2 Edition: June 20 Wednesdays Daily Stock Report (Unedited) S&P traded as predicted and once again closed above 2088 Dear Members, On Tuesday market traded mix as expected and on Tuesday most of markets will trade mix but in USA market we will see buying coming from middle of sessions so lower side buying is recommended. On Tuesday S&P went below 2088 for briefly but bounced sharply from that level and closed around 2095, at this stage one must keep adding positions in S&P and most of markets around lower side of Wednesday and Thursday as S&P is getting ready for new and but NASDAQ will have very powerful move due to tech and Biotech move in coming days so NASDAQ will outperform all other indexes. We at least 150 to 200 points rally in NASDAQ in the next 15 days. Last year Hillary Clinton comment of controlling drug prices killed high flying biotech stocks, in fact traders or investors lost big money in many frontline momentum stocks. Last year we predicted that from June 2017 Pharma and Biotech will start performing well, so expect quality stocks move higher. Don t think that they will go in one direction higher but surely first cycle which started today and continue on Wednesday and here onward at least next 12 days biotech and pharma will perform well. Buy - We recommend buying LABU, this 3x bull etf, and may move up to $47.00 in this 12 days rally from todays close of $ There one more UBIO, currently trading around $ Both these etf s can perform well so take positions for the short term. If you just want to buy stocks then REGN, and BMY for the one week. Sell energy stocks and sell metals on Wednesday. Great time to buy DUST or sell GDX around higher level on opening. 3 Stay away from energy stocks at this stage. Commodity negative trend is starting so stay away from metals, energy and grains. Coffee and sugar may hold value. This is what we mentioned yesterday and hold same predictions - We are recommending to hold or buy positions in ETF likes home construction/home improvement, Pharma and health care, Financial, tech and semiconductors. Avoid Transport, Materials, energy, metals, consumer discretionary and consumer staple. Tuesday acquire positions on any weakness as we don t see now S&P going below 2088 level and higher side we may see S&P achieving our target. We want S&P to close above this level for three to five days to confirm the next level of 2157 to 2175 level so wait for Tuesday and Wednesdays closing. Globally the markets gained but China remained very quiet. The Indian market acted very hot and aggressively. On Wednesday BOX will be good but don t take any short term buying positions looks far batter for company. Technology and financials will perform well; Pharma stocks will start turning around and we may see a huge momentum start in biotech from this week.
