2 1. Holder of all existing and new Alliance Bank Principal Credit Cards (the Cardmembers ) may apply to transfer outstanding amount balances (including principal, accrued interest, finance, and other charges as shown in the latest Credit Card statements) (the Outstanding Balances ) from other card accounts relating to any other Credit Cards held by them (except Alliance Bank Credit Card) ( Other Card Account ) to any Alliance Ban k Credit Card account held in their name ( Alliance Bank Card Account ) 2. Three Balance Transfer (BT) Plans which are available i.e. i. BT 12-month Plan (Minimum transfer amount is RM1,000); ii. BT 18-month Plan (Minimum transfer amount is RM1,000); iii. BT 24-month Plan (Minimum transfer amount is RM1,000). 3. The duly signed and dated Balance Transfer application form must be attached together with the latest photocopy of Credit Card statements of other Banks Card Accounts. 4. The special Finance Charge will be valid from the posting date ( Date of Posting ) for a period of 24 months (the Promotional Period ) for BT 24-month Instalment Plan, 18 months (the Promotional Period ) for BT 18- month Instalment Plan and 12 months (the Promotional Period ) for BT 12-month Instalment Plan. For all plans, at the expiry of the Promotion Period, a normal finance charge at 18% per annum will be charged to any Outstanding Balances until full settlement. 5. The 0% 6 Months Balance Transfer Promotion is applicable only to new Cardmembers who have never applied for a Balance Transfer with Alliance Bank. 6. Every RM10,000 transferred earn 500 Timeless Bonus Points (TBP). 7. All applications are subject to the Bank s prior approval and the Terms and Conditions herein. The Bank reserves the right to approve or reject any application and determine the Outstanding Balances allowed to be transferred (the Approved Balance ) at its absolute discretion. 8. The payment to Other Card Account will be effected within 14 working days from the approval date of the Cardmember s application. However the Bank may defer or refuse the process of effecting balance transfer under certain circumstances which includes, but not limited to the following: i. Circumstances beyond the Bank s control; ii. Where the balance transfer cannot be affected due to security reasons. The Bank shall not be liable to the Cardmember if it defers or fails to effect the balance transfer pursuant to above clause. 9. Once a specified amount of the Outstanding Balances to be transferred has been approved, a corresponding amount of the eligible Cardmember s existing Credit Card limit will be retained for this purpose and shall not be available to the eligible Cardmember until settlement of the Approved Balance. On the Date of Posting, this specified amount will then be utilised and special finance charges will start to commence thereon. The Bank shall not be liable to the eligible Cardmember for any transactions rejected by merchants due to unavailability of the amounts retained pursuant to this clause. 10. Prior to notification of approval for the BT Plan, the Cardmember shall continue to be liable to make payment to their Other Card Account in accordance with the terms governing the same. The Cardmember shall be directly liable for interest on any overdue payment, including but not limited to any other finance or other charges incurred as a result of the Cardmember s and/or the Bank s failure or delay in making payment before or after the Bank s approval of the Cardmember s application for the balance transfer. 11. For the Balance Transfer 12-month, 18-month and 24-month plans, Cardmember shall make full payment of the monthly instalment amount. In the event of Cardmember fails to pay the monthly instalment amount in full, by the payment due date as specified in the statement or if the payment is not received by the Bank in full or before payment due date as specified in the aforesaid statement, then the prevailing finance charge of 18% p.a. shall be levied on the remaining outstanding balance amount from the due date until the date of full settlement. 12. Effective Interest Rate for BT 12-month Plan is 12.66% p.a.; BT 18-month Plan is 12.86% p.a.; BT 24-month Plan is 14.66% p.a. 2

