1 Obtaining and Cnfiguring UCDP Direct Integratin Credentials T submit appraisal data files t the Unifrm Cllateral Data Prtal (UCDP ) using a vendr slutin, yur rganizatin must first set up a UCDP Direct Integratin User (DI User) ID. The UCDP administratr (UCDP Admin) fr yur rganizatin shuld fllw the prcess defined belw t btain, cnfigure, and test direct integratin credentials. UCDP Direct Integratin User Request and Credential Cnfiguratin Steps 1. Cmplete the standard registratin prcess fr UCDP t establish a UCDP Admin. The UCDP Admin will be respnsible fr requesting the DI User ID. If yur rganizatin has already established a UCDP Admin, prceed t Step 2. Please nte the fllwing infrmatin that was prvided t register the UCDP Admin must be identical t the infrmatin prvided in the DI User Request: Cmpany Name UCDP Administratr Name UCDP Administratr If yur rganizatin has nt established a UCDP Admin: Fr Lenders - Lenders must cmplete the UCDP Registratin prcess defined n the FreddieMac.cm and efanniemae.cm fr ne r bth GSEs. If yu deliver lans t bth GSEs, yu must cmplete the prcess fr bth entities: Freddie Mac - Getting Registered fr the Unifrm Cllateral Data Prtal Fannie Mae - Getting Registered fr UCDP Fr Lender Agents - Lender agents (such as appraisal management cmpanies r utsurce prvides) must cmplete the UCDP Lender Agent Registratin Frm t request a UCDP accunt and appear n the lender agent list in the UCDP. The same frm is available n bth the FreddieMac.cm and efanniemae.cm. Each cmpany shuld cmplete nly ne UCDP lender agent registratin frm n ne f the GSE s websites. Separate frms are NOT needed fr each GSE r fr each lender. 2 2. Identify the Business Unit fr Direct Integratin The direct integratin credentials will be set up within a business unit as a DI User. DI Users can be created fr any businesss unit and will have accesss t submit appraisals t the assigned business unit and any subrdinate business units. In mst cases, an administratr will have a singlee business unit and the DI User will reside in that businesss unit. Fr mre cmplex setups where hierarchies exist, an administratr needs t determine at which level t assign the DI User ID. The examples belw demnstrate the access fr a DI User in thee UCDP Userr and Business Unit Administratin: The DI User established within the Primary Business Unit, primary_di, will be able t submit transactins frm a vendr slutin t the Primary Business Unit, and the subrdinate business units, Retail West and Retail East. Identify the Business Unit Number (Lenders) r Business Unit Name (Lender Agents) Fr Lenders The UCDP Lender Administratr can find the Business Unit Number within the UCDP Web prtal by fllwing the steps belw: Lg in t the UCDP - Frm the Accunt Administratin Tab, select User and Business Unit Administratin. T find the Primary Business Unit Number: - Click n the highest level Business Unit Name (tp f the structure). - The Business Unit Number is an 8 digit alphanumeric value lcated next t the Business Unit Name in parenthesis: ABC Lender (Business Unit Number: MFI41225) T find a Child Business Unit Number: - Click n the plus sign next t Business Units t expand the structure. - Click n the name f the desired Child Business Unit. - The Child Business Unit Number is an 8 digit alphanumeric value lcated next t the Business Unit Name in parenthesis: ABC Lender East (Business Unit Number: MFI41230) Business Unit Number July Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. 4 Fr Lender Agents The UCDP Lender Agent Administratr can find the Business Unit Name within the UCDP Web prtal by fllwing the steps belw: Lg in t the UCDP - Frm the Accunt Administratin Tab, select User and Business Unit Administratin. The Primary Business Unit Name appears three times in the left hand clumn, in this example Lender Agent Test BU. Business Unit Name 4. Navigate t the UCDP Direct Integratin User ID Request Frm: The same frm is available n bth the FreddieMac.cm and efanniemae.cm. Each cmpany shuld cmplete nly ne UCDP Direct Integratin User ID Request Frm. Cmplete and the UCDP Direct Integratin User ID Request Frm: The table belw prvides a descriptin fr each required field in the DI User Request Frm: Data Field Cmpany Name Direct Integratin User Rle Business Unit Number Business Unit Name UCDP Administratr First Name UCDP Administratr Last Name Administratr Phne Number Administratr Address Vendr Name Descriptin Lender r Lender Agent cmpany name. This value must match the cmpany name used t create the UCDP Administratr. Lender DI r Lender Agent DI Defines where in the Business Unit Hierarchy t create the DI User. Required fr Lenders. Defines where in the Business Unit Hierarchy t create the DI User. Required fr Lender Agents. This value must match the first name used t create the UCDP Administratr. This value must match the last name used t create the UCDP Administratr. The phne number may be used t cntact the UCDP Administratr. This value must match the address used t create the UCDP Administratr. Ntificatins fr the DI User will be sent t this . Vendr wh is prviding slutin. Send the cmpleted frm t UCDPDIUser@vers.cm. Requests will be prcessed in 2-3 business days. If the cmpany name, administratr name, r administratr d nt match the values prvided during registratin fr the administratr, r the requesting administratr des nt have access t the specified business unit, yu will receive an frm Vers, ucdp-nreply@vers.cm, indicating yur request is denied. 6. Receive an with yur UCDP DI User ID: Once yur request has been prcessed, yu will receive an frm Vers, ucdp-nreply@vers.cm, with yur DI User ID. Additinally, yu will see the DI User appear in the UCDP User and Business Unit Administratin screen as a user assciated with the requested Business Unit. 6 7. Identify the GSE Seller Number(s) and Business Unit(s) t be cnfigured in yur vendr s slutin. The Business Unit Number(s) and GSE Seller Number(s) can be identified by lgging int UCDP and reviewing the established hierarchy under the Accunt Administratin Tab, User and Business Unit Administratin. The Seller Numbers assigned t a Business Unit may be fund by expanding Seller Numbers and expanding ne r bth GSE Names. The assigned Seller Numbers are displayed beneath the specific GSE. In this example the attributes have been expanded t shw ne seller number per GSE assciated t the Primary Business Unit. The example hierarchy als includes ne Seller Number per GSE assciated t the Retail East Business Unit. 8. Cntact yur vendr fr instructins n hw t cmplete the cnfiguratin and testing f yur UCDP DI User ID, Business Unit(s), and GSE Seller Number(s).
