1 12/26/16 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2255 Hours, I made contact with Poe,Steele at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Burglary 1st Degree and Resisting interfering with arrest. 12/26/16 06: MAPLE ST, DREXEL On December 26, 2016 at about 0608 hours I was dispatched to 311 E. Main Street in reference to a person not breathing. Upon arrival Drexel Fire Department personnel were performing CPR on Mr. Charles Markley. Upon arrival of Harrisonville EMS personnel Mr. Markley was pronounced dead at 0645 hours. 12/26/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1050 Hours, I made contact with Samuel Meixueiro at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Property damage 1st degree. Bond was set at $10,000 10% cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/26/16 11: STATE ROUTE VV, PLEASANT HILL On 12/26/2016 at approximately 1118 hours I was dispatched to State Route VV, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that two out buildings were burglarized on this property the previous night, and multiple items were taken. No suspects have been identified. 12/26/16 11: PINE ST, DREXEL On Monday, December 26, 2016 at approximately 1232 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 131 East Pine Street in Drexel, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. I contacted E.S.M., white male who stated that he and his wife A.A.M., white female had got in to a verbal argument. While speaking with E.S.M. I observed scratch marks on his face. E.S.M. stated these were received when A.A.M. scratched him during the argument. A.A.M. had left the scene prior to my arrival and was not able to be found. 12/26/16 17: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On 12/27/2016, at approximately 0109 hours, I responded to 1200 Main Street, Grandview Police Department, Grandview Missouri, in reference to a warrant arrest. I arrived and took Benjamin J. Ratliff, W/M, into custody on active Cass County warrant 16CA-CR0087 for FTA-DWR/DWS. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 02/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 12/26/16 19: ND ST, CREIGHTON On , I investigated a non-criminal disturbance that occurred at 504 E. Second Street in Creighton. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 12/26/16 20: KANSAS AVE, OLATHE On 12/31/2016, at approximately 1957 hours, at the Johnson County (KS) Jail center, I took Mar keyawna L. Robinson into custody. Ms. Robinson was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. Ms. Robinson was served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR /26/16 21: KANSAS AVE, OLATHE On 12/31/2016, at approximately 1455 hours, at the Johnson County (KS) Jail center, I took Ms. Terrica D. Taylor into custody. Ms. Taylor was then secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Cass County Jail. Ms. Taylor was served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR00976.

I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR00118 for Assault 3rd Degree. 12/26/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2299 Hours, I made contact with Helms,Charles at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for failed to equip mtr carrier veh with /maintain required brak system. 12/27/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On I arrested isaac Chance Bobbitt. Judge Collins sentence Isaac Bobbitt in case number 16CA-CR00259 involuntary manslaughter ct,1, 7 years Dist/Del/Manf/ ct,2, 8 years, Tampering with Physical Evidence. ct,3 4 years. I then arrested Isaac Bobbitt and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 12/27/16 10: OAK ST, FREEMAN On December 27th, 2016, I was dispatched to 303 Oak Street, Freeman, Missouri reference a report of an animal that had been abandoned. As of this time, it is not determined whether, or not a crime has occurred. The parties involved have been identified. 12/27/16 12: HATTEN ST, DREXEL On December 27, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occurred in front of 330 East Hatten, Drexel, Missouri. The striking vehicle left the scene and has not been identified. 12/27/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1350 Hours, I made contact with Zachary C. Hammond at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Raymore Municial warrant. I arrested Mr. Hammond on warrant for shoplifting with a $250 cash payout bond. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/27/16 15: ST STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1624 hours I responded to 7920 E 171st Street in Belton, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer from Grandview PD. Upon arrival I took custody of Anthony Jackson for two active Cass County warrants # 16-CAFTA-1627 and 16-CAFTA-1628 for Probation Violations. Bonds of $25,000 Cash only had been set on both warrants. Mr. Jackson was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 12/27/16 15:36 PROSPECT/231, CLEVELAND On 12/27/2016 at approximately 1537 hours I was dispatched to the area of Prospect Ave and 231st Street, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle was involved in a roll over accident at this location. No injuries were reported at the time. 12/27/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/27/2016, at approximately 1732 Hours, I made contact with Summer Pulliam at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for FTA - POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 01/24/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

