There should be no over writing, however if there is overwriting it should be initialed with the affixing of the seal of the tenderer, otherwise it will be considered as invalid. 6) Fixed Deposit Receipt from nationalized bank in the joint name of Registrar, Saurashtra University, Rajkot and yourselves of Rs. 10,000/- is to be attached with tender as a earnest money deposit. Should be Signed with Stamp by the Vender. 7) For any matter in this regard the direction of Registrar will be final and binding to all the concerned parties. 8) The Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility or corrupt or fraudulent practices or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies. Declaration in this regard by the Partner / Director /Proprietor on the stamp paper of Rs.50/-. 9) The Tenderer should invariably submit his tender in separate sealed covers separately namely (1) Technical Bid (2) Commercial bid.(3) E.M.D covers 10) Tenderer should also furnish the details on nature of constitution of their firm; names and addresses of the partners/ proprietors/directors and also the details of sister concerns if any. Also specify details or documents requested in tender enquiry. 11) In case of a refusal to execute the work by the successful bidder, the security deposit shall be forfeited.

5 12) The contract between the selected party and saurashtra university Rajkot to provide annual maintenance of online U.P.S. installed at various department/section of university.selected party will have to follow the Terms and condition as below and agree to sign a contract on NON JUDICIAL stamp paper of Rs.100/- a) The contract made between selected party and Saurashtra University will be for one year i: e. from Date.01/04/2015 to Date.31/03/2016. b) All On-line U.P.S. as per Annexure-1 & 2 details will be without batteries. c) Payment terms will be remain as per following schedule: 25% of Total AMC cost July % of Total AMC cost October % of Total AMC cost January and Final 25% of Total AMC cost April d) AMC is a comprehensive type i.e. All Spares, Labour and related parts require for repairing on-line U.P.S. are included in AMC. No Expense will be born by University during the AMC period to keep U.P.S. in up-to-date in working condition. e) Preventive maintenance is to be done by vender to all online U.P.S. once in a month and report will be submitted to: systems Engineer, computer centre saurashtra university Rajkot-5 regularly department/section wise as per Annexure-1 &2. f) Selected Party will have to submit advance preventive maintenance chart date wise/section wise, so that we can inform to respective departments / section to keep their UPS free for service purpose. g) Party will have to keep U.P.S. in working condition for user within 24-hours after receiving the call from user or staff of computer centre saurashtra University Rajkot-5. h) If party fails to repair online U.P.S. within above time period then party will have to arrange for replacement the same capacity or higher capacity of U.P.S. during the down time of above U.P.S. without any charges. i) When any U.P.S. mentioned in annexure-1 and 2 take away by vendor for repair, it should be repaired and reinstall within 10 days of time period. If vendor fails to do so for more than 3-times then party will be added to black list. and will not entertain / eligible for next year AMC Contract. j) Final installment of payment of AMC will not be release unless satisfactorily completion of AMC REPORT given by the computer centre Saurashtra University-Rajkot. i.e At the completion of contract i.e. end of contract all U.P.S. (as mentioned in annexure- 1 & 2) should be in working order at respective sites. k) Termination of contract period by either party during one month notice in writing. l) The jurisdiction of the contract shall be Rajkot. m) In case of emergency need by user of various department/section as per Annexure-1 & 2 party will have to provide the sufficient service support.
