A regitrant mut ubmit:- only one Regitration of Intent duly completed and igned by the regitrant; the Regitration of Intent hall be accompanied with cahier order(). The number of cahier order() hall be equal to the number of reidential property(ie) which the regitrant() intend to purchae a indicated in the Regitration of Intent, but uch number of reidential property(ie) in any event (for regitrant who i individual) hall not exceed three (3) or (in other cae) hall not exceed one (). Each cahier order hall be in the um of HK300,000 and made payable to MAYER BROWN JSM ; and a copy of the regitrant H.K.I.D. Card() / Paport() and (if applicable) copy of Buine Regitration Certificate to 9/F, One International Finance Centre, Harbour View Street, Hong Kong ( deignated venue ) on 9 November 203 (from :00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.); on 0 November 203 (from 2:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.); on November 203 (from :00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and on 2 November 203 (from :00 p.m. to :00 p.m.). 2. Regitrant holding valid Regitration of Intent with price lit no. and the revied price lit() thereof pecified therein will be eligible to participate in the election of pecified reidential propertie. In cae of dipute, the Vendor reerve it right to determine whether a Regitration of Intent i valid. 3. If a regitrant already hold a valid Regitration of Intent and wihe to make the following change to the aid Regitration of Intent:-

2 changing price lit number() pecified in the aid Regitration of Intent; and/or changing the number of reidential property(ie) which the regitrant intend to purchae, the regitrant (or hi/her authorized peron) mut attend the deignated venue during the time referred to under paragraph above to replace the aid Regitration of Intent with a new Regitration of Intent. The regitrant hall bring along hi/her original H.K.I.D. Card() / Paport() (or a copy of the H.K.I.D Card()/Paport() of the regitrant if the new Regitration of Intent i ubmitted by an authorized peron) and (if applicable) copy of Buine Regitration Certificate and the original receipt of the valid Regitration of Intent, and (if applicable) a valid authorization letter and a copy of the H.K.I.D Card/Paport of the authorized peron. The procedure et out in paragraph and above hall apply to the ubmiion of new Regitration of Intent.. Each regitrant hall only be regitered under one valid Regitration of Intent. Duplicated regitration of regitrant will not be accepted. Late ubmiion will not be accepted. The Regitration of Intent i peronal to the Regitrant and hall not be tranferable. 5. The cahier order() will be ued a part payment of the preliminary depoit for the purchae of the pecified reidential property(ie). 6. Regitrant who hold a valid Regitration of Intent hall attend the deignated venue on the firt date of ale between 3:00 p.m. to :00 p.m. ( reporting time ). Regitrant mut bring along hi/her original H.K.I.D. Card() / Paport() and (if applicable) copy of Buine Regitration Certificate and the original receipt of the valid Regitration of Intent. Regitrant() who arrive at the deignated venue beyond the reporting time hall not be eligible to participate in election of pecified reidential propertie in accordance with paragraph 7 to 0 below. 7. After verification of the identity of the regitrant, the regitrant will be divided into three group according to the number of reidential property(ie) which the regitrant intend to purchae a indicated in their valid Regitration of Intent. If a regitrant decide on the pot to purchae a leer number of pecified reidential propertie than the number indicated by the regitrant in the valid Regitration of Intent, the regitrant will be included in the relevant round of election a pecified below. 8. Firt round of election of pecified reidential propertie- for regitrant intending to purchae 3 pecified reidential propertie Regitrant who are eligible to participate in the firt round of election of pecified reidential propertie are thoe who have indicated that they intend to purchae three (3) pecified reidential propertie in their valid Regitration of Intent. In thi round of election, each regitrant can only elect and purchae exactly three (3) pecified reidential propertie ubject to availability of the pecified reidential propertie. Amongt the regitrant in thi round of election, their order of priority for electing the pecified reidential propertie which are till available at that time will be determined according to the equence of their appointed etate agent a et out below, and uch equence will be repeated after completion of each equence until all regitrant in thi round of election have completed their election of pecified reidential propertie:- No. purchaer nominated by Centaline Property Agency Limited 2 purchaer nominated by Midland Realty International Limited 3 purchaer nominated by Hong Yip Service Co Ltd or Kai Shing (REA) Limited purchaer nominated by Centaline Property Agency Limited 5 purchaer nominated by Ricacorp Propertie Limited 6 purchaer nominated by Midland Realty International Limited 7 purchaer nominated by Hong Kong Property Service (Agency) Limited, Century 2 Surveyor Limited and Franchiee, Jone Lang Laalle Ltd, Leading Propertie Agency Limited, Power Chater Property Conultant Limited, Savill Realty Limited or 8 Property Agency Limited If the opportunity to nominate a regitrant goe to a group of etate agent in the equence, only one etate agent in that group will be entitled to nominate one () regitrant to elect the pecified reidential propertie in each equence and they will be entitled to do o in turn when the opportunity to nominate goe to that group of etate agent. The Vendor will decide the order of priority in which uch etate agent may nominate a regitrant by balloting before the ale commence on the firt date of ale. The order of priority of uch etate agent o determined will apply to all the 3 round of election. The reult of the balloting will be poted at the deignated venue. Regitrant will not be eparately notified of the reult. 2