3 12/27/16 19: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On , I investigated a Domestic Assault that occurred at E. 181st Street in rural Pleasant Hill. All persons involved have been identified. 12/28/16 04:05 GORE/LYNE, RAYMORE On 12/28/2016 at approximately 0405 hours, I discovered an abandoned vehicle blocking the intersection of Gore Avenue and Lyne St. in Raymore, MO. The registered owner was contacted and the vehicle was towed from the roadway by Eckert Towing. 12/28/16 04:55 77 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On , I investigated a non-criminal disturbance that occurred at 77 Merle Road in rural Pleasant Hill. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 12/28/16 10: TH TER, BELTON On December 28, 2016 I responded to 505 E. 164th Terrace Belton, Missouri for suspicious activity. Mr. Rummons reported that someone had attempted to gain entry into his residence through the garage door. Nothing was found to be missing from the residence. No suspects have been identified a this time. 12/28/16 11:13 NB 49/MM 176, BELTON On Wednesday, December 28th 2016, at 1113 hours, I was dispatched to the area of northbound I-49 and 163rd Street in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Missouri State Highway Patrol who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and methamphetamine paraphernalia was located during a probable cause search. 12/28/16 11: FRANKLIN DR, RAYMORE On December 28, 2016 I responded to 311 S. Franklin Avenue, Raymore, Missouri for a domestic disturbance. Two subjects were placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. Investigation Continues. 12/28/16 14: POLK ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 28, 2016 I responded to 406 Polk Street to assist Harrisonville Police in reference to an assault. It was reported that an assault had started in Harrisonville, and the suspect was at a residence outside of East Lynne on K Highway, possibly making suicidal threats. All parties involved were contacted and the suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 12/28/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/28/2016, at approximately 1657 hours, I made contact with Jason Ray Cooksey at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 16CA-CR Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only, and a court date of 02/09/2016 at 0900 was given. Oakes /28/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies responded to the change-out room of the Cass County Jail for an inmate refusing orders. The inmate became combative and was placed into the restraint chair for his own safety. 12/28/16 17: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at approximately 1720 hours I was dispatched to State Route F, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of a burglary not in progress. Natalie McConnell stated someone had broken into the residence. No suspects have been identified.

Harris Road. No crime was found to have occured at this time. 12/28/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2030 Hours, I made contact with Amir Hussain,at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant AFTER HOURS WARRANT for Distribute / produce a controlled substance. 12/28/16 21: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On December 28, 2016, at approximately 2155 hours, I was dispatched to 1209 N. Mullen, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I spoke with Jerry D. Reece, who stated he was assaulted. Mr. Reece signed a prosecution waiver. 12/28/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/28/2016, at approximately 2245 Hours, I made contact with Brian Bernerd Hadley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 10CA-CR00810 for Failure to Appear / Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. 12/28/16 23: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On December 28, 2016 at 2309 hours, I was dispatched to 1209 N. Mullen, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with Jerry D. Reece, who stated he was hit in the head several times and received a cut on his finger by a knife. A suspect has been identified. 12/29/16 03: SMITH ST, BLUE SPRINGS On Friday, December 30, 2016 at approximately 1556 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Blue Springs Police Department, located at 1100 Southwest Smith Street in Blue Springs, Missouri. I took custody and control of Kirsten M. Smith, white female from officers in their jail. Ms. Smith was transported to the Cass County Jail and is currently being held on Cass County felony warrant #16CA-CR00635 for failure to appear on a forgery charge, with a bond of $10,000 10% cash only. Ms. Smith was given a court date of Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 12/29/16 05:08 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On December 30, 2016 at approximately 0219 hours, I was dispatched to the Archie Commuter lot for a Prisoner Transfer. Upon arrival, I took custody of one subject on an active Cass County warrant and transported him to the jail. 12/29/16 05:37 175TH ST / MERRIOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday December 29, 2016 at approximately 0542 hours, I responded to assist Greenwood Police Department with a vehicle failing to yield. Before my arrival Greenwood Had all three suspects in custody. Greenwood Police Department had another officer respond to transport the female to their Police Department. Assistance rendered at that point. 12/29/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1230 hours, I arrested Mark A. Gray at the Cass County Jail as he turned himself in on an active Archie Municipal Warrant.

