The financial bid hould include the cot of AMC/item/ervice together for all the item ntion above. 2. The technical and financial bid hall be ubmitted within a ealed envelope duly marked Tender reference no, Date and due date on the corner of the envelope. 3. All tender docunt hould have to be ent through courier, peed pot or regitered pot only or may be dropped in the tender box at NIT Sikkim. 4. Quotation received after the cloing date/ti will not be conidered. 5. While ending rate, the firm hall give an undertaking to the effect that the term/condition ntioned in the inquiry letter/tender Notice againt which the rate are being given are acceptable to the firm. In cae the firm do not give thi undertaking, their rate will not be conidered. 6. The upplier/firm hall be preferred to original equipnt manufacturer (OEM) or authorized dealer/ole ditributor of projected AMC item, the certificate to thi effect mut be attached. 7. In the event of any dipute or difference() between the vender Intitute (NIT Sikkim) and the vendor() ariing out of non-atifactory ervice or upplie or not found according to pecification or any other caue whatoever relating to the upply or purchae order before or after the upply ha been executed, hall be referred to The Director, NIT Sikkim, Sikkim who may decide the matter hilf. 8. All tender in which any of the precribed condition i not fulfilled or any condition i put forth by the tenderer hall be ummarily rejected. 9. If the ucceful bidder fail to take over the AMC ervice within tipulated ti, then the EMD may be forfeited and order may be placed to next mot reponive bidder. 4

ISO certified bidder hall be preferred. 5. Photocopy of Company/firm regitration, PAN Card, CST / VAT regitration Certificate, Service, Tax Regitration Certificate etc. are to be encloed. 6. The bidder hould have experience in upply, integration, commiioning for at leat two reputed organization (within India) e.g. Miion critical PSU/Defence Intallation / Governnt related organization (proof may be upplied). 7. The bidder mut have the capability to execute, operate and manage a large network of imilar ize; reference in thi repect hould be provided in the form of purchae order and/or performance / completion certificate from end cutor. 8. The product() quoted if any hould have full period of Life at the ti of delivery and OEM hould upport the product quoted from the date of intallation and a letter to thi extent need to be attached a a proof. 9. The printed literature and catalogue / brochure giving full technical detail may be included with the technical bid to verify the pecification quoted in the tender. The bidder may ubmit copie of uitable docunt in upport of their reputation, credential and pat performance. The rate hould be quoted in figure (typed or printed) and cutting hould be avoided. 10. Pre Qualification Criteria: Bidder are expected to be the manufacturer / authorized dealer or dealing ervice with tthe imilar item a pecified in Annexure-A. Letter of Authorization from original equipnt manufacturer (OEM) on the a and pecific to the tender may be encloed. The bidder mut be a regitered/authoried firm with CST/VAT regitration. 16. Price: The Price quoted hould be incluive of all taxe or dutie, packing, forwarding, freight, inurance, delivery and commiioning etc. at detination ite (NIT Sikkim, Ravangla, Sikkim). The rate hall be firm and final. Nothing extra hall be paid on any account. 17. In cae of pare part/material need to be upply under AMC ervice, the pecial permit hall be provided by the NIT Sikkim. However, 0.5% of Swachh Bharat Ce hall be charge on the total contract value. 18. Validity: The bid hould be valid for acceptance for a period of at leat ixty (60) day. The Bidder hould be ready to extend the validity, if required. 19. Service Delivery: The ervice ha to be tart imdiate after the hander over of AMC to elected vendor. 20. Warranty: Bidder mut give the comprehenive ervice warranty t o a l l t h e A M C c o v e r e d i t e m f o r d u r a t i o n o f c o n t r a c t p e r i o d. 21. Cancellation of Tender: The NIT Sikkim reerve the right to cancel thi tender partly or fully any ti without aigning any reaon, thereof. Paynt condition: the elected vendor hall be paid in four equal intalnt of total contract value, i.e on quarterly period. However, on claim, an advance amount one intalnt may be approved. 6
