2 Edition: October 2015 Tuesday s Daily Stock Report (unedited copy) MSFT, AMZN, IBM and Google will change destiny of this market Realty, home improvements and home builders stocks will create history in wall-street so load up these stocks and etfs Dear Members, We recommended buying last Friday when S&P was at 1986 but we never thought that this market could rally 90 points within two trading sessions. Stocks like Google, Amazon, CSCO, Microsoft, IBM and Netflix are moving aggressively higher and these stocks will take the USA market to a record high. Each and every member must have positions in these stocks if you are not holding positions in them right now. On the other hand emerging market ETF s are also moving in a sharply upwards direction. Energy ETF s like GASL and ERX moved almost over 35% in the last three to four trading sessions. Housing, tech, home builder and home improvement sectors are also preforming very well and we recommend just focusing on these sectors at this stage. Last month we recommended buying HLTH, LGIH, EFOI, NHTC and THRX and they are preforming well. NHTC, HLTH and LGIH are our favorite stocks so don t miss the buying opportunity even at this level. These three stocks will move in multi folds. Also keep a close watch on FMCC and FMNA. On Tuesday some profit booking may come today at higher levels but we are not recommending any shorts, surely one can book profit in high leverage etf s if you have bought last week and if you are making money. Watch 1988 level closely as at this stage S&P will have difficulty to cross this level and has to close three days above this level to give clear indications of new buying with target pf 2073 level in short term. Down side S&P will hold 1944 levels. No new buying is recommended in biotech at this stage, lets market get change in early November so until then stay side line. From next week earning session is starting and our focus will be back on earning so watch our recommendations on earning. This week on Monday S&P made a low of 1863 level and right now it is trading at 1886 and this level should be held and it won t trade below 1886 for more than three days. Must watch: Emerging markets are bottoming and emerging market currencies also started moving higher since last three trading sessions after weaker news of five years. Time to acquire emerging market currencies and emerging markets. Watch YINN, BRZU, INDL and LBJ. In 2011 mid-october S&P bottomed out and moved 30% in the 5 months, and every year there on S&P always bottomed out in mid-october and same we are expecting this year to happen as we have been predicting that market should bottomed out by 10 or 16 October We are still expecting huge rally in first quarter of We are expecting S&P to gain 20% by 2016 March. At this stage 1923 is buying level in S&P. Last week energy stocks also rebounded strongly as predicted so hold positions in energy stocks and the ETF ERX. Overall the market looks positive during this week so if anyone is trying to sell you the idea of shorting the market, just ignore that advice because S&P is getting ready for 2500 and then We are sure you must have bought a lot of call options in indexes during last week, and if not then do not miss the opportunity to buy on any weakness. This week Monday we see most of markets trading positive, and late Tuesday some profit booking coming. Wednesday markets will trade mix but Thursday and Friday markets will move higher. Most of emerging markets will try to put best performance during this week. Last week energy, tech and emerging market etf s moved nicely higher. We are still recommending holding positions in market and any weakness should be taken as buying positions but no leverage until 15 October. This is what we stated Thursday: On Thursday we strongly recommend buying energy stocks, and energy etfs. Tech and biotech stocks will keep recovering from recent fall. ERX is great bet today. It moved higher yesterday from our buying level of $ One can buy TOT, PTR, BTU, NOV and OXY, these energy stocks are for short term buying. Emerging market and rest of world market will perform very well on Thursday, overall another 8 days mix days are pending but according to us market have bottomed out and recovery will be very strong which may surprise everyone on this planet or those who trade markets. For S&P 1928 will remain a crucial level and S&P has to close above 1928 for two days to give a clear buying indication. 4 Emerging markets are in process of bottoming out, European market may take bit longer to bottom out and USA market can make V shape recovery any time from 10 October. Time to change portfolio and add more WMT, HD, IBM, GE, XON, AMZN, GOOGL, MSFT, Wells Fargo, J&J, C, JPM, APPLE, CSCO, ORCL, TXN, CTAS, COL, LEN, SWK, Pfizer and many other stocks will lead this market higher. Tech sector outlook looks amazing. Also below recommended list of last month is also valid. Final ten days are pending of volatility, and we still believe that longer term bullish trend is intact which shall start any time with in the next ten days. Mars won t look back after 15 October so you have final two weeks to put all in in great stocks and we are sure you will be rewarded big time in the next 18 months. Our conservative target is $70.00 by end of next year. PCRX: This stock performed very well since our recommendations and we are still recommending adding on weakness. Our target is $138 by end of next year. REGN: This one achieved our 2014 target, now we raise our target to $520 by end of next year. Keep adding on any weakness. PCYC: This is also we recommended last year and we are still recommending to add more positions in it. Our target $170 by end of next year. ACT: Performed well, and should performing well in 2015, our new target for this one is $270 by the end of next year. MDVN: Performed well in 2014, we are still recommending to add even at current price. Our target is $135 by end of next year.