5 12/29/16 13:30 TROOP A, On , at approximately 1330 hours, I came in contact with Nathaniel Anderson at the Cass County Jail on 3 active Archie warrants. The warrant # was issued for FTA-property damage, the warrant # was issued for FTA-disorderly conduct, and the warrant # was issued for FTA-DWR. A total bond was set at $300.00, cash only. 12/29/16 14:01 263/STARK RD, On December 29, 2016 I conducted an investigative vehicle stop in the area of 263rd Street and Stark Road. Kyle Roderick was placed into custody for Driving While Revoked and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 12/29/16 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 29th, 2016 at approximately 1742 hours I was dispatched to east 275th street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation revealed no crime had been committed. 12/29/16 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday December 29, 2016 at approximately 2051 hours, I was dispatched to E 220th street in Harrisonville. In reference to a non responsive female, not breathing. The female was transported by Central Cass Fire Department to Cass Regional Hospital for medical treatment. 12/29/16 21: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On December 29, 2016 at approximately 2148 hours, I was dispatched to E. State Rt. 2, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a possible disturbance. Upon arrival, I made contact with Franklin T. Kuntz who informed me that some sort of disturbance took place, but was unsure if it was physical and/or verbal in nature. This investigation is still on-going. 12/29/16 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/29/2016, at approximately 2344 Hours, I made contact with Oscar Sopernez-medez at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County after hours warrant for Resisting by fleeing, Assault 3rd degree LEO, Driving while suspended and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4, Cash only and a court date of 02/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 12/30/16 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0130 Hours, I made contact with Jeffrey Lee Turner, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CACR00184 for Driving while revoked. 12/30/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0856 hours, I contacted Kole Mcdowell at the Cass County Sheriff's Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Failure to drive on right half of roadway. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 12/30/16 09:19 NB 7/TT, HARRISONVILLE On December 30th, 2016 I conducted a vehicle check in the area of State Route 7 Highway north of TT Highway Harrisonville, Missouri on an abandoned gray 2001 Chevy Metro. The vehicle had been tagged for removal on December 18th, 2016 and appeared to have been vandalized since that time. It was towed to prevent further damage from occurring.

