We may use additinal, alternative prcedures but nly when this is t the client s advantage. Art 3.3 and 3.4 Internal Regulatins: The present members have n legitimate bjectins t the applicant becming a member. The bard can deny the applicant (cmpany, sharehlders, directrs) membership if he has utstanding debts with the current members and with the assciatin regarding earlier bankruptcy, cvering a perid f three years befre the applicatin. - in the case f sle prprietrships a Statement f Gd Cnduct (VOG) f the wner; - in the case f crpratins/partnerships a statement cncerning the cnduct (VOG) f the fficers/partners. 8 Art 3.5 Internal Regulatins: The annual turnver f the applicant is at least Fr a new cmpany a business plan must be submitted tgether with, fr the evaluatin f the bard f the assciatin, a realistic and well-funded turnver frecast fr tw years aimed at the realisatin f the minimal turnver r number f bkings mentined in the first sentence. Every cmpany must, fr the evaluatin f the bard f the assciatin, have the prspect f rbust management in regard t lng-tem prspects. Art. 4.2: (statistics, department infrmatin) Members are bund t cperate with the cmpulsry surveys as decided by the General Assembly f Members. Art 4.3: When taking ver activities frm travel agents that have gne bankrupt, members are bligated t take int accunt the legitimate interests f the travel rganisers. Members wh take ver these activities must give the persnal infrmatin f the travellers bked n turs t travel rganisers prmptly and withut any csts. The travel rganisers are bligated t execute the travel agreement and s have a right t the interest in btaining this data. Members will nt take ver activities frm travel agents if they d nt als receive frm the fiduciary and/r thers the stipulatin that the persnal infrmatin is either made available t the travel rganisers immediately and withut any csts, r that a member wh takes ver the activities takes these respnsibilities upn himself. If a member vilates this stipulatin, n ANVR number will be issued at the branch in regard t the activities. The General Assembly f Members has decided that the turnver figures cmpanies present t SGR/SGST are used as the basis fr calculating the cst f the membership fee. On the basis f this authrisatin SGR/SGST transfers the turnver figures t the ANVR. Members will, when they develp cmmercial activities utside their ffice, always indicate clearly and transparently under whse respnsibility these activities take place.
