6 Admissin Prcess 1. Request admissin by cntacting us at and speaking t Andrew Andrff r Kris Bergstrm. They will wrk with yu t cllect sme infrmatin regarding yur mve. During the cnversatin, we will schedule and cnfirm the day and time fr ne f ur Mving Cnsultants t visit yur hme t perfrm a survey. Please be prepared t prvide us with the fllwing infrmatin: Yur name Yur cntact phne number and Yur rigin address Yur destinatin address Yur preferred mve date An emplyment verificatin r QL Family pht ID badge. 2. Yu will be assigned a Mving Cnsultant. He will visit yur hme t inventry the items t be mved. The Mving Cnsultant will listen t yur cncerns and prvide answers t yur questins abut the mve. 3. Our Mving Cnsultant will build and prvide yu with a custm mve plan and qute. The qute will itemize all csts and display yur Mving Incentives in a clean and easy t understand frmat. Typically, the mve plan and qute will be ed directly t yu with-in 24 t 48 hurs f the survey date. Larger mves may require additinal time t cmplete. During the survey, ur Mving Cnsultant will infrm yu when yu can t expect t receive yur qute. There will be n hidden fees and the qute will be valid fr 30 days. 4. Once yur mve is bked, ur mving cnsultant will stay in cntact with strategically placed phne calls and meetings t ensure the prmises we make, are the prmises we keep. Prfessinal Mvers.cm 6

7 Term and Cnditins All qutes prvided fr Team Members f the Quicken Lans family f cmpanies are based upn an agreed scpe f wrk listed n the mve qute. Specifically, the list f items t mve and list f items yu are respnsible t perfrm prir t the mvers arrival. Examples may include but are nt limited t packing, labeling, and cnfirming elevatr reservatins. Mdifying r changing the scpe f wrk can result in additinal charges. All Quicken Lans Emplyee mves are subject t 3 hur minimum charge. All Quicken Lans Emplyee mves will be charged hurly rates with a ne hur transprtatin charge added t all relcatins. Qutes are nly gd fr 30 days. Quicken Lans Team Members must agree t an in-hme visual survey t be eligible fr the Mving Incentives. Free use f bxes and discunted hurly rates are nly valid n lcal mves under frty miles. Prgram is nt valid n interstate mves. All pricing will be based n a designated lading/unlading zne at the rigin and destinatin, plus exclusive use f elevatrs (if necessary). Additinal Services such as but nt limited t histing, crating, electrical, plumbing, wall munting, installatin, carpentry, IT and Cmputer relcatin, Cubicle r Wrkstatin Disassembly/Reassembly, Baby Grand Pian mving, LCD/Plasma mving, and maid services are nt included in prgram discunts. All custmers are required t prvide cmplete payment n mve day nce the relcatin is cmplete. Payment must be made in the frm f cash r check nly. N credit cards will be accepted. Prfessinal Mvers.cm reserves the right t change these terms and cnditins and Mving Incentives at any time, and yu agree t abide by the mst recent versin f the Prgram Guidelines and psted incentives being ffered at the time.