3 13. If the Cardmember fails to pay the monthly instalment amount in full by the Payment Due Date, a Late Payment Charge of one per centum (1%) on the instalment amount in arrears or RM10, whichever is higher (subject to a maximum of RM100), shall be debited to the VISA/MasterCard Card Account until full settlement thereof. 14. No Exit Fee (the Exit Fee ) will be charged if the eligible Cardmember terminates and/or discontinues with the Balance Transfer Programme within the Promotional Period of 12, 18 or 24 months plans respectively. Upon early termination or in the event Cardmember cancels the Card, the total outstanding principal balance will immediately become due. The prevailing finance charge of 18% p.a. shall be levied on the total outstanding principal balance from the due date until the date of full settlement. 15. In the event of default, all monies due and total outstanding monthly instalment and unbilled amount under the Balance Transfer account with applicable finance charge will be immediately due and payable by Cardmember. 16. The Bank reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, amend, modify, revise, suspend or cancel any of these Terms and Conditions herein at anytime by giving the Cardmembers twenty one (21) days prior notice and the duly amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective on such date as the Bank may determine and specify in the notice. 17. The Terms & Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms & Conditions stated in the Alliance Bank VISA/MasterCard Card Agreement ( Card Agreement ). 18. Cardmember confirm that none of my spouse(s), parents, children, brothers, sisters, their spouses and/or their financial de pendants and/or my agents and guarantors are in the employment of the Bank or its subsidiaries or are related to a director, officer or employee of the Bank or its subsidiaries. Cardmember undertake to inform the Bank immediately if any such relationship is established/ intended to be established. 19. The Terms & Conditions herein shall be governed by and be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 3

Semua Ahli Kad Kredit Utama Alliance Bank ( Ahli Kad) yang sedia ada dan baru boleh memohon untuk memindahkan baki belum jelas (termasuk caj pokok, faedah terakru, kewangan dan caj lain seperti ditunjukkan dalam penyata Kad Kredit terbaru) ( Baki Belum Jelas ) dari akaun kad lain berkaitan dengan mana-mana Kad Kredit lain yang dipegang (kecuali Kad Kredit Alliance Bank) ( Akaun Kad Lain ) ke manamana akaun Kad Kredit Alliance Bank yang dipegang atas nama mereka ( Akaun Kad Alliance Bank ). 2. Ada tiga Pelan Pemindahan Baki iaitu: i. Pelan Pemindahan Baki 12-bulan (Amaun minimum Baki Belum Jelas yang boleh dipindahkan ialah RM1,000); ii. Pelan Pemindahan Baki 18-bulan (Amaun minimum Baki Belum Jelas yang boleh dipindahkan ialah RM1,000); iii. Pelan Pemindahan Baki 24-bulan (Amaun minimum Baki Belum Jelas yang boleh dipindahkan ialah RM1,000). 3. Borang permohonan Pemindahan Baki mesti ditandatangani dan bertarikh dan dilampirkan bersama salinan fotokopi penyata Kad Kredit bank lain. 4. Caj kewangan khas akan dikenakan atas amaun yang dipindahkan dari tarikh catatan ( Tarikh Catatan ) untuk tempoh 24 bulan ( Tempoh Promosi ) bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 24-bulan, 18 bulan ( Tempoh Promosi ) bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 18-bulan dan 12 bulan ( Tempoh Promosi ) bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 12-bulan. Untuk semua program, pada *tarikh akhir Tempoh Promosi, caj kewangan biasa sebanyak 18% setahun akan dikenakan ke atas sebarang Baki Belum Jelas sehingga pembayaran penuh dibuat. Sila rujuk jadual di borang pemohonan. 5. Promosi Pemindahan Baki 0% 6 Bulan hanya tepakai kepada Ahli Kad baru yang tidak pernah memohon Pindahan Baki dengan Alliance Bank 6. Setiap RM10,000 yang dipindakan akan mendapat ganjaran sebanyak 500 Timeless Bonus Points (TBP). 7. Kesemua permohonan adalah tertakluk kepada kelulusan Bank terlebih dahulu serta Terma dan Syarat ini. Pihak Bank berhak meluluskan atau menolak sebarang permohonan dan menentukan Baki Belum Jelas yang boleh dipindahkan ( Baki yang Diluluskan ) atas budi bicaranya yang mutlak. 8. Bayaran ke Akaun Kad Lain akan dibuat dalam tempoh 14 hari kerja dari tarikh permohonan Ahli Kad diluluskan. Walau bagaimanapun, Bank mungkin menangguh atau menolak proses menguatkuasa Pelan Pemindahan Baki dalam keadaan tertentu termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada yang berikut: i. Keadaan di luar kawalan pihak Bank; ii. Apabila Pelan Pemindahan Baki tidak dapat dikuatkuasakan atas sebab keselamatan. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab kepada Ahli Kad jika ia menangguh atau tidak dapat menguatkuasa Pelan Permindahan Baki di bawah fasal ini. 9. Apabila amaun Baki Belum Jelas yang ditentukan untuk pindahan telah diluluskan, amaun yang sama daripada had Kad Kredit Ahli Kad yang layak akan ditahan bagi tujuan ini dan tidak akan dapat digunakan oleh Ahli Kad yang layak sehingga Baki yang Diluluskan dibayar penuh. Pada Tarikh Catatan, amaun yang ditetapkan ini akan digunakan dan caj kewangan akan mula dikenakan ke atasnya. