4 TECHINICAL DOCUMENT QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (TECHNICAL BID) ANNEXURE A 1. Basic Requirement of Firm The firm must be partnership firm registered with ICAI having minimum 5 partners, out of which minimum 3 partners must be FCA. The firm must have office in Municipal limits of Mumbai, (Attach self attested firm certificate to be enclosed). (25 Mark) 2. The firm must have standing of more than 20 years in the field of Chartered Accountancy (10 Mark) 3. Partners Association with Firm (25 Mark) Minimum 2 Partner should be associated with Firm for Last 15 Years Minimum 1 Partner should be associated with Firm for Last 10 Years Minimum 1 Partner should be associated with Firm for Last 5 Years 4. Firm should have more than 07 Years experience to work with Government, Government Organisation, Milk Union / originations. Kindly provide details in annexure with assignment and year. (20 Mark) 5. Partner of firm should be present as and when required for important discussion or opinion. 6. The firm should have minimum average turnover of Rs. 50 lac during past 3 years (Self attested copies of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c to be enclosed) (10 Mark) 7. No disciplinary action taken by ICAI till date (10 Mark) Documents to be submitted a. Copy of PAN of Firm b. Copy of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c for past 3 years c. Recent Copy of ICAI Firm certificate d. Copy of IT Acknowledgement of IT Return of last 3 years e. All the above documents must be self attested by any partner of firm f. List of Government Organization along with Work done.

5 Notes 1. GST will be paid separately 2. Fees, Taxes, charges, Duty payable to the Government/ Statutory Authority / Such Agency will be paid by MRSDMM. 3. No other charges, fees, out of pocket expenses will be paid separately for work within Mumbai for matters specified in scope. 4. This appointment of Tax Consultant for scope mentioned in Annexure B for the period for F.Y ( Appointment can be extended for maximum period of two years on the mutually agreed terms and conditions only if services are found satisfactory) 6. 6 DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK (Annexure B) A) GST 1) Implementation of GST. 2) To fill Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Returns in time. (i) GSTR - 1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2, GSTR-1A, GSTR -3, GSTR-3A, GSTR -9. 3) To assist and carry out the work of preparation of documents and maintaining the required registers etc. under GST Act. 4) To inform amendments in GST Act affecting Dudh Mahasangh. 5) To appear for assessment and notice for GST matters upto the assessment stage from time to time. 6) To give advice on the GST matters of Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy and Units. 7) GST audit and to attend GST Assessments. B) GST TDS 1) To collect data, preparation of statements and to file monthly & annual returns in time. 2) Verify data & preparation of GST TDS statements for depositing tax deducted in time & file E-returns in time & advice on the changes & updations with regards to the same. 3) To advice, assist and certify in issuing forms under the act and TDS certificates. 4) To inform changes in the GST TDS Act affecting Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy & Units.

7 5) To act as a GST TDS consultant and to give advice on the tax matters of Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy and Units. 6) To appear for GST TDS assessment and tax Notices pertaining to the year to the Income Tax Authority. 7) GST TDS audit and to attend GST TDS Assessments. C ) (i) INCOME TAX 1) To collect data, preparation of statements and to file monthly, quarterly & annual returns in time. 2) Verify data & preparation of TDS / TCS statements for depositing tax deducted/ collected at source in time & file E-returns in time & advice on the changes & updations with regards to the same. 3) To advice, assist and certify in issuing forms under the act and TDS/TCS certificates. 4) To inform changes in the Income Tax Act affecting Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy & Units. 5) To act as a income tax consultant and to give advice on the tax matters of Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy and Units. 6) To prepare & paid Advance Tax. 7) To appear for income Tax assessment and tax Notices pertaining to the year to the Income Tax Authority. C) (ii) TAX AUDIT 1) To conduct tax audit and to certify tax audit report and documents for filling income tax returns in time. 2) To give advice on the tax audit matters of Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy and units.

8 C)(iii) Annual Income Tax Return Preparing & filing of Annual Income Tax Return in time. D) PROFESSION TAX 1) To assist and carry out the work of preparation of documents and maintaining the required registers etc. under P.T. act. 2) To inform changes in the P.T. rules affecting Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy & Units. 3) To act as tax consultants to and give advice on the tax matters of Dudh Mahasangh, Mahanand Dairy & Units. 4) To appear for assessment & notices for P.T. act.matters to tax authority up to the assessment stage at STO level from time to time and all the required work relating the same.
