1 01/14/19 08: HESS RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, January 14, 2019 at approximately 0851 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of South Hess Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a medical call. A subject was contacted and seen by Harrisonville EMS (Emergency Medical Services) personnel. 01/14/19 10: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR On Monday, January 14, 2019 at approximately 1034 hours, I was dispatched to the residence of South Donahue Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. The subjects involved were identified. During the course of my investigation a male subject, identified as Richard D. Reitz, white male was taken in to custody on two active warrants for failure to appear of traffic violations through Independence, Missouri. Mr. Reitz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he is being held with a bond of $ secure. 01/14/19 11: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019, at approximately 1128 hours, I responded to E 283rd St for a disturbance. I made contact with the parties on scene and determined that no crime had been committed. 01/14/19 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019 at approximately 1205 hours, I responded to the Receiving Lobby at the Cass County Jail, Which is located 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville MO to assist Missouri State Highway patrol with a search warrant. 01/14/19 13: CHESTNUT ST, OSCEOLA On 01/15/2019 at approximately 0800 hours I was dispatched to 360 Chestnut St, Osceola, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Timmy Rhoades Jr. was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00383 for a Probation Violation on Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $5, cash only. Mr. Rhoades was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 01/14/19 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 14th, 2019 at approximately 1045 hours while working in division 3 I made contact with Hayes, Richard. Mr. Hayes was taken into custody on warrants #18CA-CR1320 and 18CA-CR1329, both for Possession of a Controlled substance. Bond was set at $ % cash only and $ % cash only, with a court date of at 0900 in Div 4. 01/14/19 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019 at approximately 1500 Hours, I made contact with Johnson, Dennis L, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 19CA-CR00036 for Violation of Order of Protection for Adult- 1st Offense. 01/14/19 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019, at approximately 1349 Hours, I made contact with Harper, Thomas at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for FTA-Driving While Revoked. I also served Cass County warrant for FTA-Owning Operating Motor vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. I also served Cass County warrant for FTA-Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. I also served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00353 for FTA-Stealing.

2 01/14/19 20:31 ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019, at approximately 2031 hours, I investigated a broken window on a vehicle in the commuter parking area off of Rock Haven Road, Harrisonville. The registered owner was unable to be contacted and the vehicle was eventually removed by troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 01/14/19 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/14/2019, at approximately 2233 hours, Harrisonville Police and myself attempted to stop a careless driver on State Route 2 near Clearwater Road, Harrisonville. The vehicle failed to yield and later stopped in front of the Cass County Jail where a female driver was taken into custody. While in custody the female attempted to escape from the back of a Sheriff's Office patrol vehicle and was charged with attempted escape from custody. 01/15/19 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2019, at approximately 0544 Hours, I made contact with Jessica Dawn Shoaf, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant After Hours for DWI-Persistent, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Operated a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner-Involving an Accident. 01/15/19 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2019, at approximately 0600 Hours, I made contact with Cardwell, Laura Christen at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR for FTA-Possess Control Substance. 01/15/19 07:55 MAIN ST, GUNN CITY On at 0820 hours, I observed an unoccupied vehicle parked in the middle of Main St. in Gunn City, MO. A green Ford Explorer with no license plates. An attempt to contact the owner had negative results and the vehicle was towed from the roadway by Stevers Tow. 01/15/19 09: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 14th, 2019, I took a report for check fraud that occurred at the Lead Bank, located at 200 North 3rd Street, Garden City, Missouri, in October of There is suspect information. 01/15/19 10:50 KARG/N 58, PLEASANT HILL On at 1114 hours, I arrived at the railroad crossing of S. Karg Rd. at E. State Route 58 Hwy. and met with Union Pacific Signal Maintainer Taylor Akey. Mr. Akey reported a power generator being stolen from outside the signal house at this location and at the S. Francy Rd. at 58 E. State Route 58 Hwy. location. No suspects have been identified. 01/15/19 11: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On 01/15/2019, at approximately 1119 hours, I responded to 2501 W. Mechanic St. and made contact with the victim, Stein, Marilyn in reference to a stealing report. No suspect was identified. 01/15/19 13: RD ST, BELTON On 01/18/2019, at approximately 0943 hours, I arrived at 7001 E 163rd St for a prisoner transport from the Belton Police Department Jail. I made contact with Brandon L Brenston, b/m, and took him into custody on active Cass County Warrant, 19CA-CR00037, for Fugative From Out of State. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only and a court date 03/03/2019 at 0900 hours was issued.