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada Ahli Kad yang layak bagi sebarang urusniaga yang ditolak oleh peniaga disebabkan ketiadaan amaun yang ditahan di bawah had kredit Ahli Kad yang layak. 10. Sehingga pemberitahuan kelulusan diterima, Ahli Kad hendaklah terus bertanggungjawab membuat pembayaran ke Akaun Kad lain mengikut terma yang menentukannya. Ahli Kad hendaklah bertanggungjawab secara langsung terhadap faedah atas sebarang bayaran yang dibayar lewat atau sebarang caj kewangan atau caj lain yang ditanggung akibat kegagalan atau kelewatan Ahli Kad dan/atau pihak Bank dalam membuat pembayaran sebelum atau selepas pihak Bank meluluskan permohonan Ahli untuk pindahan baki. 18% setahun akan dikenakan ke atas baki tertunggak dari tarikh matang sehingga tarikh penyelesaian sepenuhnya. 4

5 11. Untuk Pelan Pemindahan Baki 12 bulan, 18 bulan dan 24 bulan, Ahli Kad akan membuat pembayaran penuh amaun ansuran bulanan yang perlu dibayar sehingga semua amaun pemindahan baki dijelaskan dan/atau tamat tempoh promosi pelan pemindahan baki. Sekiranya Ahli Kad gagal untuk membayar amaun bulanan penuh yang perlu dibayar pada tarikh ia perlu dijelaskan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam penyata untuk pembayaran atau sekiranya pembayaran tidak diterima oleh pihak Bank dengan sepenuhnya atau sebelum tarikh matang pembayaran seperti yang dinyatakan dalam penyata di atas, maka caj kewangan pada kadar 18% setahun akan dikenakan ke atas baki tertunggak dari tarikh matang sehingga tarikh penyelesaian sepenuhnya. 12. Kadar Faedah Efektif yang dikenakan adalah; 12.66% setahun bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 12-bulan, 12.86% setahun bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 18-bulan, 14.66% setahun bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki 24- bulan. 13. Sekiranya Ahli Kad gagal untuk membuat pembayaran penuh amaun ansuran bulan yang perlu dibayar pada Tarikh Bayaran Perlu Dibuat, suatu caj pembayaran lewat pada kadar satu peratus (1%) sebulan atas amaun ansuran tertunggak tersebut yang belum dijelaskan (tertakluk kepada jumlah minima sebanyak RM10 dan jumlah maksima sebanyak RM100 sahaja) akan didebitkan ke dalam Akaun Kad VISA/MasterCard sama ada sebelum atau selepas sebarang perintah Mahkamah dan penghakiman sehingga penyelesaian sepenuhnya. 14. Fi keluar tidak akan dikenakan sekiranya Ahli Kad yang layak menamatkan dan/atau tidak meneruskan Program 12, 18 atau 24 bulan Tempoh Promosi daripada tarikh pengesahan program tersebut. Selepas penamatan awal atau sekiranya Ahli Kad membatalkan Kad, jumlah baki prinsipal belum jelas akan perlu dibayar segera. Caj kewangan semasa sebanyak 18% setahun akan dikenakan ke atas jumlah keseluruhan baki prinsipal belum jelas dari tarikh akhir sehingga tarikh penyelesaian penuh. 15. Sekiranya pembayaran lalai, semua wang yang terhutang dan jumlah ansuran bulan yang tertunggak dan jumlah yang belum dibilkan di bawah akaun Pemindahan Baki dengan caj kewangan berkenaan akan segera dibayar dan dibayar oleh Ahli Kad. 16. Pihak Bank mempunyai hak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya pada bila-bila masa dengan member notis dua puluh satu (21) hari kepada Kah Ahli tanpa memberikan sebarang alasan untuk meminda, mengubahsuai, menyemak, menghad, menambah, menggantung atau membatah mana-mana Terma and Syarat, Terma and Syarat yang diubahsuaikan dengan sewajarnya akan menjadi efektif pada tarikh yang ditentukan daripada pihak Bank dan ditentukan dalam notis itu, 17. Terma dan Syarat ini adalah tambahan dan tanpa prejudis kepada Terma dan Syarat yang terdapat dalam Perjanjian Kad VISA/MasterCard Alliance Bank ( Perjanjian Kad ). 18. Kad Ahli mengesahkan bahawa tiada sesiapa daripadapa pihak-pihak seperti yang berikut merupakan kakitangan pihak Bank atau anak syarikatnya atau mempunyai hubungan persaudaraan/keluarga dengan mana-mana pengarah, pegawai atau kakitangan pihak Bank atau anak syarikatnya: a) suami/isteri saya, b) ibu bapa saya, c) anak-anak saya, d) adik- beradik saya dan/atau suami/isteri mereka masing-masing, e) tanggungan kewangan man-mana pihak yang tersebut di atas, f) ejen-ejen dan penjamin-penjamin saya. Kad Ahli mengakujanji untuk mamaklumkan pihak Bank dengan serta-merta jika terjalin atau wujudnya niat untuk menjalin hubungan seperti yang dinyatakan di atas. 19. Terma dan Syarat di dalam ini hendaklah dikawal dan ditafsirkan selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia. 5
