1 Terms and Conditions Complimentary Golden Screen Cinema ( GSC ) movie ticket on 15 February 2014 Offer Date 1. The CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard complimentary movie ticket at Golden Screen Cinema ( GSC ) Offer ( Offer ) shall run on 15 February 2014 ( Offer Date ). CIMB Bank Berhad ( CIMB Bank ) reserves the right to change the duration, commencement and/or expiry dates of the Offer Date upon giving adequate notice. Eligibility 2. The Offer is open to all cardholders of CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard ( Debit Card ) issued by CIMB Bank (hereinafter referred to as Cardholder(s) ). The Offer 3. Cardholders must purchase a minimum of one (1) ticket at participating GSC outlets to receive one (1) complimentary ticket for the same show and seat class as the paid ticket(s). This Offer is valid for ticket(s) purchased over-the-counter at the participating GSC outlets by utilising the Debit Card and does not apply to tickets purchased online via the Internet. 5. Cardholders will only be entitled to a maximum of one (1) complimentary ticket for one (1) transaction per day, regardless of the total number of tickets purchased. 6. Valid only for purchase of ticket(s) made on the Offer Date for movies on the same date only from 0000 hours to 0600 the following day. 7. The Offer is valid for adult Gold Class, Normal Seats and Twin Seats only. 8. The Offer is valid for Dolby Atmos, 2D and 3D movie tickets. 9. Redemption of the tickets, including the complimentary ticket will be subject to prevailing seat availability for the same show and seat class at the time of redemption. 10. This Offer shall not be valid with any other promotions and/or offers. General Terms & Conditions 11. By participating in the Offer, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein and agree that any decision of CIMB Bank in

3 relation to every aspect of the Offer, including but not limited to the entitlement to the complimentary ticket shall be final, binding and conclusive. 12. CIMB Bank shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the transmission of the evidence of sales transaction by MasterCard, merchant or any party which may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder s participation in the Offer for any reason whatsoever. 13. CIMB Bank shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damages howsoever arising in connection with the Offer. Furthermore, CIMB Bank shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Offer due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of CIMB Bank. 14. CIMB Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Offer upon giving adequate notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Offer shall not entitle any of the Cardholders to any claim or compensation against CIMB Bank for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardholders as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 15. CIMB Bank reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( the Amendment ) any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Notification to Cardholders in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at CIMB Bank s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by ordinary mail to the Cardholder s last known address or by posting a notice regarding the Amendment at each of CIMB Bank s branches or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of CIMB Bank s choice, or via CIMB Bank s website or by any other means of notification which CIMB Bank may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Cardholders as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Bank in the notification. 16. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 15, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Offer. 17. The Terms and Conditions of CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard shall continue to apply in addition to the terms and conditions herein. Nevertheless, in the event there is any inconsistent between the Terms and Conditions of CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard and the Terms and Conditions herein, the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail. 18. If there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version or other language version of these Terms and Conditions herein, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned where request had been made by the Cardholder and noted and acknowledged by CIMB Bank in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions shall govern the operation of the Debit Card, then the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail.

5 Terma dan Syarat Tawaran Golden Screen Cinema ( GSC ) tiket tanpa caj pada 15 Februari 2014 Tempoh Tawaran 1. Tawaran CIMB Bank Kad Debit MasterCard Golden Screen Cinema GSC tiket tanpa caj ini akan berlangsung pda 15 Februari CIMB Bank Berhad ( CIMB Bank ) berhak untuk menukar tempoh, permulaan dan/atau tarikh tamat tempoh tawaran ini dengan memberikan notis yang mencukupi. Kelayakan 2. Tawaran ini diberikan kepada semua memegang CIMB Bank Kad Debit MasterCard yang sah yang dikeluarkan oleh CIMB Bank (selepas ini dikenali sebagai Pemegang Kad ). Tawaran 3. Pemegang Kad hendaklah membeli minimum satu (1) tiket di cawangan GSC yang mengambil bahagian untuk menerima satu (1) Tiket tanpa caj bagi tayangan dan kelas tempat duduk yang sama dengan tiket yang dibayar. Tawaran ini tertakluk kepada tiket yang dibeli dengan CIMB Bank Debit Mastercard di kaunter cawangan GSC yang mengambil bahagian dan tidak sah kepada tiket yang dibeli melalui internet. 5. Pemegang Kad berhad untuk maksimum satu (1) tiket sahaja untuk satu (1) transaksi sehari, tanpa mengira jumlah tiket yang dibeli. 6. Sah untuk pembelian tiket pada tempoh tawaran untuk tayangan filem pada tarikh yang sama dari jam 0000 hingga 0600 hari berikut. 7. Tawaran ini tertakluk kepada tiket dewasa Gold Class, Normal Seats dan Twin Seats sahaja. 8. Tawaran ini sah untuk filem Dolby Atmos, 2D dan 3D.