If the etate agent or the group of etate agent in the equence cannot timely nominate one () regitrant to elect pecified reidential property, uch etate agent or group of etate agent will be kipped in that equence. If there i more than one regitrant eligible to be nominated by an etate agent, the etate agent hould determine the order of priority of thee regitrant in accordance with the price of the pecified reidential property(ie) which each of the regitrant intend to purchae, with the one of higher price with higher priority. The Vendor reerve the right not to allow a regitrant who ha appointed more than one etate agent to elect any of the pecified reidential propertie. If a regitrant decide to purchae le than three (3) pecified reidential propertie after he/he ha been given by the Vendor the opportunity to elect the pecified reidential propertie, then he/he will not be offered to purchae any pecified reidential property in thi round of election and will be required to participate in the econd round of election or the third round of election (a the cae may be) depending on the number of pecified reidential propertie he/he decide to purchae. Regitrant who ha elected and decided to purchae three (3) pecified reidential propertie hould follow the procedure et out in paragraph below regarding the igning of Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchae. 9. Second round of election of pecified reidential propertie for regitrant intending to purchae 2 pecified reidential propertie (d) Regitrant who are eligible to participate in the econd round of election of pecified reidential propertie are thoe who have indicated that they intend to purchae two (2) pecified reidential propertie in their valid Regitration of Intent, or who have decided to purchae two (2) pecified reidential propertie a mentioned in paragraph 8(h) above. In thi round of election, each regitrant can only elect and purchae exactly two (2) pecified reidential propertie ubject to availability of the pecified reidential propertie. The equence and procedure et out in paragraph 8 to 8(h) above will apply to thi round of election. If a regitrant decide to purchae le than two (2) pecified reidential propertie after he/he ha been given by the Vendor the opportunity to elect the pecified reidential propertie, then he/he will not be offered to purchae any pecified reidential property in thi round of election and will be required to participate in the third round of election. Regitrant who ha elected and decided to purchae two (2) pecified reidential propertie hould follow the procedure et out in paragraph below regarding the igning of Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchae. 0. Third round of election of pecified reidential propertie for regitrant intending to purchae pecified property Regitrant who are eligible to participate in the third round of election of pecified reidential propertie are thoe who have indicated that they intend to purchae one () pecified reidential property in their valid Regitration of Intent, or who have decided to purchae one () pecified reidential propertie a mentioned in paragraph 9 above. In thi round of election, each regitrant can only elect and purchae exactly one () pecified reidential property ubject to availability of the pecified reidential propertie. The equence and procedure et out in paragraph 8 to 8(g) above will apply to thi round of election.. If a regitrant ha uccefully elected any of the pecified reidential propertie, the regitrant hall enter into a Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchae of the reidential property(ie). Before entering into the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchae in repect of any pecified reidential property, the regitrant may notify the Vendor on pot to add any cloe relative (i.e. poue, parent, child, brother and iter) a joint purchaer(). 3

If a regitrant ha not purchaed any pecified reidential property or the number of pecified reidential property(ie) being purchaed i le than the number of pecified reidential property(ie) which the regitrant intend to purchae a indicated in the Regitration of Intent, hi/her unued cahier order() will be available for collection by the regitrant (or hi/her authorized peron) at 9/F, One International Finance Centre, Harbour View Street, Hong Kong during 3 November 203 to November 203 (from :00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The regitrant mut bring along the H.K.I.D. Card() / Paport() of the regitrant (or a copy of the H.K.I.D Card()/Paport() of the regitrant if unued cahier order() i/are collected by the authorized peron) and (if applicable) copy of Buine Regitration Certificate of the Regitrant, the original receipt of the valid Regitration of Intent, and (if applicable) a valid authorization letter and a copy of the H.K.I.D Card/Paport of the authorized peron. After the completion of the three round of election of pecified reidential propertie by eligible peron in accordance with the above procedure, the order of priority in the election of the remaining pecified reidential propertie (if any) will be on a firt come firt erved bai. In cae of any dipute, the Vendor reerve it abolute right to allocate any pecified reidential propertie to any peron intereted in purchaing by any method (including balloting).
