2 Edition: July 2014 Monday s trading range for Stocks & Indexes (Unedited copy) Dear Members, On Monday traders remained very cautious due to geo-politics tensions also on other hand USA investors wanted to watch earning closely. Anyway market traded as predicted on both side ranges and European market fell sharply as predicted. Most of European markets are trading around two months low and our hedging trade of selling European markets did very well in the last three weeks. CMG and Netflix stocks are performing well in after hour trading, especially CMG went up $55 up after hours. Apple and Microsoft will be announcing results after Tuesday close and impact on Nasdaq of earning will be huge on Wednesday. We are expecting not expecting negative news from both these tech companies. At this stage oil still holding value above $100 which clearly indicates that frontline energy stocks will hold value and may perform well. We selected few stocks as these may move at least 5% higher from current prices so buy these if you wish. XOM $102 at EOG at $115, ESV at $ We are not recommending energy etf today because natural gas is falling and weakness of natural gas may put some pressure at energy stocks. Our recommendations of selling Gas at $4.60 with target of $3.82 did very well and we are expecting Natural gas bottoming out around$3.82 levels but may take few days. We recommend holding positions in most of our recommended stocks in Tech sector, Nasdaq and tech etfs will do very well. Chip and semiconductor stocks have done very well, and these stocks will outperforming all major sectors in the next two years. Here are few tech stocks you should watch: INTU, AKAM, GLW, SYMC, NTAP, HUM and CME. This is what we recommended yesterday: Our recommendations to hold positions in USA market, tech companies and financial are our most favorites. Strong move in S&P will only happen if S&P is able to trade above 1988 for two days, and from then on our next target is At this stage on the downside S&P held value of 1955 and 1942 as predicted which a great sign for market. NASDAQ is ready to move sharply higher and it looks very clear that it can easily move to 4230 level if S&P closes above 1988 level. We are not recommending any short positions in S&P, NASDAQ and Russell at this stage, if you are not comfortable then just trade in and out as per the mentioned daily ranges. Hold positions in biotech, financial and semiconductor ETFs. BIB Biotech etf have corrected during last week, so new buyer can add some positions in it. Also Financials turned our favorite since last two weeks and our recommendations have done very well in FAS. Semiconductor etf SOXL done also very well and we recommend holding positions it. 3 This is what we mentioned Monday: At this stage we recommend adding more EMC, TXN, GLW, DUST, FAS, TEVA, AZN, ALXN, AKAM and Green Mountain coffee. Apple and Microsoft close to all time high. From next week FCEL, PLUG, and BLPD will move higher so add aggressively more from today. Also buy XPP (Chinese market ultra etf). 16 June recommendations: AZN, AGN, ACT, FRX, TEVA, GMCR, MSFT, GLW, AKAM, RY, INTU and banking stocks. Hold positions in Semiconductor and fibber optic stocks. AKAM, SSYS, ARRS, NVDA, EMC and RVBD. Also last month we recommended few penny stocks and they have done amazingly well, these stocks were: CAPC, CTEI, BHRT, HIIT.
