2 Edition: March 2014 Wednesday s Flash-news Dear Members, On Tuesday stocks rebounded sharply and commodities traded negative. Fuel stocks went up sharply higher. Our recommended stocks performed well except HZNP. Wednesday positive trend will continue in in market and stocks. Dollar will remain sideways and commodities will trade mix. Thirty year bond will trade mix. PLUG, ARTX, went up almost 50% and other like BLDP, FCEL, QTWW, HYGS, ABAT,HPJ and UQM also went higher. International market will trade higher, avoid any shorts in emerging market like India, China and Brazil as these markets will remain on fire. Indian market have been performing amazingly well and it will keep moving higher. 3 metals remained sides. Palladium and palladium stocks/etf went higher. PAL was up 18% percent, this one we recommended yesterday in our stock report. DUST also went up 12%, it gained 40% in the last six trading days. Overall most our members are very pleased with metal advice and we are happy too about guiding this correctly. As mentioned wait until June to take safe trade in metals. Monday metals traded negative which is not positive news and if they close negative on Tuesday then huge fall can occur in metals in coming time. This is what we mentioned yesterday: Gold struggled to move higher above $1347 and it will be very tough for gold to cross this level. On Monday, precious metals will trade mixed, but the precious metal stocks trend looks negative, so hold positions in DUST and GLL. Traders can trade in and out in the trading ranges mentioned below, but hold positions in Palladium as this metal can move toward $1000 as predicted last year. This is what we mentioned last Wednesday: Last week we predicted the end of the positive trend in metals on the 14 th of March, and that has proven to be accurate so far, as precious metals opened positive, but closed lower. We still recommend staying away and selling on any rise in precious metals. Gold fell from $1392 to $1320 and metal stocks suffered badly. Avoid metal stocks at this stage as a sudden fall time has arrived. Final note: Don t buy metals because of the Crimea news. Here is Wednesday s range: (May 2014 contract): GOLD: $ to $ (April) Trade in and out SILVER: $20.16 TO $19.77 Trade in and out COPPER: $ TO $ Hold short ENERGY Tuesday energy prices traded mix, and same kind of trend will continue. At this stage trading in and out is highly recommended rather than taking any side trade. This is what we mentioned on Thursday: We still don t see any major trend in either side in energy so trading in and out in daily mentioned ranges will be good strategy at this stage until it breaks $97.19 or $ levels. Energy stocks will gain some value. Energy stocks will also move higher, so it s a great time to buy 3x ETF of oil and energy stocks on Tuesday. 4 INDIAN RUPEE On Tuesday Indian Rupee gained value against most of currencies. Rupee will keep gaining value so hold buying positions in Rupee against Euro, Dollar, Franc and Pound. This is what we mentioned yesterday: As we mentioned Rupee to trade in the very tight range, higher side to and lower side we may see to in coming few weeks. Trading in and out will be best strategy and if it s get weaker than buying is highly recommended. Keep adding Rupee against Australian dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc and Pound for longer term. Early last year we mentioned Rupee may touch when it was trading around levels, this target got fulfilled now next trading range will remain from to for some time. Wednesday trading range: (Sport prices) RUPEE/DOLLAR to INDIAN MARKETS Tuesday Indian market outperformed rest of world market, it also closed all time historic high. Stay long in Indian equity market, and keep adding positions in frontline stocks. Wednesday market will gain, but Thursday and Friday we see huge up-move in Nifty and other markets. Last month we predicted Nifty reaching 6755, which may fulfill by end of this month. This is what we mentioned yesterday; Last week Indian market held very well under uncertain scenario. Banking, Pharma, food and Frontline stocks gained value. We are still recommending holding positions in stocks, but we warn not to follow tips and rumors. At this stage quality banking stocks will keep moving higher, Pharma may take some break during this week but lower side one should buy or add more positions around Thursday. We are not changing view but surely we want to add more few stocks in our buying recommendations and these stocks are Emami, Dabur, Federal Bank, Honneywell Auto, and Reliance Comm. In the last three week our recommended stocks like Cipla, L&T, ICICI, AXIX, IPCA, Ajanta, Reliance, Cadila and SBI went up sharply higher. These stocks also done well and we still recommend holding these list which we recommended on 20 Feb: Add two news stocks in your portfolio, recommended on 20 February: 3M India Ltd around 3700, our target is 4400 in the next one months. Buy BHEL around 173, and target 250 in the next three months. This is what we mentioned on two weeks back on Friday: You don t need to trade many stocks, just focus on our favorite once and stocks which we recommend buying like we did for L&T, AXIS, ICICI and SBI done very well in last 10 days.
