2 Information Our Walt Disney Trip is scheduled for April 5-10, 2017 All performance groups will have the opportunity to perform. Disney s performance policy indicates that you need at least 10 performers per group in order to be accepted.

12 Payment Options You can pay monthly using the coupon form available at with either cash, check or credit card. CREDIT CARD AUTOMATIC MONTLY PAYMENTS: Please use the ATPI/New Haven Travel payment form, available at Use this form if you wish to be automatically charged when a payment is due, for the amount due. Forms need to be submitted prior to the September 2016 payment. If this option is used for all of the monthly payments, (SEPT/OCT/NOV/DEC/JAN/FEB) your student will receive an extra $20.00 Disney Food Gift Card to be sued during the trip. PAY NOW FEATURE-If you wish to make the majority of payments up front, $ , by September 1, 2016, your student will receive a $30 Disney Food Gift Card to be used during the trip. Any payment form can be used. In the case of cancellation, all deadlines, dates and penalties are still in effect. The cancellation policy will be listed in the Disney Handbook.

20 How do student accounts work? Student Accounts will operate differently this year as it regards the Disney Trip. If you have enough funds in your account to make a full payment, you can use those funds for any of the monthly payments.
21 How do student accounts work? If your account balance is not enough to make a complete monthly payment, funds in your account can be used on the last two payments in any amount. (Jan. & Feb.) Payments from Student Accounts must be in whole dollar amounts. No cents. In order to use Student Account funds, those funds must be in your account when the monthly payment is due.
22 How do student accounts work? For the February payment, if you have money in your account that you would like to use, that would put you in overpaid status, New Haven Travel will issue you a refund for that amount. MPA Student Account money can not be used as spending money on the trip; only for the pre-paid cost of the trip.
