Meeting Schedule FY 2012/2013 ACTION ITEM The following schedule of bi-annually meetings is proposed to be held at the hour of 1 p.m. for fiscal year 2012/2013, in the Stockton City Council Chambers, second floor, City Hall, 425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California: October 26, 2012 May 10, FY 2011/2012 Budget Update and 2012/2013 Budget Proposal ACTION ITEM Site Authority staff will give an overview of the operations budget for the Stockton Center Site for the 2011/12 fiscal year. A recap of revenues and expenditures, as compared to original budget projections, will be provided (Attachment B). -1-

2 July 30, 2012 The proposed Site Authority Operations budget for fiscal year 2012/2013 (Attachment B) will be presented for approval by the board, with discussion of budget recommendations. 6. Each speaker is limited to five minutes. Speakers must submit Request to Speak cards to the Secretary, and be prepared to speak when called. No speaker will be received after the close of the Public Comment portion of the meeting. All proceedings are conducted in English.
