Scope includes Design, Fabrication, Supplying & Erection of Canopy and False Ceiling for Various retail outlets in Coimbatore Territory, Tamil Nadu State. The contract period shall be for 12 months and purchase order against the contract will be released as and when the sites are ready. Time line for completion will be 4 weeks from the date of individual call off. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all rates, taxes and duties but excluding Service Tax. Service tax will be paid extra as per prevailing rates. Kindly note that this is an e-tender and the bids have to be submitted only online. This is a single part tender. Your offer is liable to be rejected if there is any deviation from the terms and conditions of the said tender. EMD of ` 1, 00, (Rupees one lakh only), is to be submitted for all vendors whose quote is more than that of their registered financial limit with BPCL. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) is applicable for all vendors whose quote is more than that of their registered financial limit with BPCL. 2. EMD for an amount of ` 1,00, (Rupees one lakh only) should be in the form of Demand Draft favouring Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited payable at Coimbatore.

3 3. Scanned copy of the Demand Draft has to be uploaded electronically while quoting the rates for the e-tender. 4. No. 1644, Kanda Hall, Peelamedu, Coimbatore , Tamil Nadu. 5. The bid of vendors who s Demand Draft for EMD not received before the due date and time, i.e., before 1500 HRS on shall not be opened. 6. For vendors whose registered financial limit in BPCL is more than the quote, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is not applicable. However those vendors are requested to upload scanned copy of the registration letter showing the financial limits from BPCL as proof.

7 SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER 1. The time for completion of the work is 4 weeks from the date of LOI. Any delay in completion will attract LD as per the standard terms and conditions of the tender. 2. The quantity projected is for around 10 canopies and 10 false ceilings and is to be provided at various new or existing retail outlets in Coimbatore Territory. 3. Utmost care is to be taken to ensure the side and diagonal measurements and levels of the canopy and fascia. 4. All structural members shall be provided with two coats of zinc chromate primer and two coats of aluminium paint. 5. The canopy will be summarily rejected if any deviations are observed in the specifications, materials used and workmanship % payment will be released after completion of erection of canopy and false ceiling and the remaining 10% will be paid after a period of six months. 7.
