Bob has developed a broad perspective of financial planning and portfolio management that has helped companies and individuals alike. After graduating from Muhlenberg College where he majored in Economics, Bob entered a career in Retail Sales, marked by serving in senior executive positions with Sears Roebuck. Bob has achieved both the firm s Director and Presidents Club distinction for excellence. He is a recognized Five Star Wealth Manager * by Boston Magazine from 2010 through He also serves as a Trustee of the Plimoth Plantation locally, and also has served as Chemung County United Way Chairperson. 5 Patrick McNamara, CFP Senior Portfolio Manager Vice President Wealth Advisor Patrick is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Patrick uses a holistic approach in working with his clients to develop customized financial and retirement planning solutions. He is a firm designated Senior Portfolio Manager and emphasizes disciplined and tax efficient investment management strategies. Patrick received his BS in Business Administration from the SUNY College at Oswego and his MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Patrick worked at Goldman Sachs in their Private Client Services Group and Fidelity Investments Brokerage Division. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a designation that he uses daily in our efforts to assist clients. He is a 2012 and 2013 Boston Magazine Five Star Wealth Manager award recipient. Patrick and his wife, Kerry, have three children and live in Scituate, MA. He enjoys sports, family time, and travelling. Daniel Dubeau Financial Advisor Dan is a Financial Advisor with 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dan is responsible for relationship management, business development, and retirement plan consulting at the Graff- McNamara Group. He also is a licensed loan officer with extensive banking background, which provides another level of comprehensive service to his clients. Dan is an ROTC graduate of Bryant University, and served in the United States Army as a commissioned officer for seven years. Dan is a veteran of the 1991 Persian Gulf Campaign and was a recipient of the Southwest Asia Service Medal. While in the service, Dan s values of integrity, hard work, and discipline were reinforced. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Dan managed multiple private client branches for JPMorgan Chase as well as other retail banking networks. Dan and his wife, Monica, have two daughters and live in Cohasset, MA. They enjoy family time, cooking, golf, and travelling. Dan serves on the Board of Overseers at the South Shore Conservatory for Music. Kathleen Vigneau Senior Registered Client Service Associate Kathleen A. Vigneau joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Kathleen s primary focus with the Graff/McNamara Group is client service. Her duties include relationship management, client administration, and coordinating the group s overall day-to-day activities. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. We conduct a thorough discovery conversation to assess where you are (Net Worth), where you wish to go (Goals), and what resources you have to get there. Goal Analysis Helps you to identify ways to achieve your other financial goals such as legacy, charitable aims, major purchases, and education funding. Allocation Monitor - Compares your target asset allocation versus your actual asset allocation to highlight any differences. Asset Monitor Measures the value of your current portfolio against a range of portfolio values that support the long-term strategy you established. Cash Flow Monitor Provides a view of your actual versus planned withdrawals and savings amounts within your Morgan Stanley portfolio to help you stay on track. It provides a visual answer to the question How long will my money last? Monte Carlo Scenario Driver Allows us to create one or multiple potential scenarios that can be compared to the current plan. These scenarios allow you to stress test the allocation and savings plan to assess long term potential effectiveness. We like to refer to these as What If Scenarios. 8 Our Investment Philosophy There comes a point when managing your assets can easily become a full-time job. As your life evolves, not only can your financial strategy become more complex, but your options for implementing it increase as well. Each client portfolio in the Portfolio Management program is designed and managed on a fully discretionary basis by our team. We use a rational, disciplined and unemotional investment process, consisting of the following: 1. Client Centric We conduct an assessment of your investment experience, risk tolerance and financial objectives to construct an investment plan that best suits your goals. Each portfolio is managed within your risk tolerance to meet your goals for capital preservation, income, capital appreciation and/or tax efficiency. We use a variety of Model Portfolio Strategies, including conservative, global growth, income, and tax efficient themes and can meet any investors needs. 2. Portfolio Construction Each portfolio generally consists of non-proprietary institutional mutual fund, closed-end funds and/or ETFs. We use funds with consistent track records and experienced management teams. We diversify across asset classes to categories we think will perform well in the ever changing economic environment. Discovery Conversation: This session allows us to listen to you so we can understand your business, previous experiences and identify your greatest areas of financial needs. This includes gathering plan data and an employee census, so we can analyze your current retirement plan design. Census Completion: Once completed and received by our team, we will consult with our Third Party Administrator (TPA) partner that specializes in retirement plan design. Illustration Review: We will discuss this illustration with you and your advisors, such as your accountant.
