Edition: August 2015 Weekly Newsletter from 28-2 October Understanding your inner voice can decode hidden part of future Dear Members, Last week volatility dominated the financial market, and any volatility only needs a small reason to start, but last week the VW cheating news was a big one, and it took the market into the deep red. To add insult to injury, Hillary Clinton s comment on biotech s pricing created panic in Biotech stocks. European markets and USA Biotech suffered a huge setback. Any news always dominates during a negative astro cycle and always turns ugly. History is witness that these kinds of uncertainty have always proven to be a great buying opportunity for investors. Today there was a lunar eclipse, and Sun with Mercury and the North Node. On the other side the South Node with Moon should bring a bottom in the market because in the past always happened. As mentioned last week that market may trade on both sides until the 10 th of October so another 10 trading days are left to acquire positions in the market. Those who are holding positions or are fully invested should hold investments tightly. Most of you are aware that in Mid-2011 our view about the market turned very bullish because we were watching each lunar and solar eclipse very closely. All three of the eclipses (one lunar and two solar Image from NASA) of 2011 June 1, June 15, and July 1 (market bottomed out from EU crises in 2011). Three eclipse s in a row within a month completely turned the energy cycle and people came out of fear because all three were partial eclipse, and in 2014, 23 October another partial eclipse (market moved very aggressively after 23 October 2014) and again today will be partial eclipse. History says that partial eclipse always represent bullish market pattern. Human behaviour pattern and human psychology plays a key role in creating fear or excitement, nervousness or confidence. Big guys or billionaires on Wall-Street always watch the New Moon and Full Moon closely though they don t understand relations of market and eclipse but they believe that Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 2
there is something connected with market and eclipse. The lunar eclipse always takes place on a Full Moon day and a solar eclipse always takes place on a New Moon day. Astrology was born from astronomy, and astronomy teaches planetary movements or astro cycles and even beyond the sky. Planetary movements are responsible for all the seasons or weather patterns here on this planet. Gravity is there on earth because of the role that the North and South Node play. The Moon is connected with water so a high tide and low tides comes because of the Moon cycles. Now in the current computer age we can know when there will be a high and low tide, and from what time to what time; but when I was learning the astro cycles with my Grandfather in 1977 at age 10, there was no computer and he used to teach me how to find out when there will be a high and low tide by simply following the moon. In fact, if you read any Vedic daily calendar of the 17 and 18 century you will find exact time of sun rise, sun set, high and low tide and a lot of other information was gained simply by doing some mathematics on planetary movements. Understanding and predicting future: To understand the behaviour pattern and to try to predict the outcome from an astro cycle pattern is called making a prediction. You can make a predictions of any one s life, for any corporates, countries, weather, incidence, or even for any market or financial instrument. Most of the people on this planet think that making predictions are guesses but I am a live example that thought is misguided. I have sincerely spent almost 37 years studying this subject and I tell you that it is the most amazing study. This study takes you into the future which exists but is hidden in tomorrow. We live in the present and tomorrow always remains blank because it is hidden if you don t try to read it; but if you try to read tomorrow and try to talk about tomorrow that call it a prediction or going into future. Many times in the past we have mentioned that we humans have a limitation about everything, and to get the maximum result you have to go into deeper mediation after finishing your study so that you can reveal each of the headings with thousands of possible outcomes. What do story writers do? They implant one subject into their thought and then they start writing, and they keep writing, and eventually it either turns into a big story which many publish as a book or movie etc. All they did was implanted one small subject into their head and they create a whole new world around that subject. In astro cycle study we don t get into imaginations because we already have the planetary combination in front of us and we just try to predict the behavior pattern with mathematics. Many time s we are wrong because we are not able to understand a few astro cycle combinations correctly in advance as they never happened in past, but a good student will always put down on paper what new combinations resulted and why he was wrong so that the future generations, or whoever does the same study won t make the same mistake. Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 3
