The consolidated cost of tender paper Rs (Rupees Five Hundred only), nonrefundable, to be deposited along-with each proposal /tender/bid through Demand Draft/Banker s cheque payable in favour of the Joint Director, ICAR-RC for NEHR,A.P Centre-Basar, Arunachal Pradesh payable at SBI, Basar Arunachal Pradesh. Non submission of tender cost along with the ARC proposal/tender/bid shall be rejected. 2. Tenderers/bidders shall have to deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along-with each proposal /tender/bid/quotation in the shape of Demand Draft/Banker s cheque payable in favour of the Joint Director, ICAR-RC for NEHR,A.P Centre-Basar, Arunachal Pradesh payable at SBI, Basar Arunachal Pradesh. Non submission of EMD along with the ARC proposal/tender/bid shall be rejected. 3. Demand Draft/Banker s cheque as cost tender document/paper and EMD should be prepared separately and send/submitted along with each proposal/tender/bid/quotation. 4. The rates should be quoted in Rupees and in quintal basis for supply and rates must be valid for whole financial year (valid upto 31 st March 2018). Price quoted must be inclusive of all packing, forwarding, delivery charges, taxes, VAT etc.

2 5. The rates should be quoted for FOR/delivery at ICAR complex, A.P Centre-Basar, Arunachal Pradesh. 6. ARC proposal/tender/bid/quotation should be strictly for items of the best quality and feed ingredients should be as per BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) only. The properly labelled SAMPLE of the ingredients may be provided /submitted along with the proposal/tender/bid/quotation. 7. Attested copy of upto date sales tax and income tax clearance certificate(if any) from the authority concerned should be submitted with proposal/tender/bid/quotation. 8. EMD amount of the successful bidders/firms shall be converted into Performance Security Deposit after finalization of the Annual Rate Contract. The Performance Security amount will be refunded to the firm/party only after successfully completion of the contract period and obligations. 9. Conditional tender/bid will not be entertained and the same will be rejected automatically. 10. Payment shall be made only on the completion of the supply in good condition as per verified weight/measurement mentioned in the supply order. No advance payment will be made in any circumstances. 11. The supply should be made during office hours only in presence of the technical staff/representative and challan should be handed over for every part of supply. The supply must be made within the stipulated time/period as mention in the supply order, failing which the order shall stand automatically cancelled. In case of delay in supply, penalty will be 2% per week of the FOB value. 12. Sealed envelope duly superscripted Proposal/Tender for ARC for Feed containing ARC proposal/tender/bid/quotation and other relevant documents. May be sent to The Joint Director, ICAR-RC for NEHR, A.P Centre Basar, Arunachal Pradesh by post or drop in the tender box at ICAR, A.P Centre, Basar on or before the due date mentioned in the tender notice/document. 13. The bidders should mandatorily sign on every page of the tender document and send/enclosed with proposal/tender/bid which would show their unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of the tender documents/contract. 14. Any proposal/tender/bid/quotation received after the due date or without cost of tender paper or without EMD or not confirming to the terms and conditions of the tender document shall be rejected. 15. The bidders should mandatorily provide their full bank details, PAN Card no.,ifs code and TDS so as to ensure e-payment to them directly on satisfactory completion of the supply. 16. The ARC proposal/tender/bid/quotation must reach this office latest by pm of 13 th June 2017 and the same would be opened on 14 th June 2017 at 2.30 p.m at ICAR-RC for NEHR, A.P Centre Basar, Arunachal Pradesh. 17. Legal jurisdiction for all disputes shall be within the purview of the Shillong court. 18. The Joint Director, ICAR-RC for NEHR, A.P Centre Basar, Arunachal Pradesh reserves the exclusive right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason(s) thereof.
