1 PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards Exclusive Launch Campaigns ( Campaign ) Terms and Conditions Campaign Period & Eligibility 1. The Campaign is valid from 7 December 2018 until 30 June 2019 ( Campaign Period ). 2. The campaign is open to all PB RCB Elite and PB RCB Gold Debit Cards ( PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards ) during Campaign Period ( Eligible Cardmembers ) 3. The following person are excluded from participating in this Campaign: 3.1 Eligible Cardmembers whose accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated during Campaign Period. Campaign 1 : Bonus Activation Points 4. Eligible Cardmembers who spend accumulative retail transactions of minimum RM1,000 using their new PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards within 30 days from card approved date will be eligible for Bonus Activation Points. 5. Bonus Activation Points will be rewarded based on card types as follows: Card Type Total Bonus Activation Points (VIP) RCB Elite Debit Card 10,000 RCB Gold Debit Card 8, Each Eligible Cardmember is only entitled to ONE (1) time Bonus Activation Points throughout the Campaign Period. 7. Bonus Activation Points will be given in the form of VIP Points, which has 3 years expiry and can be used for redemption via Preferred Redemption Rewards Catalogue. 8. For the purpose of this Campaign, retail transactions means the purchases of any goods or services (local and overseas) with the use of the PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards and may, at the Bank s discretion, include any PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit cards transaction as may be determined by the Bank except for the following transactions but not limited to:

2 a) Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments b) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, governmentrelated payments or payments via c) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions d) Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, reversals, payment to charity(ies), Sales and Services Tax and any other form of service / miscellaneous fees 9. If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the Bonus Activation Points, the Eligible Cardmember is required to contact PB Card Customer Service ( ) by 30 September 2019 at the latest to request an inquiry. No request for any inquiry will be entertained after 30 September Bonus Activation Points will be credited to Eligible Cardmember s PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Card account within four (4) to eight (8) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period and upon fulfilment of all terms and conditions listed. 11. The Bank s records of the transactions will be final and conclusive. Campaign 2: 5% Cash Back on Online and Overseas Transactions 12. Eligible Cardmembers will earn 5% Cash Back on online and overseas transactions with a minimum spend of RM100 in a single-receipt made using their new PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards. 13. Monthly Cash Back capping will be based on card types as follows: Card Type Monthly Capping (RM) RCB Elite Debit Card 50 RCB Gold Debit Card For avoidance of doubt, each month is defined as follows ( Participating Month ): Participating Month Period December January February March 2019

3 April May June For the purpose of this Campaign, online and overseas transactions means the purchases of any goods or services (online and overseas only) with the use of the PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards and may, at the Bank s discretion, include any PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit cards transaction as may be determined by the Bank except for the following transactions but not limited to: a) Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments b) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, governmentrelated payments or payments via c) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions d) Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, reversals, payment to charity(ies), Sales and Services Tax and any other form of service / miscellaneous fees 16. The Bank s records of the transactions will be final and conclusive. Campaign 3: Complimentary Access to Plaza Premium Lounge in Malaysia 19. Eligible Cardmembers are eligible for complimentary access to participating Plaza Premium Lounge in Malaysia based on allocation below: Card Type No. of Complimentary Access RCB Elite Debit Card 3 RCB Gold Debit Card 2

4 20. Total complimentary access is limited to 300 accesses per month and is based on first-come, first-served basis. 21. For avoidance of doubt, each month is defined as follows ( Participating Month ): Participating Month Period Total Allocated Complimentary Access December January February March April May June Each complimentary access is up to three (3) consecutive hours. 23. Eligible Cardmember s admission to a Lounge is subject to the presentation of their PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards and boarding pass upon arrival at the reception of the said Lounge and availability of space in the Lounge as determined by the service providers. 24. For admission, the service providers frontline staff in the Lounge will swipe the PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Card on an E-slip terminal and the Eligible Cardmember is required to sign on the E-slip. A copy of the E-slip will be retained by the service providers and the client copy of the E-slip will be given to the Eligible Cardmember. 25. List of participating Plaza Premium Lounge are as follows: (i) Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Plaza Premium Lounge, International Departures Flight Club, International Departure (ii) Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) Plaza Premium Lounge, Gateway@klia2 (Landside) The Green Market, Main Concourse, klia2 (Landside) Plaza Premium Lounge, Gate L, International Departure, klia2 (Airside)

