1 ARTISAN MARKET SUNDAY, SEPTEMER 11, am 4 pm The Cove, Dunda Driving Park In order to be accepted into Artian Market your work mut be in the following categorie: Fine art any medium (no print copie but art card allowed),sculpture (paper,tone, wood,gla,metal),photography,jewelry (handmade or handmade bead),woodwork, gla art, hand crafted art which we approve for the how. Show hour: et up 7.30am to 9.30am. All car to be off ite by 9.30am. Show tart at 10am. Removal of diplay no earlier than 4pm. Show finihe at 4.00pm. Application deadline: Augut 1, 2016 (but we welcome early application and would appreciate thi). Artian Market i a juried how that welcome application from a wide variety of art form All art mut be original and created by the artit making thi application. Original work only no limited edition print or reproduction. Art Card are acceptable. No commercial, imported, manufactured or ma-produced item purchaed for reale are allowed. To apply: Pleae ubmit the following: A fully completed application form.

If you have taken part in either the Cactu Feival how or the Rotary Art In the Park with u in the pat few year, it i not neceary to ubmit image a we already know your work. New applicant pleae ubmit photo. A brief biography (in cae we have time to make up a lit of vendor to give to viitor). A cheque, money order or online e tranfer for the full amount of the fee for booth pace(). Cheque made out to June Lynch. E tranfer will require a paword to proce tranaction. Size and cot of booth area: Cot are riing but we are trying to keep them a low a poible Cot for each 10 foot x 10 foot pace $60 E mail application with all requirement to junelynch@gmail.com or mail application to June Lynch, 369 King Street Wet, Dunda, Ontario. L9H 1W9. If you have quetion, you can reach Ivor and June at Exhibitor mut provide their own booth and diplay. Each pace will be 10 foot x 10 foot and you may buy more than one pace if you wih. Exhibitor are reponible for the afety and liability of their own diplay and product. Live demontration are encouraged but no electricity i

3 available. Exhibitor are reponible for their own canopie, table, chair and diplay equipment. In the pat, booth pace have been allocated. Thi year it will be on a firt come, firt erved bai. Check in with June or Ivor (Picture Perfect) when you arrive at the Cove. Once you have checked in, et up your booth wherever you wih. Pleae be courteou and don t take up more than your purchaed pace and pleae allow at leat a foot between the booth to allow for acce of vendor and viitor. All car mut be off ite by 9.30am. There i lot of parking in the park around the Cove. Location: See map attached of Driving Park. We are located in the Cove on the right hand ide of the map. In cae of bad weather, the how goe on rain or hine. Exhibitor are advied to bring protective covering to place over and under diplay in the event of rain. Should heavy rain, high wind or torm occur, exhibitor remain on ite at their own rik. All exhibitor are reponible for their own ale and any taxe they may be required to charge on ale. No telephone are available o exhibitor accepting credit card mut make their own arrangement for authorization. Cancellation: If an exhibitor need to cancel their attendance at the how and notifie June Lynch (junelynch@gmail.com) in writing prior to Augut 1, 2016, they will receive a refund minu a $25 adminitration fee.

4 If an exhibitor need to cancel their attendance at the how after Augut 1, 2016, no refund will be iued. All exhibitor, by ubmitting an application, agree to abide by the rule of Artian Market. Exhibitor alo agree to comply with any reaonable requet by u with regard to diplay and conduct at the how. Recognizing that Artian Market i run by a voluntary organization, the exhibitor aume all rik and reponibilitie in participating in thi event. Upon ubmitting an application for Artian Market, the exhibitor agree to provide for hi/her own liability inurance and doe hereby agree that June & Ivor Lynch and the City of Hamilton will not be held liable for any and all damage, expene or liability from any injury or damage to any peron, including the general public, the exhibitor, it agent or employee or to the property of the exhibitor ariing out of the exhibitor participation in Artian Market. Furthermore, June & Ivor Lynch and the City of Hamilton will not be held reponible for any lo or loe incurred by the exhibitor, a a reult of fire, theft, water, accident, weather, act of God or other mihap or incident not pecifically itemized herein.
