10 Summary of Main Term & Condition: Event Partnerhip Submiion of thi Partnerhip Application Form (ubmitted on-line, by fax or pot) etablihe a formal contract between the named company and SPA LIFE INTERNATIONAL LTD (the organier) under the following term and condition. In ubmitting thi form you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named company, to enter into thi agreement. 1. Within 14 day of receipt of thi Partnerhip Application Form the Organier will end a notification to the Company confirming acceptance of the application with additional information and full term & condition. Pleae note the organier reerve the right to refue or cancel a booking. 2. A 25% depoit mut be paid within 14 day of receiving a depoit invoice. The balance of the total ponorhip() fee i payable by 30th March Late Payment will reult in any promotional dicount becoming void and full rate being payable. 3. Delegate() will not be permitted to attend the event unle the total fee ha been paid in accordance with the tated term. 4. Payment of the full fee, a outlined above, will entitle delegate() to participation in the pecified chedule of Event at SPA LIFE INTERNATIONAL (Ireland) including the SPA LIFE FORUM with a chedule of meeting; diplay pace in the EXPO for 2 day; attendance at the Networking Gala Dinner; acce to the Spa & Wellne Conference; refrehment and lunch on each day of the Event. Where accommodation i provided in package thi i on a hared room bai i.e. each Partner/Sponor will be entitled to one bedroom uite (twin or double) a part of uch agreement. 5. The organier cannot guarantee confirmation of booking application unle a completed booking form i igned and depoit received. Booking application accepted after the date tated on the booking form will not be eligible for Early Bird Dicount and a uch will be charged at the full rate. 6. Total fee remain payable hould the delegate() / Partner cancel a confirmed booking within one month prior to the event. Should a booking be cancelled more than 60 day prior to the event a 25% Cancellation Fee will be charged. If cancelled between day prior to the event then a 50% Cancellation Fee will apply. 7. Spa Life reerve the right to change the venue or other facilitie without prior notice and without any alteration in fee. If Spa Life ha to make any alteration it will ue it reaonable endeavour to provide an alternative of equal or higher tanding. No compenation hall be payable in the circumtance decribed in Claue The Partie agree that if, for any reaon the Event i cancelled, the Partner may at it ole dicretion agree to a uitable alternative event at the ame value of ponorhip or ak for a 50% refund only of the Sponorhip Fee. 9. If the Partner requet a refund under the term of the claue above the Organier will refund 50% of all Sponorhip Fee within ixty day of receipt of written notice for the ame from Sponor. The organier hall not be held reponible for any conequential lo incurred due to uch cancellation. 10. Spa Life International cannot accept any liability for damage or lo to any diplay, equipment or peronal belonging whilt at the Event. 11. All partner hould have adequate inurance in place to cover their taff and equipment whilt working at the Event a well a inuring againt any cot incurred due to unforeeen circumtance or cancellation. All portable item of electrical equipment mut have an up-to-date P.A.T tet certificate and Rik Aement & Method Statement. 12. It i the reponibility of each individual Sponor to meet all Health & Safety legilation in Ireland. 13. Sponor are liable for any damage caued to hotel property and mut have in force the appropriate inurance. 14. All ponor are required to book and pay for their own hotel accommodation. Spa Life will enure there are uitable room at a dicounted rate available in the main hotel and event complex.