7 9. Penebusan tiket termasuk tiket tanpa caj tertakluk kepada kekosongan tempat duduk yang tersedia ada untuk tayangan filem dan kelas tempat duduk yang sama pada masa penebusan. 10. Tawaran ini tidah sah untuk tawaran dan tawaran lain. Terma dan Syarat Am 11. Dengan menyertai tawaran ini, Pemegang Kad yang Layak hendaklah dianggap sebagai telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma & Syarat yang dinyatakan dalam dokumen ini dan bersetuju bahawa apa-apa keputusan CIMB Bank berhubung dengan setiap aspek tawaran, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada hak untuk tawaran ini adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif. 12. CIMB Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab bagi sebarang kelewatan atau kegagalan dalam penghantaran bukti urus niaga jualan oleh MasterCard, pedagang atau manamana pihak yang boleh menyebabkan tawaran ditarik balik dalam Tempoh Tawaran atas apa jua alasan sekalipun. 13. Bank tidak akan bertanggungan dalam apa jua cara sekalipun terhadap sebarang kerugian atau ganti rugi walau dengan apa jua cara sekalipun yang timbul berhubung dengan tawaran. Selain itu, CIMB Bank tidak akan bertanggungan terhadap sebarang kemungkiran berhubung dengan tawaran yang disebabkan oleh apa-apa bencana alam, perang, rusuhan, mogok, sekat masuk kerja, tindakan industri, kebakaran, banjir, kemarau, ribut atau apa-apa kejadian yang di luar kawalan yang munasabah oleh CIMB Bank. 14. CIMB Bank merizab hak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantungkan Tawaran setelah memberi notis yang mencukupi. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Tawaran tidak melayakkan mana-mana Pemegang Kad untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap CIMB Bank bagi apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Pemegang Kad akibat langsung atau tidak langsung daripada tindakan pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan. 15. CIMB Bank merizab hak dengan memberi notis yang mencukupi untuk mengubah (sama ada dengan penambahan, penghapusan, pengubahsuaian, pindaan, atau bagaimana sekalipun) ("Pindaan") mana-mana Terma dan Syarat ini. Pemberitahuan kepada Pemegang Kad berkenaan Pindaan hendaklah dilaksanakan mengikut budi bicara mutlak CIMB Bank melalui mana-mana satu kaedah komunikasi berikut, iaitu, melalui pos biasa ke alamat terakhir Pemegang Kad yang diketahui atau dengan menampal notis berkenaan Pindaan di setiap CIMB Bank cawangan atau melaksanakan iklan mengenai Pindaan dalam satu akhbar pilihan CIMB Bank, atau melalui laman web CIMB Bank atau oleh mana-mana cara lain pemberitahuan yang CIMB Bank boleh memilih dan Pindaan itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai mengikat Pemegang Kad mulai dari tarikh

8 pemberitahuan Pindaan atau dari tarikh lain sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh CIMB Bank dalam pemberitahuan itu. 16. Terma & Syarat ini, seperti sama yang boleh dipinda dari semasa ke semasa menurut Klausa 15, hendaklah mengatasi mana-mana peruntukan atau representasi yang terkandung dalam mana-mana bahan tawaran lain yang mengiklankan tawaran ini. 17. Terma dan Syarat-syarat CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard hendaklah terus terpakai sebagai tambahan kepada terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini. Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya terdapat apa-apa tidak selaras antara Terma dan Syarat CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard dan Terma dan Syarat ini, Terma dan Syarat ini akan diguna pakai. 18. Untuk maklumat, pertanyaan dan/atau maklum balas yang berkaitan dengan tawaran ini, Pemegang Kad boleh menghubungi Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Bank di nombor telefon dan emel yang berikut: Call Centre No: callcentre@cimb.com 19. Sekiranya terdapat apa-apa ketaktekalan atau pertikaian antara versi bahasa Inggeris dengan versi bahasa Melayu bagi terma dan syarat dalam dokumen ini, versi bahasa Inggeris hendaklah digunakan. Walau apa pun yang dinyatakan sebelum ini, apabila permintaan dibuat oleh Pemegang Kad yang Layak untuk mendapatkan versi bahasa Melayu bagi terma dan syarat dalam dokumen ini, Bank hendaklah memberikannya kepada Pemegang Kad yang Layak dan jika perjanjian diikat atas dasar ini, maka versi bahasa Melayu bagi Terma dan Syarat itu hendaklah digunakan.
