5 Gregory A. Watts, CMFC Wealth Advisor Senior Vice President Greg joined Morgan Stanley in 1981 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Tech. He has received the Wealth Advisor designation and is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor. As an industry veteran, he brings significant experience and knowledge to the process of helping clients meet their individual financial goals. He has built long term relationships by blending prudent counsel, informed judgment, and sound advice with genuine concern for his clients. His approach is to help clients understand the context of their financial situation, guide them in setting appropriate financial objectives, and work with them in managing their assets to reach their objectives. Modern financial markets are complex and fast-paced, requiring a level of competence and capital beyond the scope of most individual investors. For these reasons, Greg believes that engaging world-class institutional portfolio managers is the most effective and efficient means of accessing global securities markets in a manner that maximizes returns and controls risk. Taking a comprehensive, collaborative approach means actively providing advice and counsel as appropriate and making himself available and accessible when needed. Keeping clients informed, making recommendations, and providing regular portfolio monitoring are all part of the ongoing planning and investment management process. Greg was named One of America's Top 1,000 Financial Advisors by Barron's in 2011 and 2012, and One of Virginia's Top Financial Advisors in , and 2011 by Virginia Business Magazine. Licensed and registered as both an Investment Adviser and a Registered Representative, Greg is also licensed with the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ Stock Market. He has served as the Co-Chairman of the Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Council and as a member of the Morgan Stanley Technology Council. He is a member of the Morgan Stanley President's Council, an Associate Member of the Association of Christian Economists, and a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society. He enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, fishing, and shooting sports. He serves as a Regional Board Member with Hope International, a Group Leader with Bible Study Fellowship, and is active in his church. 6 Betzaida Mancebo Senior Registered Client Service Associate Financial Planning Associate Betsy joined Morgan Stanley in 1990 and brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to the practice. She received her Associates Degree in Marketing Management and Sales from New York City Technical College in As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Betsy brings significant operational experience and expertise to the practice, as well as conducting planning and portfolio review and assessment preparation. She is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and has received the Financial Planning Associate designation from Morgan Stanley. Betsy has served as Assistant Branch Operations Manager and as a member of the Morgan Stanley Client Service Associate Council. As a cancer survivor, Betsy is actively involved in breast cancer awareness, education, and research fundraising. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Lou, two daughters, and granddaughter and lives in Virginia Beach. Shandra Smith Client Service Associate Shandra joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 and combined with her previous career in banking, brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to the practice. As a Client Service Associate, Shandra brings considerable experience in serving the operational and administrative needs of clients. She is currently working toward her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In her spare time, Shandra enjoys running and baking. She is actively involved in her church, serving in the youth ministry and as a mentor and counselor to young women. She and her husband, Perry, live in Virginia Beach. 6 MORGAN STANLEY
