1 02/15/16 00:48 ROCK HAVEN RD/INDIAN SPRINGS RD, HARRISONVILLE On 02/15/2016, at approximately 0048 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a blue Plymouth Sundance on Rockhaven Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A white female was taken into custody on active warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/15/16 01:05 S PROSPECT/ 58, BELTON On 02/15/2016 I was involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of 58 Highway and South Prospect in Belton Missouri. The pursuit was terminated at 69 highway and 95th street in Overland Park Kansas. A suspect has not been identified. 02/15/16 07: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On February 15, 2016, I responded to E. State Route P, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a unresponsive subject. Upon arrival it was found that Samual Helt was deceased. 02/15/16 12: NORTH AVE, BELTON On February 15, 2016 at approximately 1219 hours, I responded to 102 W. North Ave, Belton, Missouri in reference to an Ex Parte service. Upon arrival I contacted Mark R. Barrera who was taken into custody for Jackson County probation violation warrant. Mr. Barrera was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 02/15/16 15: RD STREET, STRASBURG On February 15, 2016, I responded to E. 163rd Street, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to fraud. Larry Miller reported that he was receiving collection notices for an account that he did not take a loan on. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/15/16 15:39 150/DOC HENRY, GREENWOOD On Monday, February 15th, 2016 at approximately 1541 hours I was dispatched to 150 Highway and Doc Henry Road in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Greenwood Police Department. At the request of Greenwood Officers a K-9 search of a vehicle was conducted. The K-9 alerted to the presence of the odor of illegal narcotics coming from the vehicle. During a subsequent search of the vehicle Greenwood Officers located suspected illegal narcotics, and drug paraphernalia. 02/15/16 17: SHADY TREE LN, LAKE ANNETTE On at approximately 1721 hours, I responded to 8201 E. Shady Tree Lane in Lake Annette, Missouri in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Jerry Harding who stated someone had stolen several items from his detached garage. Two suspects have been identified at this time. 02/15/16 18: WASHINGTON STREET, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1825 hours, I responded to 303 E. Washington Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a follow up to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I observed the residence appeared vacant. I observed the front door of the residence was open. I cleared the residence and found no further evidence of a crime. 02/15/16 19: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On February 16, 2016 I responded to 1510 North Mullen, Raymore, Missouri. A disturbance that was determined to be non-criminal in nature occured between John Kopfer, w/m and Samantha Kopfer, w/f. 02/15/16 21: TH ST, STRASBURG On February 15, 2016 I was dispatched to a disturbance at East 219th Street, Strasburg, Missouri. The disturbance between Jerry Doyle, w/m, and David Wheeldon, w/m, was determained to be non-criminal in nature.

I then took Shane Higgins into custody on Cass County warrant #12CA-CR for Forgery, bond $25, cash or surety, Mr Higgins was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/16/16 02:47 MO STATE HIGHWAY 58, RAYMORE On February 16, 2016 at about 0249 hours, I was dispatched to MO State Highway 58 near the intersection of Monroe Street in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a City of Raymore Police Patrol Car hitting a deer. The driver did not report any injuries and the vehicle was not towed from the scene. 02/16/16 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/16/2015 at approximately 0643 hours, Kyle W. Breiner was arrested at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 02/16/16 09: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On February 16, 2016, I was dispatched to 3210 E. State Route Y in rural Cleveland, Missouri for a trespassing in progress. A subject was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 02/16/16 10: TH STREET, CLEVELAND On February 16, 2016, I was dispatched to 202 W. 259th Street in rural Cleveland, Missouri for a report of stealing. David Goode reported that someone had stole a black Angus heifer calf. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/16/16 11: RD STREET, BELTON On February 16, 2016, I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Belton City Jail to the Cass County Jail. Rickey Hawkins Jr was arrested on a Cass County felony warrant. 02/16/16 13: STATE ROUTE O, DREXEL On February 16, 2016, I was dispatched to S. State Route O in rural Drexel, Missouri for a report of burglary. I spoke to Richard Hamblin who said someone entered the residence and stole several items. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/16/16 13:43 LAFAYETTE CO, MO, On 02/18/2016 at 1405 hours, I responded to the Laffayette County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Sally Pieprzyk into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00198 for Possession, bond $25,000 CASH ONLY, MS Piepryzk was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/16/16 14: PARK LN, HARRISONVILLE On February 16, 2016, I conducted a vehicle stop of a gold in color Pontiac Grand Am in the area of 606 Park Lane, Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was found to have a revoked driver's license. The driver was placed in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/16/16 16: TH STREET, BELTON On February 16, 2016, I was dispatched to 6408 E. 187th Street in rural Belton, Missouri for a report of stealing. I spoke to Sierra Watt who said that the solar panel and light off their secured driveway gate was stolen. No suspects have been identified at this time.