3 01/15/19 14: RD ST, BELTON On 01/15/2019 at approximately 2234 hours, I made contact with James B. Gaug W/M at 7001 E. 163rd Street. I served Cass County Warrant 19-CAFTA-12 Failure to Appear Stalking 1st Degree. Bond was set at $5,000 10% Cash Only with a court date of 03/07/2019 at 0900 hours. 01/15/19 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/15/2019, at approximately 2210 Hours, I made contact with Joseph Adam Hurd at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant AFTER HOURS for Violation of Order of Protection Adult. 01/15/19 16:42 ANDREWS/WESTOVER, KANSAS CITY On 01/16/2019, at approximately 1642 hours, I responded to assist Belton Police Officers who were involved in a pursuit of a white Nissan Sentra, VB6K9V MO. The suspect fled into Overland Park, KS, where was taken into custody for active felony warrants out of Cass County, FTA - tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree - 18CAFTA2116, and Lee's Summit, unlawful possession of a weapon CRWBCW, as well as multiple charges resulting from the pursuit. 01/15/19 19: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1941 hours I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center for a subject with a warrant out of Cass County. Upon arrival I made contact with Max Ash in the emergency room bed 7. Mr. Ash was arrested on 5 Cass County warrants and transported to the jail with out incident. 01/16/19 04: COLONY AVE, EAST LYNNE On 01/16/2019 at approximately 0443 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to to a report of stealing. I made contact with Michelle M. Anderson W/F who stated she was assaulted by a male subject and reported her cell phone stolen. A suspect has been identified. 01/16/19 06: MULLEN RD, BELTON On , at 0641 hours, I responded to S. Mullen Rd, Belton, in regard to a stolen vehicle. I contacted Katherine Young who advised who 2014 Chevrolet Malibu was stolen from her driveway overnight. A suspect has not yet been identified. 01/16/19 07: TH ST, BELTON On , at approximately 0752 hours, I responded to 5403 E. 187th Street, in regard to thefts occurring in the area during the previous evening. I contacted Mark Gordon who was found to have items stolen from his shed and vehicle. Prospect Ave, Belton, on 01/14/19. 01/16/19 18: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On 01/16/2019 at approximately 1831 hours I was dispatched to Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a report of threats in progress. Katelyne Mayhugh reported receiving threatening text messages from a male subject. A suspect was identified. 01/16/19 23:03 WARD/COUNTY LINE RD, RAYMORE On at approximately 2302 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Ward Road, and 155th Street, Lee's Summit, Missouri on a silver in color Jeep with expired Kansas Plates. The driver Christopher Myers was taken into custody on active Belton Municipal warrant #15BO2945, dangerous drugs with a bond of $ % cash allowed. Mr. Myers was transported to the Belton Police Department without incident. 01/17/19 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/17/19 at about 0000 hours Deputies responded to Booking regarding a distubance in OB1 cell. 01/17/19 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0725 Hours, I made contact with Christopher Allen Holloway, WM, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 18CA-CR The total bond was set at $7, % cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/17/19 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0940 hours, I completed the tow process of an abandoned vehicle in the Justice Center Parking Lot. 01/17/19 08: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at 0857 hours, I conducted a vehicle check at E. 295th Street, Harrisonville, in regards to a suspicious vehicle. I served Cass County warrants 19CA-CR The total bond was set at $25, % cash allowed bond and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/17/19 15: TH ST, BELTON On 01/17/19, at approximately 1511 hours, I was dispatched to 6004 E 187TH ST, BELTON, MO Brett M. Hall, w/m, wanted to report that he was defrauded via a telephone scam. 01/17/19 20:40 155TH EAST OF HOLMES, KANSAS CITY On January 17, 2019 while patrolling 155th Street between Prospect Avenue and State Route D, a red Pontiac G6 was located blocking the westbound lane of the roadway. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Belton, Missouri and was recovered by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. 01/18/19 08: EVANS AV, RAYMORE On 01/18/19, at approximately 0800 hours, a report was made in reference to a stealing. A suspect has been identified. 01/18/19 09: RD ST, BELTON On at 1651 hours, I arrived at Belton Police Department and arrested Shanna Mooney, wf, on active Cass County warrant #19-CAFTA-61. Ms. Mooney was transported to Cass County Jail without incident. 01/18/19 10: TH ST, BELTON On at 1113 hours, I met with Michael Oelschlaeger, wm and Frances Oelschlaeger-Jones at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic St., Harrisonville, MO in reference to vehicles. Mr. Oelschlaeger stated that he was denied to take possession of 4 vehicles that he and Ms. Oelschlaeger-Jones have the right to possess. At this time, the incident is a civil issue. 01/18/19 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2019 at approximately 1136 hours I completed an affidavit for search warrant. This was presented to the Cass County Prosecutor and Judge Rumley. The search warrant was granted and executed. 01/18/19 14: SPRUCE ST, GARDEN CITY On Friday, January 18, 2019 at approximately 1458 hours I contacted a male subject at 210 Spruce St, Garden City, MO in reference to active Cass County warrants. Brandon Eastwood, was contacted and taken into custody on warrant #17CA-CR00676 for Passing Bad Check, Value of $500 or More, with a bond of $4000 with 10% cash allowed and a court date of 03/07/19 at 0900 hours, #17CA-CR00127 for Passing Bad Check, Value of $500 or More with a bond of signature and a court date of 03/07/19 at 0900 hours, and #15CA-CR00902 for Passing Bad Check, with a bond of $3000 with 10% cash allowed with a court date 01/29/19 at 0900 hours. The following warrants were confirmed through various agencies as follows: Cole County #18ACFTA01413 for Failure To Appear on Passing Bad Check with a bond of $200 cash only and no court date provided, Jackson County #1716-CR01797 for Passing Bad Check with a bond of $500 cash only and no court date provided, Christian County #16CT-CR02474 for Passing Bad Check with a bond of $10,000 cash or surety and no court date provided, Bates County #16BS-CR00695 for Failure To Appear on Passing Bad Check with a bond of $250 cash only and no court date provided, Cooper County #15COARW416 for Passing Bad Check with a bond of $1500 cash only no court date provided, and Greene County for Failure To Appear on Passing Bad Check with a bond of $6000 cash only and no court date provided. Mr. Eastwood was transported to the Cass County jail for processing.

