1 01/09/17 02:31 SB 49/MM 171, RAYMORE On Sunday January 9, 2017 at approximately 0235 hours, I was dispatched to SB I-49 at approximately mile marker 171. In reference to an MVA-Non injury, tractor trailer vs horse. Two horses were killed in the incident. Property damage was caused to the tractor trailer during the accident. The owner of the horses was contacted. 01/09/17 08: TH ST, BELTON On 01/09/2017 at approximately 0853 hours I was dispatched to 1145 East 187th street, Belton, Missouri in reference to a standby. While on scene it was discovered that a stealing had occurred within the past 48 hours at this location. 01/09/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at about 1120 hours, I arrested Michael McNew on 2 Cass County felony warrants. Bonds were set as Signatures on both and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/09/17 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, January 9th, 2017, I initiated a report of fraudulent use of a credit device that occurred at East 227th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on or about December 4th, There is no suspect information. 01/09/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/0908/ at approximately 1300 hours, I made contact with Cliff Eugene Cumpton, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Cumpton Cass County warrant# 14CA-CR , Bond was set at $25, cash only. 01/09/17 14:46 NB 49/MM 169, PECULIAR On January 9, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a silver ford escort on Interstate 49 near mile marker 168. The driver was issued a summons for expired driver's license and the passenger was arrested for an active Grundy County warrant. 01/09/17 15:57 LEE'S SUMMIT PD, LEE'S SUMMIT On January 09, 2017 I conducted a prisoner transfer from Lee's Summit Police Department on a subject with an active Cass County warrant. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail and she was served her warrant. 01/09/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/09/2017, at approximately 1635 Hours, I made contact with Rogers, James at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrants 16CA-CR00953 and 16CA-CR00965 for DRUGS-DISTRIBUTE/SELL-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE and DRUGS-POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Bond was set as a Signature Bond and a court date of 02/16/17 at 0900 hours was given. 01/09/17 19: CAMP BRANCH RD, EAST LYNNE On 01/09/2017 at approximately 1937 hours, I was dispatched to 2800 Rock Haven Road, the Cass Regional Medical Center to investigate an animal bite. Upon arrival, I contacted the victim in the emergency room. Photos of the injuries were taken and a statement was taken. 01/09/17 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/09/2017, at approximately 2350 Hours, I made contact with Randy Atkinson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR01065 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana.

2 01/10/17 02: A ST, CREIGHTON On , I investigated a disturbance that occurred at 502 A. Street in Creighton. The subjects involved in this incident have been identified. 01/10/17 09:39 HENRY COUNTY, CLINTON On , I arrested Sean P. Henriquez on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to the Henry County jail and transported Mr. Henriquez to the Cass County Jail. He was arrested on Cass County Warrant 16CA-CR /10/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/10/2017, at approximately 1025 Hours, I made contact with Hartman, Kristen at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01084 for Drug Trafficking/ attempt to traffic in 2nd degree and Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set as a Signature Bond and a court date of 02/06/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/10/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1120 Hours, I made contact with Katie Pitts at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00916 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana. Bond was set as a signature bond. 01/10/17 13:40 203/SCHOOL, PECULIAR On Tuesday January 10th, 2017 at approximately 1340 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 203rd Street east of School Road on a white Chevrolet caviler. A white male was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/10/17 14:39 NB 7 HWY/ S. FREEDOM RD., HARRISONVILLE On January 10, 2017 I conducted a stealing investigation that occurred at S. State Route 7 at S. Freedom Rd. The victim reported his vehicle had broken down and he left it on the shoulder. The victim reported both license plates where stolen off of the vehicle while it was left on the shoulder of the highway. 01/10/17 18: MADISON ST, RAYMORE On 01/10/2017 at approximately 1829 hours I was dispatched to 924 South Madison Street Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed two male subjects were involved in an altercation at this address. 01/10/17 18: ORCHARD RD, HARRISONVILLE On , I investigated a non-criminal domestic disturbance that occurred at S. Orchard Road in rural Harrisonville. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 01/10/17 19: MECHANIC ST, KANSAS CITY On at approximately 2055 Hours, I made contact with Trivey Lee Ortega at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00982 for Count:1 and 2 Violation of order of protection for adult 1st Offense and a Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. I also served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01024 for Count:1 Aggravated stalking-1st offense. and a Bond was set at $5, % Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/10/17 20: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On 01/10/2017 at approximately 2024 hours, I was dispatched to Van Meter Road to the report of a party not breathing. Upon arrival, I identified the patient who was transported by EMS to Cass Regional Medical Center.