3 02/16/16 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On February 16, 2016 I responded to 1007 N Mullen reference a female subject who was not breathing. Upon arrival I located Luzette Hegwer who had died in her home. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 02/16/16 18: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On February 16, 2016, at approximately 1925 horus, I was dispatched to 2009 E. State Route 58 Highway, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a Burglary no longer in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party, Trena Walls, who stated she believes her daughter and her daughter's boyfriend damaged her back door. I observed pry marks and damage to the back door. 02/16/16 19:06 HARPER/PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On Tuesday, February 16th, 2016 at approximately 1905 hours I was dispatched to Harper Road near Peculiar Drive in regards to a request for K-9 assistance by the Peculiar Police Department. My K-9 conducted a search of a black Honda Civic, and drug paraphernalia was located. 02/16/16 20: TH ST, FREEMAN On February 16, 2016, at approximately 2038 hours, I was dispatched to 6609 E. 285th Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a Burglary no longer in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Jason A. Thompson who stated someone kicked his front door in and stole two televisions from inside his residence. No suspects have been identified. 02/17/16 00: RD ST, BELTON On Monday, February 22, 2016 at approximately 0909 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri on multiple active Cass County warrant. Anthony E. Black, white male was placed in to custody on Cass County warrant #11CA-CR for Felony, non-support, Cass County warrant #15CA-CR01240 for possession of controlled substance and Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00139 for escape or attempted escape from custody. Mr. Black was transported to the Cass County jail and released to jail staff. Mr. Black was given a bond of $10,000 cash only and a court date of Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 1330 hours, on Cass County warrant #11CA-CR Mr. Black was given a bond of $7,500 cash or surety and a court date of Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 0900 hours, on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR Mr. Black was also given a bond of $4000 cash or surety and a court date of Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 0900 hours, on Cass County warrant #16CA-CR /17/16 03: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On February 17, 2016 I investigated a disturbance at East State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, between Zachary Talley, w/m, and Johna Talley, w/f. My investigation showed that the disturbance was non-criminal in nature. 02/17/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0930 hours, I made contact with April D Sandoval, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mrs. Sandoval Cass County warrant# 11CA-CR00316, Bond was set at $5, % cash only, with a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 02/17/16 09:09 319TH E OF W HWY, ARCHIE On Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at approximately 0957 hours, I conducted an investigation on 319th Street near State Route W in rural Archie, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle fire. The vehicle owner, Joseph E. Chapman, white male stated that his vehicle began burning while he was driving the vehicle. Mr. Chapman stated that he was not injured during this incident. The vehicle was extinguished by Central Cass County Fire Protection District. The vehicle was later towed from the scene by Miller Tow.

4 02/17/16 09:22 CHILLICOTHE CORR CTR, CHILLICOTHE On 02/17/16 at 0922 hours, I responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Shirley Saville into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000. Ms. Saville was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/17/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1025 Hours, I made contact with Jesse Roper at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR for Probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only and a court date of at 1330 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 02/17/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1243 hours, I made contact with Anastasia L. Jackson, at the Cass County Jail on a two Cass County warrants. I served Mrs. Jackson Cass County warrant# 14CA-CR00536, and 16CA-CR00043, Bond was set at $32, with court date's of , and at 1330 hours was given. 02/17/16 11: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On 02/19/2016 at 1210 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Shaun Spotz into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR0095 for Tampering w/motor vehicle, bond $25, CASH ONLY, Mr Spotz was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/17/16 11:56 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 02/17/16 at 1156 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Elliot Gravitt into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00230 for Non Support, bond $5,000 cash only. Mr. Gravitt was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/17/16 12: PRETTYMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday at approximately 1221 hours I was dispatched to South Prettyman road, Harrisonville in reference to deceased person. Upon arrival I made contact with Bastion, John w/m who found his wife, Bastion, Cheryl w/f deceased at approximately noon today. No foul play was suspected. 02/17/16 12: ND ST, CREIGHTON On February 17, 2016 I conducted a stealing investigation at the Creighton Post Office 200 W. 2nd Street, Creighton, Missouri. The reporting party said they had two rugs taken sometime between 1640 hours on 02/16/2016 and 1230 hours on 02/17/2016. No suspects have been identified in this investigation. 02/17/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1230 hours, I arrested Hector Hernandez on a Cass County felony warrant. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 02/17/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1332 hours, I made contact with Shaun L. Walton, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Walton Cass County warrant# 15CA-CR00971, Bond was set at $ with a court date of at 0900 hours was given.

