Public Wrks Directr/City Engineer Fachin stated that Bb Wadell will be presenting the findings t the City Cuncil August 2 nd. Staff is seeking directin frm Cuncil n hw t prceed with the relcatin. Hping t share the presentatin with the Airprt Cmmissin at the next meeting. Directin frm Cuncil is imprtant due t the fact that the verlay prject needs t be designed and cmpleted in the next 2 years. AIRPORT 2016/2017 ANNUAL FUEL SALES PROFILE REVIEW. Operatins Manager Cardza reprted the current fuel prices are $4.209/galln fr 100LL; JetA is $3.709/galln. We are #2 least expensive fr ur fuel prices within a 50 mile radius. Our sales were abut 430 gallns less this year cmpared t gallns sld this time last

4 year. We sld mre gallns last mnth, than the mnth prir, and are catching up t last year's mnthly sales. AIRPORT 2016/2017 REVENUE/EXPENDITURE UPDATE. Directr/City Engineer Fachin stated we are $64,000 psitive in revenue. These reprts reflect 11.5 mnths. Next year we will payff ur debt service. PROPOSED AIRPORT BUDGET FOR 2017/2018 FISCAL YEAR. Directr/City Engineer Fachin reviewed the prpsed budget. There was a budget study sessin n May 30 th The budget will be presented t Cuncil tmrrw night fr adptin. The numbers are similar t last year, but we have included the $150,000 grant that will be used t update ur Airprt Plans and Specs. AIRPORT FACILITY MAINTENANCE REPORT. Operatins Manager Cardza reprted we have purchased the base rck fr the runway. We will be spreading the rcks when there is time available. Hg wire has been placed all arund the airprt t deter cytes and jack rabbits. We recently replaced a circuit breaker near the area that is rented by Silver Springs Helicpter. PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER REPORT. Directr/City Engineer Fachin reprted we put in fur hunting type cameras t cunt hw many airplanes were landing n ur runway, which is needed fr the relcatin study. The hmeless have been using the Pilt's Lunge quite ften. The Plice Department will cntinue t patrl the area and keep an eye n it. COMMISSION MEMBER REPORTS. ANDERSON: N reprt. REED: N reprt.
