The election results in October were as follows: Jim Wallace President and Mike Richmond Secretary. The remaining Trustees were reelected to their position. This year s winner of the Pinegate / Paul Boergert Memorial Scholarship was Jordan Benner. Attached is the scholarship form for Pinegate website is no longer available. Looking for a resident to restart and manage website. Vice President Pool Mike Graf, , mike@graf- .com The pool contract is under review and will be finalized March Company to be hired to do thorough cleaning of community room 4 times a year. Garbage cans to be replaced. Pool rules will be posted in pool area. Treasurer Dan Davis, , ddavis8758@yahoo.com Pool tags will be distributed at pool on Memorial Day weekend. Comparing utility cost for cheaper alternatives. Included in budget for 2017 fixing women s bathroom. Reviewing rental fee for the community room

Secretary- Mike Richmond , richmondabode@yahoo.com The Pinegate Swim Team is looking for volunteers to help with Champs this year on Saturday, July 29. Please contact him if you are interested in helping that day. Lake Rich Slovenkay, , rnksloven1@yahoo.com There has been a lot of litter at the lake. Please use the garbage can at the lake for your trash. Homeowners concerns. We need more neighbors to help out at the spring pool clean-up. The following areas need work: tree and bush trimming, clean out gutters, repair tables, general cleaning around the pool. 4 Pinegate Homeowner s Association ANNUAL FEES OF $300 ARE DUE MAY 1, 2017 Annual Dues: Annual association dues are $300. If the dues are not received by the Treasurer in full by May 1, 2017, the dues will accrue interest at 1.5% per month for any outstanding balance. Checks are payable to Pinegate Homeowners Association, and should be mailed to: Pinegate Homeowners Association P.O. Box 343 Mentor, Ohio (Yes 44061) Pool Passes: Pool passes are for homeowners and their immediate family who live at the residence of the homeowner. Children under the age of 6 are not required to have passes. Passes will ONLY be distributed at the pool. An envelope with the address and name of the owner will be in the pool office. Pool passes will be made available at the pool 10 business days after the receipt by the treasurer of full payment of all dues and late fees if applicable. The owner must sign for the pool passes in order to receive them. They will be available beginning with the pool clean-up day. Tags will NOT have a pin returned in the envelope but can be attained at the pool from the lifeguards once the pool is open. Pool pass requests in excess of 7 requires the homeowner to submit a list of all persons names, age and relationship to the owner. Directory Update: Please help us keep our records up to date. By providing the following information, we can 1) update our directory of homeowners and 2) assist our activities volunteers in planning activities.