5 Plaza Premium Lounge/Wellness Spa, Level 2, International Departure, klia2, (Airside) (iii) Langkawi International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge, International & Domestic Departures (iv) Penang International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge, International & Domestic Departures (v) Kuching International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge, Domestic Departure (vi) Kota Kinabalu International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge, International & Domestic Departures 26. A walk-in rate with 25% discount will be charged to Eligible Cardmembers PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Card account if they exceed the maximum complimentary lounge access or if the total allocated complimentary access for the Participating Month has been exhausted. 27. Guest(s) of Eligible Cardmembers will enjoy 25% off the walk-in rate at selected Participating Lounges. 28. There is no limit to the number of guests who can accompany the Eligible Cardmember into the Lounges who are utilising their complimentary access under this Campaign so long as the conditions as above are met. 29. Eligible Cardmembers are responsible to monitor their complimentary access balance and is liable for the charge of the exceeded access. Eligible Cardmembers may also contact PB Card Customer Service ( ) to check their complimentary access balance. 30. The complimentary access is provided on an As Is basis and subject to what is provided/is available by the Service Providers at the Participating Lounges at the time of the Eligible Cardmember s complimentary access. 31. The complimentary access is not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or in kind.

The Bank does not guarantee or warrant the quality of or the services performed by the Service Providers and shall not be liable for any deficiency, delay or imperfection of such services or for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of redemption or usage of the complimentary access for this Campaign. 33. The complimentary access does not include any accessories or items that are shown in any marketing and/or communication materials, as they are for illustration purposes only. 34. The Eligible Cardmember agrees that he/she will defend and indemnify and hold the Bank harmless from all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including legal fees) for injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of the complimentary access by the Eligible Cardmember or any accompanying guests(s) of the Eligible Cardmember. 35. The Bank will not be liable to the Eligible Cardmember for any disputes between the Eligible Cardmember and the Service Providers on matters such as admission into the Lounges, provision and use of facilities in the Lounge, any charges for subsequent visit or visits over the 3 hour limit or charges for the accompanying guest of the Eligible Cardmember. General Terms and Conditions 36. The Bank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice which notice of such change, amendment, deletion or addition shall be published on the Bank's website By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember: shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. agrees and consents that information regarding him/her can be processed, collected, used and stored by the Bank for the purpose of this Campaign; agrees that the decision of the Bank will be final, binding and conclusive and that no appeal, correspondence, queries or protests will be entertained; and

7 agrees and consents that the Bank, as the case may be, may use his/her registered contact number for marketing purposes within the Bank. 38. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 39. The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by the Eligible Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from his/her participation in the Campaign as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank. 40. The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Eligible Cardmember s Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards Exclusive Launch Campaigns. 41. In the event of a conflict, discrepancy or variance in the terms and conditions in the English Language version and Bahasa Malaysia version, the terms and conditions of the English Language version shall prevail. END

8 Kempen Pelancaran Eksklusif Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier ( Kempen ) Terma Dan Syarat Tempoh Kempen & Kelayakan 1. Kempen ini sah dari 7 Disember 2018 sehingga 30 Jun 2019 ( Tempoh Kempen ). 2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua Ahli Kad Debit PB RCB Elite dan PB RCB Gold ( PB RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards ) semasa tempoh Kempen ( Ahli Kad yang Layak ). 3. Mereka yang berikut dikecualikan daripada mengambil bahagian dalam Kempen ini:- 3.1 Seorang Ahli Kad yang Layak yang akaun kadnya telah digantung, dibatalkan atau ditamatkan semasa tempoh Kempen. Kempen 1 : Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan 4. Ahli Kad yang Layak yang membuat urus niaga runcit terkumpul minimum sebanyak RM1,000 menggunakan Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier mereka yang baharu dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh kelulusan kad akan layak untuk mendapatkan Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan. 5. Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan akan diberikan berdasarkan jenis kad seperti berikut: Jenis Kad Jumlah Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan (VIP) Kad Debit RCB Elite 10,000 Kad Debit RCB Gold 8, Setiap Ahli Kad yang Layak hanya layak menerima SATU (1) kali Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.

