Hotel Reservations Encore at the Wynn Las Vegas will not be accepting room reservations. After conference registration has been received, you will be sent hotel reservation information via . Only conference registrants will be able to reserve a room in the CMBA hotel room block, if you are not registered for the conference, CMBA reserves the right to cancel your room reservation if booked within the CMBA room block. The conference rate is available until July 21, 2014 or until the room block sells out (whatever occurs first). The conference hotel rate is $169/night. If requesting more than one room per company, names must be provided at the time the request is made and the person(s) must be registered for the conference. Cancellations/Refunds & Substitutions Requests for refunds received by June 5, 2014 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received June 6-June 27 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after June 27, All requests must be received in writing. Entertainment The Wynn Las Vegas (adjacent to Encore) is home to Le Rêve, among other acts and shows. Le Rêve is an aquatic spectacular performed in a domed theater in the round. A small collection of imperfect dreams, it is the first of its kind in Las Vegas. Uniquely intimate and spectacularly personal, no seat is more than 40 feet from the action.
