1 Tuition (and etc) Quick Reference Tuition: Monthly tuition will be due the 3rd week of each month for the following month. All checks can be made out to Bloom Dance Studio. Please include your students name on the memo of the check. A $10 late fee will apply if the tuition has not been received within 7 days of the due date. For any checks that may be returned there will be a $35 fee plus the amount of tuition that is due. If your child is absent from a class, make up classes MAY be available but are not guaranteed depending on our existing weekly schedule. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT ANY POINT. Each tuition payment is based on an average 4 week month. You will not be charged for a 5 th week in a month and there is no deduction for a 3 week dance period in a month. Discounts: Family Discount: 10% off each sibling s total after the first child. If you pay for a semester upfront (Fall Semester Sept-Dec) (Spring Semester Jan-May) you will receive 5% off your total. If you pay for the full dance season (9 months) upfront you will receive 10% off of your total.

2 Monthly Tuition Amounts: 30 Minute Classes (Including all Level 1 classes and Intro to Dance) 1 st Registered Class $55.00 (a month) (breaks down to $13.75 per class) 2 nd Registered Class $25.00 (additional each month) (breaks down to $10.00 per class) 3 rd Registered Class $20.00 (additional each month) (breaks down to $8.33 per class) 4 th and more Registered Classes $15.00 (additional each month) (breaks down to $7.18 or less per class) 45 Minute-60 Minute Classes 1 st Registered Class $70.00 (a month) (breaks down to $17.50 per class) 2 nd Registered Class $30.00 (additional each month) (breaks down to $12.50 per class) 3 rd Registered Class $25.00 (additional each month) (breaks down to $10.41 per class) 4 th and more Registered Classes $20 (additional each month) (breaks down to $9.06 or less per class) UNLIMITED - $ (monthly) (Beneficial option for 7 classes or more weekly to save up to $45.00 monthly!) 3 Registration Fees: $ Returning Student $ Returning Families $ New Student $ New Families If siblings are registered for the first time within different dance seasons, a new student registration fee of $20.00 will be due for the second child that was not registered at the time of the first child. Recital Costs: Costumes: Costume payments will be approximately $55-60 per costume per dancer. There will be a payment schedule detailed below. A deposit amount will be due in September, November and February. All costumes will be ordered at the beginning of January. Once a costume has been ordered there will be NO REFUNDS!! If you have ordered a costume and decide to then quit classes, you will not receive a refund. You will be notified when the costume is available for pickup at the studio. Parents will be responsible to supply any additional dancewear and tights! Beginner Level Costumes-$55.00 per costume 1 st Deposit- $25.00 (per costume) 2 nd Deposit- $20.00 (per costume) 3 rd Deposit- $10.00 (per costume) Intermediate and Advanced Level Costumes- $60.00 per costume 1 st Deposit- $25.00 (per costume) 2 nd Deposit- $25.00 (per costume) 3 rd Deposit- $10.00 (per costume) Deposit Schedule: 1 st Deposit Due- Week of September 24 th nd Deposit Due- Week of November 26 th rd Deposit Due- Week of February 4 th 2019 Recital Fee: In place of paying a June tuition fee, a Recital Fee will be due the 3 rd week of May The recital fee will simply help compensate our staff for the long hours of work they invest into Recital Week each year. The Recital Fee per student will be $50.00 (no discounts will apply). This price will also include your dancer s Recital shirt!

4 Referral Rewards Program: We want to thank those who have helped spread the word of Bloom Dance Studio! To thank you and encourage you to continue to spread the word of Bloom (word of mouth is the best form of advertisement!), we offer a referral rewards program to help you save money on your monthly tuition! If you refer Bloom to your friends/ family AND they give us your name upon registering AND they register for a full dance season, you will receive points towards your referral rewards which will help you save money on that current dance season. Details Below! *2 or more families register, you will receive $10 off per month. *4 or more families register, you will receive $15 off per month. *6 or more families register, you will receive $20 off per month. -New registered dancers MUST mention your name upon registering or you will not receive the credit for that student/family. -You will not receive additional money per student in one family. The above breakdown applies to families not individual students within a family. -If a new dancer/family registers mid-month and a discount applies, your NEXT tuition payment will reflect the discount. -In order to be eligible for the monthly savings, you must be a registered dancer at Bloom Dance Studio for at least one year. -The referral reward points do not carry into the next dance season.