9 7. Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan akan diberi dalam bentuk Mata Ganjaran VIP, yang mempunyai tempoh tamat 3 tahun dan boleh digunakan untuk membuat penebusan melalui Katalog xxxx. 8. Bagi tujuan Kempen ini, urus niaga runcit bermaksud pembelian apa-apa barang atau perkhidmatan (dalam dan luar negeri) menggunakan Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier dan boleh, atas budi bicara pihak Bank, termasuk urus niaga Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier seperti yang akan ditentukan oleh Public Bank melainkan untuk urus niaga berikut tetapi tidak terhad kepada: a) Bayaran Debit Auto dan Bayaran Berulang b) Bayaran untuk utiliti, pemasaran terus, premium insurans, pembayaran berkaitan kerajaan, pembayaran melalui c) Apa-apa pulangan balik, urus niaga yang dipertikaikan, tidak dibenarkan atau bagi tujuan penipuan d) Pengeluaran Tunai, separa tunai, urus niaga kasino, pembayaran faedah, fi pembayaran lewat, caj kewangan, fi tahunan, penarikbalikan, pembayaran kepada badan-badan kebajikan, Cukai Jualan dan Perkhidmatan dan apa-apa jenis fi perkhidmatan/rencam. 9. Sekiranya terdapat pertikaian atau Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan tidak diterima, Ahli Kad yang Layak hendaklah menghubungi Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Kad PB ( ) selewat-lewatnya sebelum 30 September 2019 untuk membuat pertanyaan. Permohonan untuk pertanyaan tidak akan dilayani selepas 30 September Mata Ganjaran Bonus Pengaktifan akan dikreditkan ke dalam Akaun Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier Ahli Kad yang Layak dalam tempoh EMPAT (4) hingga LAPAN (8) minggu selepas tamatnya Tempoh Kempen dan apabila kesemua terma dan syarat yang disenaraikan dipenuhi. 11. Rekod permohonan dan tarikh kelulusan oleh Bank adalah muktamad dan konklusif. Kempen 2 : Pulangan Tunai 5% untuk Urus Niaga Dalam Talian dan Di Luar Negara 12. Ahli Kad yang Layak akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai 5% untuk Urus Niaga dalam talian dan luar Negara dengan jumlah minimum RM100 untuk setiap resit menggunakan Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier mereka yang baharu.

Peruntukan bulanan Pulangan Tunai adalah berdasarkan jenis kad seperti berikut: Jenis Kad Peruntukan Bulanan (RM) Kad Debit RCB Elite 50 Kad Debit RCB Gold Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, setiap bulan akan didefinisikan seperti berikut ( Bulan Penyertaan ): Bulan Penyertaan Tempoh Disember Januari Februari Mac April Mei Jun Bagi tujuan Kempen ini, urus niaga atas talian dan luar negara bermaksud pembelian apa-apa barang atau perkhidmatan (atas talian dan luar negera) menggunakan Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier dan boleh, atas budi bicara pihak Bank, termasuk urus niaga Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier seperti yang akan ditentukan oleh Public Bank melainkan untuk urus niaga berikut tetapi tidak terhad kepada: a) Bayaran Debit Auto dan Bayaran Berulang b) Bayaran untuk utiliti, pemasaran terus, premium insurans, pembayaran berkaitan kerajaan, pembayaran melalui c) Apa-apa pulangan balik, urus niaga yang dipertikaikan, tidak dibenarkan atau bagi tujuan penipuan d) Pengeluaran Tunai, separa tunai, urus niaga kasino, pembayaran faedah, fi pembayaran lewat, caj kewangan, fi tahunan, penarikbalikan, pembayaran kepada badan-badan kebajikan, Cukai Jualan dan Perkhidmatan dan apa-apa jenis fi perkhidmatan/rencam. 16. Sekiranya terdapat pertikaian atau Pulangan Tunai tidak diterima, Ahli Kad yang Layak hendaklah menghubungi Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Kad PB ( ) selewat-lewatnya sebelum 30 September 2019 untuk membuat pertanyaan. Permohonan untuk pertanyaan tidak akan dilayani selepas 30 September Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam Akaun Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier Ahli Kad yang Layak dalam tempoh EMPAT (4) hingga LAPAN (8) minggu

