1 , ' DCEO #33 (Revised 7/03) TAX LEVY ORDINANCE ROAD DISTRICT Ordinance # 09/10 FILED DEC An ordinance levying taxes for all road purposes for Tolono Township road District - Champaign County BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of Tolono Township, Champaign County, Illinois, as follows: SECTION I : That the Highway Commissioner of _ Tolono Township Road District on November 1 1,2009 does hereby determine and declare that the sum of One hundered Fifty Three thousand Seven hundred and Thirthy Three dollars ($1 53,733) are hereby levied upon all property subject to taxation within the Road District as that properly is assessed and equalized, in order to meet and defmy all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the Road District as required by statute or voted by the people in accordance with the law, for such purposes as: Road District Building and Equipment, for the year r SECTION 2: That the amount levied for each object and purpose shall be as follows:

SECTION 4: That the Board of Trustees does hereby certify that the amount levied herein is necessary to be raised by taxation for road purposes for Tolono Township- Road District. SECTION 5: That if any section, subdivision, or sentence of this ordinance shall for any reason be held invalid or to be unconstitutional, such finding shah not effect the validity of the remaining portion of this ordinance. SECTION 6: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its adoption, as provided by law.
