MICHELSON WATER RECYCLING PLANT CONTRACT CHANGE ORDERS VARIANCE AND CONSULTANT SELECTION - MALLOY/BURTON Recommendation: That the Committee approve Contract Change Order No. 81 with J. R. Filanc Construction, Co., in the amount of $66,811.32, for the purchase of a metal building to be used for equipment storage for the MWRP Biosolids and Energy Recovery Facilities Project (1617); recommend that the Board approve Contract Change Order No. 83 with J. R. Filanc Construction, Co. in the credit amount of $228, due to final quantity adjustment of the sewer and floodwall piles for MWRP Phase 2 Expansion and Flood Protection Improvements, Projects (1599), (1150), (1706), and (1118); approve Variance No. 2 with Delta Systems in the amount of $70,000, for additional SCADA programming for the MWRP Phase 2 Expansion; and authorize the General Manager to execute a professional landscaping design services agreement with TCLA, Inc., in the amount of $36,220, for the final landscaping plans for the MWRP Phase 2 Expansion, Projects (1599) and (1706). 10. PORTOLA ZONE 9 BOOSTER PUMP STATION GENERATOR BUDGET ADDITION, EXPENDITURE AUTHORIZATION, AND VARIANCE CHO/ CORTEZ/BURTON Recommendation: That the Committee recommend the Board authorize an addition to the FY Capital Budget for Project (4146) for $293,700; approve an Expenditure Authorization in the amount of $68,200 for Project (4146); and authorize the General Manager to execute Variance No. 5 in the amount of $28,240 with Psomas for the Portola Zone 9 BPS Generator, Project (4146). 11. PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE FLEET MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO THE ORANGE COUNTY CEMETERY DISTRICT - DAYER/PEDERSEN Recommendation: That the Committee recommend the Board approve the draft terms and conditions for IRWD to provide maintenance and repair of Orange County Cemetery District s equipment for a two-year period and to authorize the General Manager to execute a Municipal Services Agreement with the Orange County Cemetery District, subject to non-substantive changes.

SYPHON RESERVOIR INTERIM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BUDGET, EXPENDITURE AUTHORIZATIONS AND EQUIPMENT PRE-PURCHASE- CHO/LEW/CORTEZ/BURTON Recommendation: That the Committee recommend the Board approve an Expenditure Authorization for Project (3729) in the amount of $345,400; authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with Hellan Strainers in the amount of $143,610 for the pre-purchase of two 14-inch strainers; and authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with West Coast Pipe in the amount of $101, for the pre-purchase of 36-inch steel pipe for Syphon Reservoir Interim Improvements, Project (3729). 13. SAN JOAQUIN MARSH CAMPUS MOLD REMEDIATION PROJECT ADDITION TO CAPITAL BUDGET AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORIZATION CORTEZ/BURTON Recommendation: That the Committee recommend the Board authorize the addition of Project (4130) in the amount of $369,600 to the FY Capital Budget, and approve an Expenditure Authorization in the amount of $369,600 for the San Joaquin Marsh Campus Mold Remediation, Project (4130).