11 selepas tamatnya Tempoh Kempen dan apabila kesemua terma dan syarat yang disenaraikan dipenuhi. 18. Rekod permohonan dan tarikh kelulusan oleh Bank adalah muktamad dan konklusif. Kempen 3: Akses Komplimentari ke Plaza Premium Lounge di Malaysia 19. Ahli Kad yang Layak adalah layak untuk mendapatkan akses komplimentari ke Plaza Premium Lounge yang mengambil bahagian di Malaysia berdasarkan peruntukan di bawah: Jenis Kad Jumlah Akses Komplimentari Kad Debit RCB Elite 3 Kad Debit RCB Gold Jumlah akses komplimentari adalah terhad kepada 300 akses setiap bulan dan adalah berdasarkan konsep siapa-cepat, dia-dapat. 21. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, setiap bulan adalah didefinisikan seperti berikut ( Bulan Penyertaan ): Bulan Penyertaan Tempoh Disember Januari Februari Mac April Mei Jun Setiap akses komplimentari adalah terhad kepada tiga (3) jam berturutan. 23. Kemasukan Ahli Kad yang Layak ke Ruang Istirehat adalah tertakluk kepada penunjukan Kad Debit PB RCB Mastercard Premier dan pas penerbangan semasa ketibaan di Ruang Istirehat tersebut dan ketersediaan ruang di Ruang Istirehat tersebut ditentukan oleh pembekal perkhidmatan. 24. Untuk kemasukan, kakitangan pembekal perkhidmatan Ruang Istirehat tersebut akan mengimbas kad di terminal e-slip dan Ahli Kad yang Layak perlu menandatangani e-

12 slip tersebut. Satu salinan e-slip akan disimpan oleh pembekal perkhidmatan dan salinan pelanggan akan diberi kepada Ahli Kad yang Layak. 25. Plaza Premium Lounge yang mengambil bahagian di Malaysia ( Ruang Istirehat ) adalah seperti berikut: (i) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) Plaza Premium Lounge, Pelepasan Antarabangsa Flight Club, Pelepasan Antarabangsa (ii) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur 2 (klia2) Plaza Premium Lounge, Gateway@klia2 (Landside) The Green Market, Terminal Utama, klia2 (Landside) Plaza Premium Lounge, Pintu L, Pelepasan Antarabangsa, klia2 (Airside) Plaza Premium Lounge/Wellness Spa, Tingkat 2, Pelepasan Antarabangsa, klia2, (Airside) (iii) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Langkawi Plaza Premium Lounge, Pelepasan Dalam Negara dan Antarabangsa (iv) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang Plaza Premium Lounge, Pelepasan Dalam Negara dan Antarabangsa (v) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuching Plaza Premium Lounge, Pelepasan Dalam Negara (vi) Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kota Kinabalu Plaza Premium Lounge, Pelepasan Dalam Negara dan Antarabangsa 26. Kadar masuk yang tertera bersama diskaun sebanyak 25% akan dicajkan ke akaun Kad Debit RCB Mastercard Premier Ahli Kad yang Layak sekiranya mereka melebihi akses komplimentari maksimum atau sekiranya peruntukan akses komplimentari untuk Bulan Penyertaan tersebut telah habis. 27. Tetamu Ahli Kad yang Layak boleh mendapatkan potongan sebanyak 25% dari harga yang tertera di Ruang Istirehat yang mengambil bahagian. 28. Tiada had ke atas jumlah tetamu yang menemani Ahli Kad yang Layak yang menggunakan akses komplimentari ke Ruang Istirehat tersebut selagi terma pembayaran seperti yang tertera di atas dipenuhi.