3 01/10/17 22: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On 01/11/2017 at approximately 0140 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department to arrest a subject on an active Cass County warrant. Upon my arrival, Foudray, Samantha D W/F was placed under arrest on an active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/11/17 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/11/2017, at approximately 0025 Hours, I made contact with Shawn Morris at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrants. I served Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR for Failure to Appear on Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft/Stealing. I also served 14CA-CR for Failure to Appear on Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft/Stealing. 01/11/17 07: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On January 11th, 2016 at approximately 0756 hours I was dispatched to south state route D highway, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle theft. My investigation revealed a 2000 maroon Chevrolet Impala had been stolen. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 01/11/17 09:54 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 01/11/17 at 0954 hours, I responded to the Clay County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Karen Kawakami into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR00564 for Non Support, bond $7,500 cash only. Ms. Kawakami was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/11/17 11:07 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On January 11th, 2016 at approximately 1108 hours I was dispatched to the Archie Commuter parking lot in Archie, Missouri in reference to a warrant service, and prisoner exchange with the Bates County Sheriff's office. Jeffrey R. Craig was taken into custody on an active Cass County, Missouri warrant #15-CAFTA-834, Failure to appear civil contempt. A bond of $ cash only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Mr. Craig was transported to the Cass County jail. 01/11/17 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On January 11th, 2016 at approximately 1630 hours I was dispatched to 901 South Lyne Avenue, Raymore, Missouri in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed no crime has been committed. 01/11/17 12:16 NB TREASURE/613, PECULIAR On 01/11/2017 at approximately 1145 hours I responded to the area of 245th Street and Grabe Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a residence check. I made contact with a male subject who had multiple warrants out of our agency. Subject was taken into custody. 01/11/17 14:36 HICKORY COUNTY, HERMITAGE On 01/11/17 at 1436 hours, I responded to the Hickory County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Nickerson into custody on Cass County warrant # for Fail To Appear, bond $ cash only. I also served 16CA-CR00884 for Non Support, bond was set at $4,000 10% cash only. Mr. Nickerson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/11/17 16: RD ST, BELTON On January 13, 2016 I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Belton Police Department. Samuel Nichols, w/m, was arrested on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00035 for fugitive from out of state. A court date of February 23, 2017 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $10,000 cash only.

4 01/11/17 17: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at approximately 1718 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a report of a non injury motor vehicle accident. Tera Dinges stated her parked Chevrolet Tahoe was struck by a Ford F150 in a private parking lot. No obvious injuries were observed and a report was taken. 01/11/17 18:38 7/TIEMAN, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 11th 2017, at 1838 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Tieman Road north of 7 Highway on a silver 2011 Lexus for speeding. The white male driver was arrested for driving while suspended and for an active warrant out of Jackson County for possession of dangerous drugs with a bond of $1,000. The white female passenger was arrested for an active warrant out of Cass County for trafficking in narcotics with a bond or $15, /11/17 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/11/2017 at approximately 2048 hours, I responded along with other deputies responded to E-block in the Cass County Jail in reference to a distrubance later deemed an assault. 01/12/17 01:29 307TH ST EAST OF US49, HARRISONVILLE On January 12, 2017 at about 0129 hours, I was dispatched to 307th street east of US Interstate 49 in reference to a car on fire. Upon arrival a vehicle was completely engulfed in fire and Fire Personnel from Central Cass Fire Department and Harrisonville Fire Department were attempting to extinguish the fire. No one was located around the vehicle and the vehicle was towed from the scene. 01/12/17 02:21 PEC DR / N CASS PARKWAY, BELTON On January 12, 2017, I attempted a vehicle stop on a silver in color passenger car in the area of Peculiar Drive and North Cass Parkway that fled from Peculiar Police Department. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended in Archie, Missouri and the driver was arrested. 01/12/17 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/17 at approximately 0150 hours I made contact with Michael Wayne Brotherton, contact was made with Wyandotte County, KS, who advised they had an active extraditable warrant. The warrant #2017CR8 was issued for Theft $ But Less than $ , a bond of Cash or Surety, issued by the Wyandotte County, KS, on 01/03/2017. Mr. Brotherton is currently being held at the Cass County Jail on Cass County charges. Representatives of Wyandotte County, KS, District Court have requested that Mr. Brotherton be held on the strength of their warrant and agree to extradite Mr. Brotherton as soon as he is available. 01/12/17 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0830 hours, I came in contact with McCormick, Corey A. at the Cass County Jail regarding an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR01013 was for fail to appear on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash only. 01/12/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/2017, at approximately 1005 Hours, I made contact with Sutton, Michael at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00037 for Dwi/alcohol persistent offender. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 02/23/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1000 hours I made contact with Dillon Connley in DIV 4 court room. Mr. Connley was arrested on Cass County warrant for tampering.

