Providing and top-up of new transformer oil in the existing transformer upto the required mark of the conservator tank and HT OCB etc. as required. 25 Ltr Ltr 6 Replacement of SILICA Gel in the transformer etc. as required. 1 Job each 7 Overhauling, testing, repairing LT Panel, replacement of meter, CT, Indicator Lamp etc 1 Job each 8 Overhauling, testing, repairing of 250KVAr Automatic Power Factor controller panel replacement of meter, CT, Indicator Lamp, Contractor, Capacitor are required. 1 Job each 9 Patch repairing of burnt power cable, reinsulating, re termination as required at different floor 4 Job each General Conditions of Contract (GCC): 1. The bid submitted, without the requisite documents and/or the bid submitted without the CGPDTM s terms and conditions duly accepted, shall be summarily rejected. Similarly the bid submitted not in the prescribed bid forms of the CGPDTM, the bid document shall be summarily rejected. 2. No deviation is allowed from the CGPDTM terms & conditions as laid in this document. 3. Earnest money( EMD)amount of Rs.10000/- in the form of DD drawn in favour of Controller of Patents, to be deposited with the tender document. 4. No interest is payable on EMD & performance security amount by the CGPDTM. 5. The bidders are requested to go through the Scope of Work and GCC of the bid before submitting their offer/bid. 6. No claim whatsoever beyond the GCC and Scope of work shall be entertained by the CGPDTM in any circumstances. The bidders shall physically inspect the work premises during working hours on working days and ensure the quantity and scope of the work before bidding. 7. The bidders shall not claim for any price variation / escalation. Bids submitted with a price variation/escalation clause will be treated as non- responsive and rejected.

3 8. The rates quoted by the bidder should be inclusive of all the taxes applicable, levies, labour charge, excise duties, transit, insurance and freight and any other statutory levies etc. 9. The Income Tax and any other taxes or charges as applicable will be deducted at source by the CGPDTM from the successful bidder while making the payment. 10. The bidder shall quote the rate in the format as specified. 10. Canvassing in connection with the bids is prohibited and the bids submitted by the contractor who resort to canvassing are liable for rejection. 11. The CGPDTM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in total without assigning any reason whatsoever. 12. The Goods supplied under this Contract shall conform to the Indian standard. 13. All bids complete in every respect must reach this office within the last date and time of receipt of bid. No extension shall be allowed for any reason what so ever. Late tenders, Tenders received without requisite documents will be rejected summarily. 14. the bidder shall provide a completion report and completion certificate in respect of work carried out vetted by a chartered Engineer capable of providing certification on substation works and the charges will be borne by the bidder. Interested parties are requested to submit their bids mentioning therein the rates in the above format subject to the following conditions: i) The parties have to submit the following documents with self-attestation:- a Trade Licence( Current Financial Year) b Electrical Contractor s Licence c HT Supervisor Licence( 11KV/33KV) d Document of enlistment under CPWD/PWD/WBSEDCL/CESC/ other PSU e List of Work order (Last 3 years) alongwith contract value and completion certificate of each order. f Performance certificate g Last three years IT returns h Last three years service tax return i List of tools and tackles J List of manpower k ESIC No of Manpower ii) The warranty period of the work is 12 months.

4 iii) iv) The bidder should take all the safety measures including life insurance and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE, i.e. Safety Shoes, HT Hand Gloves, Helmet) for the workers engaged by you to do the job. The successful bidder has to produce 10% of the value of the award as performance security within 4 days of awarding the work order which will be refunded after completion of the warranty period. 5 Last date for submission of tenders: 06 th March 2017 upto 3 p.m. Date of Opening of Tender : 06 th March 2017 on 4 p.m. at 4P.M. at this office. Cost of Tender Document : Rs. 500/- only. Performance Security : 10% of the value of work. Performance security will be released after completion of warranty period. The parties or their authorized representatives with an authority letter may be present at the time of opening of the tenders.
