Stalls must be reserved before the show, classes can be entered the day of the show. Class entries/payments are to be made day of the show. For Stalling Reservations, use the Equine Entry Form in the Exhibitor Handbook, or enter online at kansasstatefair.com. If stalling reserved online, at least one class entry is required. Do NOT pay for this class. Class verification will be done prior to payment the day of the show. Only Stalling and tickets are to be paid to The Kansas State Fair. You do not need gate tickets or parking permits for this show. 1. There must be more than one exhibitor in a class to pay more than one premium placing. 2. Entries: All class entries are to be made at the Expo Center Show Office the day before or the day of the show. Please do not send in pre-entries for classes, however, stalls must be reserved. All entries in class must be certified by State Fair Personnel. Failure to complete this action will result in non-certification of entry and non-payment of premiums, 3. Registration: All registration papers, NON-PRO cards, AYA cards and ApHC cards will be checked when entries are made. You must have these with you. All horses entered in KApHC classes must be registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club, The National Breed Association and official registry for Appaloosa Horses. KSHA classes are open to anyone. Copies of Registration Certificates for all Appaloosa horses must accompany entries when submitted. 4. Stalls - dismantling or tampering with any stall panels or pens is prohibited due to safety concerns and may jeopardize exhibitor participation at the Kansas State Fair. 5. Generators are not allowed to be used in the portable equine stalls These are ApHC, KApHC, and KSHA approved shows. Rules of these associations apply to all classes, respectively. All classes will be judged according to the rules of the respective associations mentioned and rules of the Kansas State Fair. Horses entered in Appaloosa classes must be registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club, the national breed association and official registry for Appaloosa Horses. KApHC Futurities and Jackpot classes will be held Saturday evening and not to start before 6:00 pm. Placing will be determined by the combined score of both judges.
