1 AGENDA Black Diamond Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Hearing held on Friday, September 14, 2018 Town of Black Diamond Council Chambers 1:00 pm 1. Chairperson will call the meeting to order. 2. Introduction of Board Members, Legal Counsel (if present) and Administrative Staff. 3. Adoption of Agenda for these hearings. 4. Appeal Hearing: Appellant is Patrick Globensky Regarding the Stop Order issued July 26, to immediately discontinue all operations on the lands, including but not limited to, automotive repairs, automotive sales, storage and salvage of motor vehicles and trailers, sale and storage of motor vehicle parts, storage and use of all vehicle maintenance equipment, tools, parts, additives, AND discontinue all business activities of any description until such time as a Town of Black Diamond Development Permit has been issued and all terms and conditions of the Development Permit have been met; AND remove all unregistered vehicles from the lands within 7 days of the date of this notice; AND take all measures to ensure that these contraventions do not re-occur. Location: Street SE, Town of Black Diamond - Lot 46, Block 1, Plan 5378ED 5. Adjournment of public portion of the hearing. The Board Members will deliberate during a Closed Session, and will release their decision in writing at a later date.

7 INTERMUNICIPAL SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board is holding Development Appeal Hearings, on behalf of the Town of Black Diamond, at the Town Office at 301 Center Avenue West (Lower Level), Black Diamond, Alberta on Friday, September 14, 2018 beginning at 1:00 P.M. STOP ORDER Appeal against an Order of the Development Officer to discontinue all operations on the lands, including but not limited to automotive repairs, automotive sales, storage and salvage of motor vehicles and trailers, sale and storage or motor vehicle parts, storage and use of all vehicle maintenance equipment, tools, parts, additives, AND discontinue all business activities of any description until such time as a Town of Black Diamond Development Permit has been issued and all terms and conditions of the Development Permit have been met; AND remove all unregistered vehicles from the lands within 7 days of the date of this notice; AND take all measures to ensure that these contraventions do not re-occur. The Order of the Development Officer was issued with respect to the lands located at Street SE (Lot 46, Block 1, Plan 5378ED). Please be advised that any response to this advertisement will become a matter of Public Record of the relevant Appeal Hearing, and may be forwarded to the affected parties prior to the hearing for review and consideration. Your submission will be considered your consent to its distribution. If any person feels that they may be affected by this decision, representation may be made at the time of the hearing to the Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Copies of the agenda items are available at the Town Office and on the Town s website for review. Note that an appeal may be withdrawn at any time by the Appellant.