Incident Log 01/12/17 11: LOCUST ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, January 12, 2017 at approximately 1130 hours I conducted a residence check at 1009 Locust Street Apartment #102, Harrisonville, Missouri. Savanna Bretz was located and taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01028 for Failure to Appear, bond of $25,000. Ms. Bretz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/12/17 11: LAKEWOOD TERR, BELTON On Thursday, January 12th 2016, at 1137 hours, I was dispatched to 1710 Lakewood terrace apartment 202 in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) who were on the scene of a barricaded suspect. K9 Champ located the suspect in the attic and he was taken into custody without incident. 01/12/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/2017, at approximately 1400 hours, I made contact with Johnson County, KS, who advised me they had an active extraditable warrant on Dillon T Connely. Mr. Connely is currently being held at the Cass County Jail. 01/12/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/12/2017, at approximately 1650 Hours, I made contact with Brotherton Jr, Michael at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00039 for Fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10000 cash only and a court date of 02/23/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 01/12/17 17: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On January 11, 2017 I was contacted regarding a missing person from 1201 North Mullen Ave. Raymore, Missouri. Randy Garner reported his sister Nancy Trueblood, w/f, was missing after checking out of Research Medical Center. 01/12/17 21: MAIN ST, FREEMAN On January 12, 2016, I was dispatched to 402 E. Main Street, Freeman, Missouri reference trash dumping. Upon arrival, I made contact with Tammy Andrist who stated someone kicked a bag of trash against her car. There was no damage to the car. Nothing criminal in nature had occurred. 01/12/17 23:53 167TH/SMART, PLEASANT HILL On Friday January 13, 2017 at approximately 0000 hours, I was dispatched to 167th street and Smart road. In reference to a possible disturbance. It was later found that no disturbance took place and no criminal activity was committed. 01/13/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 01/13/2017 at approximately 1010 hours, I made contact with Connely Dillon T. at the Cass County Jail, and served him with an active Cass County warrant. I served Connely, Dillon T. with warrant #17CA-CR00041 for Fugitive from out of State, with a $10, cash only bond and a court date of 02/23/2017 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 01/13/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday January 13th, 2017 at approximately 1033 hours I was dispatched to the lobby at 2501 W. Mechanic Street in reference to a walk in unknown type call. I made contact with Gerald Hood and gathered information for the report. At this time the report is non criminal in nature. 01/13/17 13: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On January 13, 2017 I conducted a stealing investigation at S. State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the victim Jon Brown who FORM stated 3000 a - 16 Press foot car Reports hauler = UPDATED trailer was stolen from the property sometime between

6 contact with the victim Jon Brown who stated a 16 foot car hauler trailer was stolen from the property sometime between December 04, 2016 and December 15, No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 01/13/17 16: TH TER, BELTON On Friday, January 13, 2017 at approximately 1635 hours, I was transferred a phone call by dispatch in regards to a report of stealing. I spoke with Patrick L. Rumans, white male who stated that on Monday, December 26th, 2016 he had an item stolen from his mailbox, located at 505 East 164th Terrace in rural Belton, Missouri. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 01/13/17 16:55 58/J HWY, RAYMORE On 01/13/2016 at approximately 1655 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 58 highway at J Highway, Raymore, Missouri. Paraphernalia was found in the vehicle and a citation was issued. 01/13/17 17: TEXAS, ARCHIE On January 13, 2017 I was dispatched to 401 South Texas, Archie, Missouri for a check the welfare regarding a female that contact the Sheriff's Office and said she was drunk and going crazy. My investigate revealed that a disturbance had occured at the residence. All involved parties have been identified. 