Morgan Securities. He leads The Hill Group, which provides tailored wealth management and banking strategies to high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, families and institutions. Devin s primary responsibilities include overseeing investment strategy for the team s clients. He follows a consistent, disciplined approach in creating customized asset allocation and diversified portfolios. Drawing upon J.P. Morgan s resources, including strategists, economists and analysts, he also accesses carefully screened external mutual funds aiming to help his clients meet their goals. 4 With more than 20 years of financial experience, Devin began his career as an investment banker specializing in real estate, an interest he had from his early years, and which he subsequently pursued during college. The skills he developed, coupled with an interest in the global economy and markets, drove his decision to transition to investment management, where he enjoys working with a broad range of clients. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Securities predecessor firm, Bear Stearns in 1993, Devin was an associate at Winthrop Financial ( ). Devin graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. degree in Economics. He lives in Boston s Back Bay with his teenage daughter. Devin has maintained a lifelong interest in the arts, and continues to enjoy theatre and dance. He served on the board of directors of BalletRox and the Middlesex School Alumni board. He also enjoys travel and sports, and is an avid fan of the New England Patriots. Robert L. Littlehale III Executive Director robert.littlehale@jpmorgan Robert L. Littlehale III is an Executive Director and Financial Advisor with J.P. Morgan Securities. As a member of The Hill Group, Bob leverages his wide-ranging experience and the firm s extensive array of resources to serve middle-market companies and high-net-worth individuals. His primary focus is managing relationships with the team s corporate clients, equipping them with access to the firm s vast research capabilities. Bob has over 40 years of experience in financial services, beginning in personal trust after college, expanding into pensions and profit sharing, and then providing research to institutional clients. He has worked extensively with money management firms, investment counselors and law firms. Having forged a broad network of contacts and deep relationships in the Boston area, Bob has earned a reputation throughout the industry for being responsive and trustworthy, and for keeping his clients interests at the forefront. He can also help guide them in gaining access to capital markets when appropriate. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Securities predecessor firm, Bear Stearns, in 1980, Bob was a trust officer with State Street Bank and Trust Company ( ). He then moved to Bache, Halsey, Stuart Shields (now Wells Fargo) in an institutional sales capacity ( ). Bob grew up in Boston, and earned a B.A. degree in History from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University. He is an active alumnus of both. He and his wife, Shawni, live in Norwell, and enjoy spending time with their four adult children and grandchildren. Bob also plays golf, tennis and squash. 10 Josh Ricciarelli Vice President Josh Ricciarelli is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with J.P. Morgan Securities. He advises individuals, corporate executives and families on investment management and credit issues. Josh incorporates a broad range of J.P. Morgan s resources to structure strategies to help meet his clients needs. As a member of The Hill Group, he provides research services to institutional clients, including family offices, mutual funds and investment advisory firms. Josh developed a passion for the financial markets while still in school, and parlayed that early interest into his current role. In an environment that is saturated with investment providers, Josh recognizes the importance of serving his clients with high levels of honesty and integrity. He relies on strong relationship management and communication skills to gather facts and to learn about his clients motivations. He then designs strategies using the firm s Horizon and Portfolio Advisor platforms, adding alternative assets strategies, as appropriate, for qualified clients. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan s predecessor firm, Bear Stearns, in 2000, Josh was a Retirement Plan Specialist with Putnam Investments ( ). Josh graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. degree in Public Policy. He is active in several charitable organizations for multiple sclerosis and Huntington s disease. As a married father of two young children, he spends most of his leisure time with his family enjoying outdoor activities in Wilmington, where the family resides. In his remaining spare time, Josh roots for the Celtics and Patriots. Mariah Maines Financial Advisor mariah.maines@jpmorgan.com Mariah Maines is a Financial Advisor with J.P. Morgan Securities. As part of the Hill Group, her responsibilities primarily consist of business development for the team. Mariah coordinates the firm s robust resources, including investment management, banking and credit, to help forge long-term relationships with prospects and clients. With a previous background in sales and account management, Mariah has focused on working with individuals and C-Suite Executives, experience she continues to leverage in her current role. Recognizing the importance of building trust, she begins each prospect relationship by listening to their concerns, and then identifies areas where the firm s services can add value in today s financial environment. She models various scenarios to illustrate how prospective clients can benefit from the thought leadership and investment strategies the firm offers. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2013, Mariah held positions at Grantmakers for Education and The High Bar. Growing up in Colorado, Mariah graduated from Bard College, earning a B.S. degree in Political Science with an Economics focus. She now lives in Cambridge, and is an active participant in 85 Broads, a women s financial networking organization, and in J.P. Morgan s TBC Mentoring Committee. In her spare time, Mariah likes to run, hike and play tennis. Greg McGee Client Associate gregory.mcgee@jpmorgan.com Greg McGee is a Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Securities. Greg is an integral part of the Hill Group, responding to client requests, maintaining account documentation, generating reports, implementing wire transfers, executing trades and managing syndicate allocations. Greg s career in financial services is an outgrowth of studying international policy in college. His curriculum grounded him in the interplay between politics, finance, economics and government, and the role each plays in helping to position clients for successful investment management over the long term. After graduation, Greg worked at Brown Brothers Harriman ( ) as a Senior Trade Specialist. His responsibilities there were primarily focused on operations, computing daily net asset value for the firm s institutional mutual funds. He gravitated to a more client-centric position at J.P. Morgan in In his current role, he relies on problem-solving skills and perseverance to provide exceptional client service. A graduate of Boston College, Greg earned a B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. He grew up in Worcester, and now lives in Brookline, where he is an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He also completed the prestigious Boston Marathon.