13 29. Ahli Kad yang Layak adalah bertanggungjawab untuk memantau baki akses komplimentari mereka dan akan bertanggungjawab ke atas caj untuk akses yang berlebihan. Ahli Kad yang Layak juga boleh menghubungi Perkhidmatan Pelanggan PB ( ) untuk memeriksa baki akses komplimentari mereka. 30. Akses komplimentari adalah berdasarkan konsep seperti ada dan tertakluk kepada ketersediaan oleh pembekal perkhidmatan di Ruang Istirehat semasa akses Ahli Kad yang Layak. 31. Akses komplimentari tidak boleh ditukarmilik atau ditukarganti kepada wang tunai, kredit atau barangan. 32. Pihak Bank tidak akan menjamin atau mewarankan kualiti atau servis oleh pembekal perkhidmatan dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kekurangan, kelewatan atau ketidaksempurnaan servis tersebut atau ke atas sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini, kecederaan atau kemalangan yang mungkin terjadi semasa penggunaan akses komplimentari untuk Kempen ini. 33. Akses komplimentari tidak termasuk sebarang aksesori atau barangan yang dipaparkan dalam sebarang bahan pemasaran atau komunikasi, yang mana adalah untuk tujuan ilustrasi sahaja. 34. Ahli Kad yang Layak bersetuju bahawa beliau akan mepertahankan dan menanggung kerugian dan tidak menyalahkan pihak Bank atas sebarang liabiliti, kerosakan, kehilangan, tuntutan, saman, pertimbangan, kos dan perbelanjaan (termasuk fi guaman) bagi kecederaan atau kematian mana-mana orang atau kerosakan kepada sebarang harta benda yang timbul daripada penggunaan akses komplimentari ini oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak atau tetamu yang mengiringi Ahli Kad yang Layak. 35. Pihak Bank tidak akan menanggung liabiliti ke atas Ahli Kad yang Layak atas sebarang pertikaian di antara Ahli Kad yang Layak dan pembekal perkhidmatan mengenai perkara-perkara seperti kemasukan ke Ruang Istirehat, peruntukan dan penggunaan kemudahan dalam Ruang Istirehat, mana-mana caj untuk akses berikutnya atau akses yang melebihi had limit tiga (3) jam atau caj ke atas tetamu Ahli Kad yang Layak. Terma dan Syarat Am 36. Bank berhak untuk menukar, meminda, memotong atau membuat penambahan kepada mana-mana Terma dan Syarat dari semasa ke semasa dengan memberi notis terlebih dahulu sekurang-kurangnya dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar dan notis

14 mengenai perubahan, pindaan, pemotongan atau tambahan itu hendaklah diletakkan di laman web Bank Dengan mengambil bahagian dalam Kempen ini, Ahli Kad yang Layak: dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam ini. Keputusan Bank adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif. Tiada surat-menyurat, pertikaian dan rayuan akan dilayani; bersetuju dan mengizinkan maklumat mengenainya diproses, dikumpul, digunakan dan disimpan oleh Bank bagi tujuan Kempen ini; bersetuju bahawa keputusan Bank adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif dan bahawa tiada rayuan, surat-menyurat, pertanyaan atau bantahan akan dilayani; bersetuju dan membenarkan Bank, mengikut keadaannya, menggunakan nombor telefonnya bagi tujuan pemasaran dalam lingkungan Bank. 38. Bank berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menangguhkan Kempen ini. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penundaan Kempen ini oleh Bank tidak memberikan hak kepada Ahli Kad yang Layak untuk membuat apa-apa tuntutan atau meminta ganti rugi daripada Bank bagi mana-mana dan semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak secara langsung atau tidak langsung berikutan daripada tindakan pembatalan, penamatan atau penundaan tersebut. 39. Bank tidak boleh dipertanggungjawabkan, sama ada secara langsung atau berikutan daripadanya, atas apa-apa kerugian dan ganti rugi atau apa juga pun yang dialami oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya, daripada penyertaan mereka dalam Kempen ini berikutan apa-apa tindakan atau apa yang tidak dimasukkan oleh Bank. 40.
