9 2017 Assessment Increase The board & management has evaluated current assessments, budget, savings and expenses and has determined that an assessment increase is required Impact Factors: Average 1%-3% yearly increase in water and maintenance costs Savings & contingency emergency funding impacts $360/yr. Developer set assessment at $360/yr. Board vote decrease -$100 in $250/yr $275/yr. Vote: 10% Increase in 2017 ($250 to $275 per year)

Box 1567 Allen, TX Or- Form is transferred to HOA Architectural Committee and distributed to members.