I know it is too heavy a subject and requires a lot of energy to understand the behavior pattern of the astro cycle because it represents something hidden. We try to reveal what is hidden and they are like a secret code, and these secret codes are so complicated because they exist in the whole universe, and we just have to study their larger effects on our planet and on human behaviour pattern. Yes, your brain plays a very powerful role to reveal these codes. You have to go into deep meditation to decode them, but at the same time you have to remain in the present in your meditations. I don t know how many you are performing deep mediation, but if you start doing it (which I always have been recommending since the last two and half decades) then you may get an answer about your personal life, your journey, your new path or even career, business and what your role on this planet among six billion people. I know this newsletter is once again going on different path which I love to do, but you pay a fee to know about the markets trend so let me come back to the financial market because you just simply like know what will happen from here onwards for all major markets. I know many of you love discussing or reading whenever I talk about the astro cycle and human behavior pattern and how you can make yourself better. Important note: The hidden part of nature which creates an aura or energy, plays the role of gravity; Implanting or giving birth to any thoughts; creating a future path through imagination; and once someone starts working on that, then it can become a reality. If you look back a few decades your own life then you will be forced to think how it all happen! It looks like each puzzle piece comes together automatically and started connecting in right place after you start your journey. Many great human beings created this most unique journey, you can talk about Martin JR King Luther, Gandhi, Mandela or even the current President Obama. They started journey and the masses supported them. You can do the same for any good cause, for yourself or for you career. Let me come back to financial market, here is this week newsletter from 28 September to 2 October 2015: GOLD/SILVER/BASE METALS Last week metals rebounded from lows, gold, silver, palladium and zinc moved higher. Platinum and copper remained in weaker zone. Our medium and longer term outlook is not that exciting at this stage because the behaviour pattern of metals is still not that positive compared to the short term astro cycles, which have been very positive since the first of August, and this short term positive cycle will end within the next one month. One shouldn t be taking any aggressive selling positions for the short term, but at the same time we are not recommending any aggressive buying, as the maximum higher side in metals are 3% in metals, Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 4
and the lower side still remains wide open for the medium and longer term. There are still possibility of gold trading three digit. This week we see some positive momentum continuing in metals so trading in and out will be the right strategy, or during day trading, on can buy around the lower side predicted ranges. Those who would like to buy this week, can buy gold around the lower side on Monday, but make sure that you are getting out either on the higher side on Thursday, or on Friday, because next week s outlook does not seem that interesting. Metal stocks will trade mixed. We do not recommend any aggressive buying for the medium and longer term for any metals stocks. Base metals will trade mixed to sideways during this week. The maximum higher side that we see for gold is $1175 or maximum it can reach $1185, and silver $ or maximum it can reach $ We do not see palladium moving above $700, and if these higher levels are achieved in precious and base metals, then one can take short positions, as a correction can take place from these levels. This entire week seems a bit positive for metals. Here is Monday s range: (December 2015 contract): GOLD: $ to $ SILVER: $15.23 TO $14.84 COPPER: $ TO $ PALLADIUM: $ TO $ PLATINUM: $ TO $ INDEXES Last week the VW news, Hillary s comments on biotech, and the FED s comments dominated the markets trend. Traders are still very nervous because most of the global markets are trading in a bear trading pattern; wildly followed technical charts are also indicating a bear trend because important technical chart support levels have been damaged seriously by the bear trend. Many of you subscribe to the weekly newsletter to know where the market is going for the medium and longer term and our predictions for the medium and longer term have not changed yet, but short term uncertainty can continue until the 10 th of October Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 5
as mentioned last week, so no leveraged buying positions, and one should take this weakness as a gradual buying or accumulation opportunity. Many will ask, where can we make a great amount of money in the next year and a half?, and my answer remains, invest in the US market and it is a great time to buy markets like China, Brazil or India. European markets will follow the US market. Most of our predicted targets for the US market will be achieved in the next 18 months, which means that we still believe that S&P will hit 3200, NASDAQ will hit 7500, and DOW will reach 30,000. These levels were predicted in March 2009, in 2011 we confirmed that S&P is bottoming out at 1100 when there was a severe financial crisis in the EU, and that buying recommendation at 1100 in S&P proved to be very prudent for investors, and that is the reason many key institutions have taken our theory so seriously.. You have another 10 trading days with uncertainty, but at the same time, this uncertainty should be taken as a buying opportunity, but at the same time those who would like to jump in into the market, should do it between the 10 th and 15 th of October, because after that we do not see you getting these prices again. In 2011 when we predicted the biggest bull market of history staring, we mentioned that this bull markets end phase will be so aggressive that S&P would move points higher in a day. We are about to enter that cycle, and you can name this cycle as the final phase of a bubble or euphoria, because the market is ready to make a sharp U-turn any time within the next 18 days. Remain focused and I know that you don t want to know anything more, because not I am sure you will plan your strategy accordingly. You can