These points reset every calendar month but count toward an Affiliate's 100 Point Active Total. Elevate 100 : To be considered an "Elevate 100 " an Affiliate must accumulate a total of 100 product points. An Elevate 100 is an "Active" Affiliate and is no longer required to accumulate 10 product points each month to be considered "Active". If an account goes inactive who's points are part of the total 100 Points, the Affiliate is required to accumulate additional product points through a product sale to once again hit their 100 Point Active Total.

2 Certification Packages & Benefits Certification packages are part of the Elevate BackPack back office that include tools, marketing, training, fast-start promotions, and Genius benefits. Elevate BackPack Elevate BackPack is an entry level basic certification. Any individual who signs up ($25 one-time fee) automatically has access to commission statements, lead management system, replicating website and sales organization overview. The annual renewal is $147. Solar Sales Pre-Qualified A lead that has been submitted and meets the following qualifications: Homeowner Credit Score of 680 or Above Average Utility Bill of $80 a Month or Above Sale A lead that has been converted to a Sale by meeting the following qualifications: Elevate MyLight Contract Signed by Customer Site Survey is Completed and Home has Passed Elevate Solar, Inc. has approved the Elevate MyLight Contract $250 Commission is paid after the above Qualifications have been Satisfied Install A Sale that has been installed and has completed the following steps: Permitting & Design is Complete Solar System has been Installed on the Home Account has been Funded (confirmation of installation) Remaining Commission (based on earned rank) is Paid Opening A New Area An area may be opened when the following requirements are met: 25 Qualified Leads Have Been Submitted Newly Opened Area Covers A 100 Mile Radius

4 Certified Genius Compensation A "Certified Genius" is any affiliate that has completed 10 Installs, has two (2) Associates directly beneath them and are meeting "Active" Affiliate requirements each month or have earned their Elevate 100. Ranks "Market Architect" through "Executive Market " are considered "Certified Genius". Certified Genius Solar Pay Plan Monthly Installs Commissions $1,000 $1,250 $1,500 $1,750 $2,000 Certified Genius Commission Override Breakdown Certified Market Architect Senior Market Architect Regional Market National Market Executive Market Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 $200 $100 $100 $50 $50 The $500 override made on any of the five (5) training Installs of an Affiliate is paid out five (5) levels up in $50 - $200 disbursements. If any person in line for an override is not qualified for that level of earnings, it compresses to the first Qualified sales manager. You can earn one level of override per install (not multiple levels). Certified Genius Check Matching Check Match Bonus on the paycheck of your Sales Team 1 Installs. This includes their personal commissions, genius overrides, residual commissions, generational overrides and their check matches. YOU

6 Pioneer Promotions Elevate Start With Elevate Start customers start saving money from day one. 00 Mo Customers Customers receive $5 for every day between the solar Sale and installation. The compensation is paid in the form of a credit to the customers Elevate MyLight account. There is a 180-day cap for each customer. Affiliates The Affiliate starts to earn $5 per day from the day the Customer signs their contract until the day it becomes a Sale*. Elevate Start pay is paid when account becomes a Funded Install. There is a 90-day cap for Affiliates earning on each customer. * Elevate Start for Affiliates is only valid in areas that are not yet open and serviced by Elevate Solar, Inc. Customers must have a Funded Install to receive their Elevate Start balance. A Customer will not receive the Elevate Start balance in the event of a cancellation or any other reason that prevents a Customer account from becoming a Funded Install.