5 02/17/16 14: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at approximately 1610 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Cass County warrant at the Raymore, Missouri Police Department, located at 100 Municipal Circle. Jesse N. Maloney, white male, was placed in to custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00989 for failure to appear on driving while intoxicated. Mr. Maloney was transported to the Cass County Jail and released to Deputies in the jail for further processing. Mr. Maloney was given a bond of $ % Cash Allowed and a court date of Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts. 02/17/16 14: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1445 hours, I contacted Saree Sanchez in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office. Ms. Sanchez was arrested on an active Harrisonville Municipal warrant. 02/17/16 15: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at approximately 1543 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to found property. I contacted Charles M. Glover, white male who released a wallet and Missouri Identification to me that he had found. Upon inspecting the wallet I found that the the Missouri license had an address inside Raymore city limits. Upon contacting Raymore Police, I was informed that the wallet had been reported stolen on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from an address in Raymore, MIssouri. The wallet was released to the Raymore Police Department to be returned to the owner. 02/17/16 15: CHERRY, KANSAS CITY On 02/19/2016 at 1210 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Eric Bell into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR for Forgery, bond amount $25, CASH ONLY and #15CA-CR00226 for Failure to Appear, bond $5,000 10% cash allowed, Mr Bell was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/17/16 15: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On February 17, 2016 I conducted an investigation of trespassing that occurred at S. Famuliner Rd, Garden City, Missouri. The reporting party said that a white male came to the back door of the residence, rang the door bell, then entered the enclosed sun porch. The reporting party said the white male then left the area. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 02/17/16 16: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 02/17/2016 at approximately 1905 hours, I was dispatched to E. 155th street in Pleasant Hill Missouri in reference to a property damage. My investigation revealed that the reporting parties dog was attacked by the neighbors dog resulting in medical attention being required. A suspect has not been identified. 02/17/16 16: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Wednesday at approximately 1639 hours I was dispatched to 1103 North Lyne Avenue, Raymore in reference to an armed disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with the victims in this case. A suspect has been identified. 02/17/16 17: CHANDLER RD, GARDEN CITY On February 17, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance located at S. Chandler Rd, Garden City, Missouri. Both parties involved in the disturbance where contacted. As a result of my investigation this case is considered non criminal in nature and for informational purposes only.

6 02/17/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/17/2016, at approximately 1920 Hours, I made contact with Hupp, Taylor at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00232 for Failure to Appear Passing Bad Check. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 03/01/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 02/17/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/17/2016 at approximately 2054 hours, an assault occured in the Cass County Jail (C-Block). 02/18/16 06: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On Thursday, February 18, 2016 at approximately 0954 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Grandview Police Department, located at 1200 Main Street in Grandview, Missouri on an active Cass County warrant. Micah L. Walker, black male was placed in to custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00420 for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge. Mr. Walker was transported to the Cass County jail and released to jail staff on a bond of $ % cash allowed. Mr. Walker was given a court date of Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 02/18/16 09:00 HVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday Feburary 18th, at 0900 hours, I, along with Corporal N. Sack responded to the Harrisonville Middle School in reference to a K9 search. 02/18/16 10:00 SHERWOOD HIGH SCHOOL, CREIGHTON On Thursday February 18th, at 1000 hours, I, along with Corporal N. Sack responded to the Sherwood High School and conducted a K9 search of both student lockers and class rooms. 02/18/16 10: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On Thursday , at approximately 1004 hours I was dispatched to South State Route C in reference to an Alarm. Upon arrival I cleared the residence and made contact with the home owner on scene. No crime has been committed. 02/18/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1100 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Michael L. Hodges warrant #16CA-CR00138 for Tampering motor vehicle with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 02/18/16 13: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On February 18, 2016 I conducted an investigation of Identity Theft that was walked in to the Cass County Sheriff's Office. The reporting party lives at 306 S. Lyne Ave, Raymore, Missouri. The reporting party said someone used his name and social security number to file taxes in No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 02/18/16 14: STATE ROUTE E, STRASURG On February 18, 2016 I responded to an alarm call at S. State Route E, Strasburg, Missouri. Located an open door on the West side of the residence, and had negative contact with anyone at the door. The residence was cleared and no one was located inside. This report is for informational purposes only. 02/18/16 14: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On Thursday February 18, 2016, I was dispatched to E. 227th Street in regards to a disturbance over child custody. Upon arrival, one of the two reporting parties advised she was assaulted by the suspect whom had spit into her