take bets with call options, you can buy stocks, you can buy ETF s. Whatever trade suits you, plan for the medium and longer term and you will be rewarded greatly. This week will once again be a volatile week because of the Lunar Eclipse. The side effects of any eclipse remains for 48 hours before and after the event. We strongly recommend watching the markets trend closely and any sharp correction should be taken as a buying opportunity. S&P has been holding/trading around 1923 which is a very important number in our astro cycle, and we still see that S&P won t close below 1923 for more than three days, so this is a good number for you to take a trade. This lunar eclipse can turn the pace for the Brazilian and Chinese markets, as these two markets have been suffering very badly, so this week I allocate as a buying week for both these markets on any weakness. The third quarter expire will take place on Wednesday, so Thursday and Friday will be a great time to invest aggressively in both these markets. The rest of the global markets will also try to bottom out, so after the last two months uncertain trend, for the next two weeks the market will be in the process of bottoming out. On Monday and Tuesday the market will trade mixed so stay away from any aggressive trades. We recommend buying some aggressive positions on late Wednesday or Thursday, which shall provide you will good returns on Friday in all major markets. Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 6
Buy technology, construction, home improvement, mortgage and financials. These are our favorite sectors for the next 18 months. Our stock report will try to put a stock list for each of these sectors. Here are Monday s ranges: (December contracts) HONG KONG (cash) to NIKKEI TO NIFTY S&P (Spot) 7909 to 7830 Buy CAC 4510 TO 4420 DAX 9819 TO 9309 DEX EURO STOXX FTSE 6081 TO 5970 FTSE/JSE (Cash) to S&P e-mini TO Buy NASDAQ 100 e-mini TO Buy RUSSELL e-mini 1130 TO Buy DOW e-mini TO Buy ENERGY Traders are very negative on Energy s outlook, but our view is not that negative for the short term. We strongly recommend buying oil, RB gas, and heating oil during each day of this week. As predicted, oi won t go below $43 level, so one can start buying oil from $44.55 to $43, because within two weeks, you may see $50 oil. Thought the medium and longer term outlook still looks very bearish for oil, the down side from current levels is still not that much, so we can fairly call a short term bottom for oil. Natural Gas trend has disappointed us, and we do not recommend any new buying in natural gas during this week. I would like to watch natural gas price level of $2.62 very closely, because we predicted that gas has to hold this level. Previously we predicted that gas prices will be moving 10%, but now it will be very difficult for gas to close above $2.93. Energy stocks should bottom out during this week but no aggressive buying is recommended. Yes those who never had energy stocks in their portfolio can accumulate very small positions, because there are so many other great sectors available to make money, so I won t recommend putting any serious money in the energy sector. On Wednesday and Thursday one can buy ERX and GASL ETF s. Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 7
Monday s trading range (November 2015 contracts): OIL: $46.50 to $44.50 NATURAL GAS: $2.67 to $2.59 HEATING OIL: $ TO RB GAS: $ TO $ CURRENCIES Last year buying USD at $79 with a target of $89 did very well, but then dollar index moved to our next level of $98.50 where we recommended that everyone should book profit, and we still believe that dollar index will struggle to move above during this year, so the higher side still remains very limited for USD in the month of October and November. Many big fund managers who allocate money in the international market, or invest in the international market are watching emerging market currencies trend very closely, because it has been a pain for many, and many have lost a fortune, especially those who invested in terms of south American currencies. For the last few weeks we have been recommending investors to put money in these emerging market currencies for the medium and longer term horizon, because these currencies are in the process of bottoming out, and within the next ten days, these currencies will form a bottom and will stop falling further, so it is a lifetime opportunity to invest in Brazilian Real, Mexican Peso, Argentinian Peso and Indian Rupee. Russian Ruble, Indonesian Rupiah and Malaysian Ringot will form a bottom, but we still do not see any aggressive move in these currencies. This week USD will start losing value from Wednesday, so this is a great time to buy some positons in Euro, Australian dollar and Japanese Yen from Wednesday onwards. On Monday and Tuesday a mixed trading pattern will remain, and dollar will try to act positively. On Thursday and Friday dollar will lose value. British pound will trade weaker, so we are not recommending any buying in British Pound during this week. In fact one can take it as a selling opportunity on any rise, as soon British Pound will break 1.50 level. Australian Dollar, Canadian dollar and Swiss Franc will try to gain from late Wednesday onwards, but the higher side will remain limited for all these currencies, compared to Euro and Japanese yen. Surely, we are not recommending any short in any currencies from Wednesday onwards for the short term. Weekly Financial Letter by Mahendra Sharma Page 8
Monday s trading range: (December 2015 future contract) DOLLAR INDEX to AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR to CANADIAN DOLLAR to BRITISH POUND to EURO to JAPANESE YEN to SWISS FRANC to RUPPEE to (Spot) RAND to (Spot) Thanks & God Bless, Mahendra Sharma 27 August 2015, 2.30 PM Santa Barbara Make wave of nature/astronomical cycle an integral part of your trading/investment strategies!
