2 ORDINANCE NO TAX LEVY ORDINANCE of the LINCOLNSHIRE FIELDS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS FOR WHEREAS: A. The Board oftrustees ofthe LINCOLNSHIRE FIELDS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, hereinafter respectively called "BOARD" and "FIRE DISTRICT", is duly organized under the laws ofthe State ofillinois; and B. The Board previously approved an Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year which was subsequently amended; and C. The Board is authorized to consider an annual budget and provide for funding through an annual appropriation ordinance; and D. The Board has the expectation ofincome from real estate taxes of$98, and revenue of $ from other sources all being sufficient to meet its budget; and E. Consideration ofthis ordinance has been made at a public hearing, after public comment and testimony, all in accordance with applicable law. NOW THEREFORE, BE ORDAINED by the President and Board oftrustees ofthe Lincolnshire Fields Fire Protection District: SECTION 1:

SECTION 2: The said several sums ofmoney are hereby appropriated from monies received and to be received by the LINCOLNSHIRE FIELDS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, from all sources, and nothing set forth herein shall prohibit transfers from one fund to another provided such monies are disbursed in compliance with law, this ordinance and subsequent tax levies. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is deemed invalid, the balance ofsaid ordinance shall be given full force and effect to the extent allowed by law. In the event that the within levy exceeds any limitation by law, such levy amount shall be equivalent to the maximum amount allowed by law. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after this passage as provided by law, approval and publication in lawful pamphlet form.
