3 Investment Philosophy It is easier to create a financial or investment plan than it is to stay with it. Markets will test your patience and your resolve. You may experience fear, excitement, frustration, and self doubt, but commitment to the process remains the cornerstone of a successful strategy. Success is measured by the achievement of goals and objectives. Starting with the initial strategy meeting, I will work closely and continuously with you and your legal and tax advisors as appropriate. Your plan should be designed to last for years-not weeks or months, but can be amended if your situation changes. Your plan may include strategies for both your current family and future generations. Asset allocation is the key. Diversification is essential. Investment management selection is based upon the people, their process, and their performance. Reviews and updates will occur at least annually and more frequently if you prefer.

7 Keith Evans Keith is a true veteran of the financial services industry, having begun his career as a Financial Advisor with Smith Barney in He joined Morgan Stanley in 2003, attracted to its research and investment banking capabilities and intrigued by what it might provide in serving his clients. Dedicated to putting his clients and their financial goals first, Keith has built his business practice by developing long-term relationships with clients and working diligently to find the best financial solution for each. He hopes this diligence, along with the vast resources available at Morgan Stanley, will help him serve the needs of his clients present and future generations. He has earned the designation of Senior Vice President, and focuses on Global Asset Allocation and when appropriate, Alternative Investments. Born and raised in Texarkana, Texas, Keith earned his Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Dallas has been his home ever since then. He and his wife, Marilyn, have two sons, Drew and Clay; and a yellow Labrador Retriever named Bailey. Keith also has a son, Jeff, who has made him a proud grandparent with his daughter, Sarah. Dedicated to his alma mater and to his community, for over thirty years Keith has been involved with the SMU Mustang Club, consistently volunteering his services as a fundraiser; and is an active member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church. Always supportive of his family s activities, he especially enjoys spending his spare time as a volunteer parent for the high school golf and baseball teams, while sometimes indulging himself on the links as well.