Investigation continues. 02/18/16 18: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On February 18, 2016 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance that occurred at E. 219th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party who stated the disturbance was verbal in nature and the other party had left prior to my arrival. As a result of my investigation this case is non criminal in nature. 02/19/16 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/18/2016 at approximately 1800 hours a report was generated due to a cracked windshield on a patrol vehicle possibly caused by temperature change. 02/19/16 11: RD STREET, BELTON On February 19, 2016, I responded to the Belton, Missouri City Jail in reference a prisoner transfer. I placed Bobby J. Carlson into custody on a Cass County warrant. Mr. Carlson was transported to the Cass County Jail for booking.. 02/19/16 13: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1407 hours, I contacted Antoinette Britton-Smith at 2501 W. Mechanic Street in reference to a fraud. Mrs. Britton-Smith stated someone had made fraudulent purchases with two fuel cards for her company, LTS Logistics Inc. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/19/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1330 hours, I started an investigation to an assault that occurred at the Cass County Jail. 2 Suspects have been identified. 02/19/16 14: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 19, 2016, I responded to S. Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing. Stephen Secrist reported copper to have been taken out of a building. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/19/16 15: TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1549 hours, I conducted a residence check at E. 278th Street outside of Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a wanted subject. Gary Chaney was taken into custody for Cass County warrant #16-CAPBR-23 for a probation violation with a bond of $25,000 cash or surety. Mr. Chaney was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 02/19/16 17: TH STREET, GARDEN CITY On February 19, 2016 I responded to E. 315th Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a missing dog. Megan Rusk reported concerns in regards to her new eight week old puppy had disappeared from the residence. 02/19/16 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/19/2016, at approximately 1956 Hours, I made contact with Crystal L. Johnson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant # for Failure to register a vehicle. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 03/01/2016 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 02/19/16 19: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On February 19, 2016 I assisted the Garden City Police Department investigate a note that was left at Casey's General store from a juvenile female who lives at S. Little Road, Garden City, Missouri. My investigation revealed that no criminal activity has occurred.

Incident Log 02/19/16 20:38 SB 49/58, BELTON On February 19, 2016 at about 2038 hours, I stopped a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix traveling south on US Interstate 49 near the exit ramp to MO State Highway 58. The vehicle was displaying pickup truck license plates on a passenger car. After contacting the driver she was arrested for Driving While Suspended. 02/19/16 20: CLENDENEN RD, RAYMORE On February 19, 2016 I responded to 1203 Clendenen Road in Raymore, MO, reference a vehicle parked across a drive way. Upon arrival I located a green truck parked across the driveway and partially in the lawn. The vehicle was found to have obvious damage to the steering column and invalid license plates. A suspect was identified in this incident. 02/19/16 21: SUNSHINE LN, RAYMORE On February 20, 2016, at approximately 2230 hours, I was dispatched to S. Sunset Lane, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, Jason A. Carlsen, who stated someone stole cash from his truck and a Garmin GPS and Radar Detector from his wife's car that was parked in the garage. No suspects have been identified. 02/19/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/19/2016 at approximately 2355 hours, Courtney Graves was arrested at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 02/19/16 23:34 SB 49/156.2, HARRISONVILLE On February 19, 2016 at about 2334 hours, I stopped a white 2001 Pontiac Bonneville traveling south on US Interstate 49 south of State Highway 7. I stopped the vehicle after it had crossed the center line and fog lines of the highway. I contacted the driver and after he was correctly identified he was placed under arrest for driving while revoked, Johnson County, MO and Cooper County, MO felony Warrants. 02/20/16 00:11 PURVIS RD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday February 20, 2016 at approximately 0044 hours I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department, in reference to property damage. The victim Jaclyn R Schweigerdt, W/F, 03/24/95 was dropping off her ex boyfriend when he kicked the back drivers side door and caused damage to the door. The door was able to be secured. Ms. Schweigerdt does not wish to assist in prosecution. Suspect not identified. 02/20/16 05:10 ENT RAMP 49/58, BELTON On February 20, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a tan Ford Escort on the enterance ramp to north bound Interstate 49 from State Route 58. The driver was issued a summons for equipment and the passenger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. 02/20/16 07:55 STATE ROUTE 291 AND 225TH STREET, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0811 hours, I responded to the area of State Route 291 and 225th Street outside of Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I contacted Patricia Alexander who stated she had ran off the road trying to avoid striking another vehicle. There were no reported injuries. 02/20/16 09: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On February 20, 2016, I was dispatched to a medical call at S. State Route 291 for a report of a possible death. The investigation revealed that Robert Keeley had passed away.

9 02/20/16 12: CLEVELAND AVE, BELTON On February 20, 2016 I was dispatched to S Cleveland Ave, Belton Missouri for a report of an ATV motor vehicle accident on private property. 3 juveniles were injured in this crash. 02/20/16 12:30 BELTON PD, BELTON On February 21, 2016 I arrested Timothy Mizer, w/m, at the Belton Police Department on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for driving while revoked/suspended.