01/13/17 19: STOCKMAN RD, BELTON On 01/13/2017, at approximately 1953 hours, I responded to the area of E 195th Street and S Stockman Road in reference to an assault that occurred at S Stockman Road, Belton. My investigation revealed an assault did occur and a suspect has been identified. 01/13/17 20:01 DEAN/N CASS, RAYMORE On January 13, 1017 I observed a vehicle parked on Dean street at North Cass Parkway. The vehicle was removed by Eckert Towing. 01/13/17 21:24 SB 49/MM 164.8, PECULIAR On 01/13/2017, at approximately 2132 hours, I responded to South Bound 49 near the 164 Mile Marker in reference to an injury motor vehicle accident. My investigation showed a single car MVA occurred where a vehicle slid on the ice into the cable barrier. The driver complained of head pain and was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 01/13/17 22:37 D/215, BELTON On 01/13/2017 at approximately 2237 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle accident on D Hwy at 215th St. One vehicle was towed from the ditch and driven from the scene. 01/14/17 00:34 237TH/PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On 01/14/2017, at approximately 0059 hours, I responded to the area of Peculiar Drive north of Sioux Chief Manufacturing in reference to a vehicle in the ditch. The vehicle was located at E 237th Street and Peculiar Drive. The vehicle was previously involved in an MVA worked by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The vehicle was causing a traffic hazard and removed from the scene. 01/14/17 09: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 14, 2017, I conducted a burglary investigation that occurred at S. Airport Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim reported a window broken out and a kerosene heater stolen from the inside the residence. No suspects have been identified in this investigation.

7 01/14/17 10: PURVIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 14, 2017 I responded to S. Purvis Rd in reference to a child custody dispute. I made contact with all parties involved and this report is non criminal in nature. 01/14/17 12: RD ST, RAYMORE On 01/14/2017 at approximately 1229 hours I was dispatched to East 203rd Street, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a death. My investigation revealed a male subject passed away at this address of natural causes. 01/14/17 14: PECULIAR DR, BELTON On January 14, 2017 I investigated a motor vehicle crash that occured at South Peculiar Drive, Belton, Missouri. The vehicle involved left the scene and has not been identified. 01/15/17 10: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On 01/15/2017 at approximately 1053 hours I was dispatched to 1002 North Mullen Ave, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a vehicle stuck the mailbox belonging to this address. The vehicle left the scene and has not been identified. 01/15/17 10:52 195TH/PRAIRIE LN, RAYMORE On 01/15/2017 at approximately 1052 hours I was dispatched to the area of 195th and Prairie Lane, Raymore, Missouri in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed someone damaged a vehicle and abandoned it in this area. 01/15/17 12:48 291/163, LAKE WINNEBAGO On January 15, 2017 I conducted a single vehicle accident investigation that occurred on E. 163rd Street west of State Route 291. No injuries were reported in the accident. 01/15/17 16: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, January 15, 2017 at approximately 1650 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of 307 State Route F in Garden City, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. While conducting my investigation I found that the incident was civil in nature. I also contacted Michael C. Pugh, white male in regards to my investigation, who had an active misdemeanor warrant through Wright County, Missouri for a probation violation. Mr. Pugh was taken in to custody and was transported to the Cass County Jail on Wright County's warrant. Mr. Pugh was given a bond of $ Cash Only. 01/15/17 17: TH TER, BELTON On 01/15/2017 at approximately 1721 hours I was dispatched to 204 East 164th Terr, Belton, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a male party refused to let his wife leave the house during an argument. An arrest was made. 01/15/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I investigated a child custody issue that occurred at 2404 E. Mechanic Apartment 30 in Harrisonville. The persons involved in this incident have been identified.