I served two Cass County warrants 19CA-CR00044 and 19CA-CR00041 for Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/synthetic Cannabinoid. 01/18/19 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/18/2019, at approximately 2203 Hours, I made contact with Anthony Wayne Leonard, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Probation Violation - Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less. 01/18/19 23:16 245/OLD TRAIL, EAST LYNNE On January 18th, 2019 at approximately 2315 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Old Trail Road, 245th Street, East Lynne, Missouri on a red in color Ford F150 for a non working license plate lamp. The driver Nichole Campbell was taken into custody on active Raymore Missouri municipal warrant # , contempt of court with a bond of $ % cash allowed, and warrant # , ordinance violation with a bond of $ % cash allowed. Mrs. Campbell was transported to the Raymore Police Department without incident. 01/19/19 02:26 2/LINCOLN, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 19th, 2019, at approximately 0230 hours, I was dispatched to the area of St Rt 2 and Lincoln Rd for a car stopped in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, I took the driver into custody for driving while intoxicated. 01/19/19 10: MCCLINTOCK DR, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, January 19, 2019 at approximately 1048 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill, MO Police office to meet a subject in reference to a report of online stealing. Adam Hamilton stated someone stole the balance of a gift card he purchased through Walmart. A suspect has not been identified. 01/19/19 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1132 Hours, I made contact with Marmolejo, Adolph M. Jr., at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Jackson County warrant. 01/19/19 13: TH ST, BELTON On 01/19/2019, at approximately 1400 hours, deputies responded to 303 E. 165th St. in reference to a check the welfare. The subject in question was contacted. 01/19/19 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2019, at approximately 2350 Hours, I made contact with Thomas, Enoch Isaiah at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County warrant for Burglary - 2nd Degree, Stealing (<$150), and Property Damage - 1st Degree.

Please VOID number. 01/19/19 20:32 BELTON INN, BELTON On January 19th, 2019 at approximately 2032 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a green in color Ford Taurus for improper display. The driver Theresa Williams was taken into custody on active Clinton Missouri municipal warrant #18W0233, improper registration with a bond of $ cash only, and Henry County warrant #18HEFTA540, possession of marijuana with a bond of $ cash only. Ms. Williams was taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 01/19/19 22: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 01/19/2019 at approximately 2223 hours, I was dispatched to S. Walker Road in Harrisonville for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, two parties were contacted. A male subject was taken into custody pending the issuance of a Cass County warrant. 01/19/19 23: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY 01/20/19 00: RD ST, BELTON On January 21, 2019 at approximately 0156 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Jail to transport one black female to the Cass County Jail. Khadijah Fisher was arrested on two Cass County warrants. Warrant 17-CAFTA-195 and warrant 17-CAFTA-363 are both for Failure to Appear on driving while revoked/suspended. Each bond was set at $ cash only and both have a court date of at 0900 hours. 01/20/19 11:45 RAINTREE/ SW ESTATES, LEE'S SUMMIT On 01/20/2019, at approximately 1145 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a white 2015 Volkswagon Passat with no license plates, at the intersection of SW Estates and SW Raintree. I made contact with Carson M Dorbin, w/m, and took him into custody on an active Raymore Municipal warrant, , for FTA - Failure to Register Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $100, 10% cash or $100 payout. 01/20/19 13:07 195/E PICKERING, BELTON On at 1307 hours on E. 195th St. east of S. Pickering Rd., I drove upon an unoccupied vehicle, a blue Ford F150, that was parked mostly in the eastbound lane of the roadway. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 01/20/19 13: TH ST, DREXEL On 01/20/2019, at approximately 1340 hours, I was dispatched to E. 339th St., Drexel in reference to a disturbance. All parties were identified and no arrests were made. 01/20/19 18: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, January 20, 2019 at approximately 1822 hours I was dispatched to S. Walker Rd, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a report of a disorderly subject. Kristin Allen stated a male subject entered the residence in violation of court conditions. The subject was escorted from the property and this report was taken.

8 01/20/19 21: MAIN ST, DREXEL On January 20, 2019, at approximately 2142 hours, I was dispatched to 108 East Main Street, Drexel for a stealing call. Upon my arrival, I made contact with a white male that reported several rolls of quarters were stolen from his office. A suspect was identified, issued a summons, and the quarters were returned to the owner. 01/20/19 23: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 01/20/2019 at approximately 2319 hours, I was dispatched to E. 189th Street in Pleasant Hill in reference to property damage. Upon arrival, three subjects were contacted. No suspect has been identified at this time.