6 12/30/16 09:51 JOPLIN PD, On 12/30/16 at 0951 hours, I responded to the Joplin City Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jessica Mccarley into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Fail to Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Ms. Mccarley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/30/16 10: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On December 30th, 2016, I responded to WCA Disposal located at S. State Route 291 Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri where I conducted a follow up with Manager Curtiss D. Giles regarding a vehicle that had been abandoned on the property. Mr. Giles provided evidence that the vehicle had remained on the property for more than 96 hours since he had first notified law enforcement, and he also provided a completed abandoned property tow form. Vehicle was removed by Miller Tow at his request. 12/30/16 11:00 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On December 30th, 2016 at approximately 1104 hours I was dispatched for a phone call in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim reported his vehicle stolen from the side of north bound I-49, and the Cass Parkway exit. A suspect has not been identified. 12/30/16 12: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On December 30, 2016 I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 1209 North Mullen, Raymore Missouri. The disturbance was determined to be non-criminal in nature. Bobby Louvier, w/m, was arrested for a Belton, Missouri warrant for failure to appear with a bond of $ % cash or surety. 12/30/16 16:07 291/58, LAKE WINNEBAGO On December 30, 2016 I arrested Micheal Ruckdeschel, w/m, at State Route 291 and State Route 58, Lake Winnebego, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 16-CAFTA-1183 for failure to appear on non-support. A court date of January 10, 2017 at 1330 hours was given with bond set at $2500 cash only. 12/30/16 16: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On December 30th, 2016 at approximately 1638 hours I was dispatched to South Cleveland Avenue, Belton Missouri in reference to stealing. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 12/30/16 17: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On Friday, December 30, 2016 at approximately 1725 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 8411 East Lakeview Drive in rural Freeman, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was between Daniel Hansen and a suspect. Neither of the individuals involved were taken in to custody. Suspect willingly left the residence. 12/30/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/302016, at approximately 1835 Hours, I made contact with Cole Cameron at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01001 for DRUGS-DISTRIBUTE/SELL-MARIJUANA-5 GRAMS OR MORE. Bond was set at a Signature Bond and a court date of 02/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 12/31/16 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0410 Hours, I made contact with Sheldon Willis, a black male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served Cass County Warrant for Property Damage 1st Degree and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a Felony.

7 12/31/16 06: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On Saturday, December 31, 2016 at approximately 0658 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South West Outer Road in rural Archie, Missouri in regards to a report of a possible medical assist with EMS (Emergency Medical Personnel). Jesse A. Rivera, white male was transported to a local area hospital willingly and admitted for psychiatric evaluation. 12/31/16 11: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Saturday, December 31, 2016 at approximately 1146 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 1502 North Mullen Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a report of an attempted burglary. A suspect has been identified in this report, however an arrest was not made due to the suspect being transported to the hospital for treatment for an alleged injury and psychological evaluation. 12/31/16 11:43 BROME ACRES, GARDEN CITY On December 31, 2016 I assisted the Garden City Police Department investigate a report of suspious activity in the area of Brome Acres. 12/31/16 23:01 NB 49/307, HARRISONVILLE On 12/31/2016 at approximately 2301 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on I-49 NB at 307th St. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and later released on summons. 01/01/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1800 hours, I responded to Clay County Detention Center reference Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR I took Mr. Christian Ault into custody on, and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Ault was served the warrant and bond was set at $5, or 10% cash only, with a court date of 2/16/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/01/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1140 Hours, I made contact with Linda Graves at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17R for Pass a bad check. Bond was set at $11, % cash only and a court date of at 1330 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 01/01/17 11: WARD RD, RAYMORE On 01/01/2017 at approximately 1111 hours I was dispatched to 1410 North Ward Road, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a trespassing. My investigation revealed someone entered a vehicle parked at this residence without permission. No items were taken. 01/01/17 13: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR On 01/01/2017 at approximately 1312 hours I was dispatched to South Donahue Road, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a male and female were involved in a verbal altercation at this residence. Nothing physical occurred and no crime was committed. 01/01/17 13:17 187TH/MULLEN, BELTON On 01/01/2017 at approximately 1318 hours I was dispatched to the area of Mullen Road near 187th Street, Belton, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle struck a road sign near this location. No injuries were reported.

Lawrence Womak, w/m, was arrested on Lafayette County, Missouri warrant 05LFCR00091 for failure to appear on C&I driving with a bond of $1,000 cash or surety. 01/01/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1940 Hours, I made contact with Jordan Alexander, a white male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served Cass County Warrant for Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt and Fail to Display Plates on Mtr Veh/Trl. 01/01/17 20: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On 01/01/2017, at approximately 2012 hours, I responded to S State Route Y, Belton, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a domestic disturbance had occurred and the parties were separated for the evening. 01/01/17 23: TH ST, BELTON On 01/01/2017, at approximately 2344 hours, I responded to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to an animal bite. My investigation revealed a child was bit by his fathers dog. The incident will be forwarded to the Cass County Health Department.
