1 AFFILIATE COMMISSION PLAN HOW TO BECOME A UNITED GAMES AFFILIATE Affiliates with United Games are people who are independently contracted to help share mobile applications ( apps ), and are compensated according to the commission plan explained here. Anyone, 18 or older, can participate in the United Games Affiliate Commission Plan by simply creating a United Games Affiliate Account. A one-time business enrollment cost of $49.99 USD is required to join as an Affiliate and includes the technology subscription for the calendar month in which you enroll. In order to remain an active Affiliate in future months, you will also be required to pay a monthly technology subscription (also referred to as a membership fee), which is currently $9.99 USD. In order to receive commissions for a calendar month, you will need to have an active technology subscription for that month. Affiliates are permitted to refer other Affiliates during open enrollment periods, and are financially rewarded when those they refer generate player revenue in the app. IMPORTANT TERMS TO UNDERSTAND The App: Tokens: Generation: Tier Placement: Zone: Volume: The mobile application marketed by United Games is a sports app, called FireFan, that allows players to play along live with their favorite teams, favorite sports, and favorite friends. Affiliates are paid when people they share this app with acquire and/or play tokens. Tokens are the virtual game currency, allowing players to play certain aspects of the app. These tokens are acquired by in-app purchases, bundle purchasing, member subscriptions, or by participating in other game elements that offer tokens. A generation of organization in your Affiliate team is based on the referral of players and of enrolled Affiliates. A personally referred Affiliate would automatically be placed Tier 1. If a Tier 1 Affiliate personally refers another Affiliate, that person would naturally be your Tier 2. You may, however, place personally referred Affiliates into different Tiers. Inactive Affiliates are not counted as a Tier during the commission cycle and compress for purposes of commissions payout. Players are counted in the Tiers based upon who referred them. There are no limits to the number of players or Affiliates per Tier. A level of earning qualification. Each zone is unlocked by monthly qualifications, allowing that Affiliate to earn a percentage of volume from additional Tiers (according to the charts in this document). 2 3 WAYS TO EARN AS A UNITED GAMES AFFILIATE 1. Commissions for Tokens ACQUIRED GET PAID WHEN YOU INTRODUCE THE APP AND TOKENS ARE ACQUIRED! Every Affiliate has the ability to share the United Games app(s) with others, inviting them to download the app and join in the fun. Then they download the app from your invitation, that player will forever be linked to you. Each time any player that is linked to you acquires a commissionable token, you earn a commission. Tokens can be acquired through in-app purchases, discounted bulk purchases, or through token subscriptions. Tokens may also be acquired by participating with in-game token offers. The commission percentage is paid based on which Tier the volume is assigned to. The tiered percentage on tokens acquired is shown in the following chart. Commissions can be earned up to nine (9) Tiers down, based upon which zone you have unlocked (details on how to unlock zones is discussed later) in the commission plan during that commission month. *Note: If it is determined that there is fraudulent or illegitimate activity within your organization, the respective token volume will be removed for the commission calculation. If it is determined that commissions were paid on fraudulent or illegitimate activity within the previous 6 months, we reserve the right to adjust future commissions for commissions paid on such activity. 3 2. Commissions for Tokens PLAYED GET PAID WHEN YOU INVITE OTHERS TO PLAY IN INDIVIDUAL GAMES! When a game is organized, a temporary tiered organization is formed according to who invited who to play in that game. When you join that game, and you invite someone to play in that game with you, as an Affiliate you will earn a commission on the tokens spent by your invited players during that game. This commission is also multi-tiered, which means that you not only get paid on the tokens spent from the people who you invite, but you also get paid on the token played by the people they invite as well, up to two (2) Tiers down, based upon the zone you have unlocked that month. Players (who are not Affiliates) who invite other players do not earn commissions for those they invited. Therefore, those commissions that would have been earned are paid to the Affiliate who is linked to that player. 4 3. Check Matching Commission Affiliates are financially rewarded for sharing the App and inviting people to play the games. For those who choose to do so, we also want to reward Affiliates for encouraging these same behaviors in other Affiliates. You will be rewarded with a bonus which matches a percentage of the commission that your active, personally referred Affiliates earn for both their Tokens Acquired Commissions and their Tokens Played Commissions. The check matching commission is calculated differently from the other commissions. It is based on your personally referred Affiliates... and the Affiliates they have personally referred... and so on. This can be referred to as your Affiliate genealogy. Personally Referred Geneology This commission is not based on placement in the tiered organization like the other commissions, it is calculated on personally referred genealogy. This is important to know, because some people choose to place a personally referred Affiliate somewhere other than on their 1st Tier. This means that you may have personally referred Affiliates on many different Tiers in your organization. When the Check Match Commission is calculated, the people you check match has everything to do with your genealogy. 5 UNLOCKING THE COMMISSION ZONES The United Games Commission Plan is structured into 4 zones. Each zone has additional layers of commission payout possible (see charts for details). The zones are unlocked according to the following monthly qualifications: UNLOCK ZONE 1: Be an active Affiliate. This means you ve paid your one-time Affiliate enrollment and you have an active monthly technology subscription in the commission month (a commission month is a calendar month). UNLOCK ZONE 2, 3, & 4: A certain amount of token dollar volume must be achieved as outlined below. Total dollar volume is calculated by combining acquired and played volume during that commission month (currently 1 Token = $0.10 USD, but additional virtual currency may be added later and have other values). Furthermore, you must have 5 personally referred active Affiliates/Players that have at least $5 USD of token acquisition in the commission month. The additional requirements required to unlock each of the zones is outlined below. UNLOCK ZONE 2: Have $15,000 USD or more in total monthly team volume and be an active Affiliate with a paid monthly token subscription of 200 tokens (Currently $19.99) or more OR have personally sponsored Players (other Affiliates are not considered Players) who purchase $19.99 or more of tokens during the commissions month. Example of a Tiered Organization UNLOCK ZONE 3: Have $50,000 USD or more in total monthly team volume and be an active Affiliate with a paid monthly token subscription of 500 tokens (currently $49.99) or more, OR have personally sponsored Players (other Affiliates are not considered Players) who purchase $49.99 or more of tokens during the commission month. UNLOCK ZONE 4: Have $200,000 USD or more in total monthly team volume and be an active Affiliate with a paid monthly token subscription of 1,000 tokens (currently $99.99) or more, OR have personally sponsored Players (other Affiliates are not considered Players) who purchase $99.99 or more of tokens during the commission month. PLEASE NOTE: No more than 50% of total volume can come from 1 personally referred Affiliate line or 1 personally referred Player line. 6 AFFILIATE STATUS AND RECOGNITION Affiliate status and recognition level does not affect commission earnings. It is simply a way to congratulate Affiliates for their accomplishments. United Games will use these recognition levels for various reasons including public recognition, event participation, and other promotions. Your status can be determined based on volume of tokens played, or a combination of both according to accompanying charts. 7 GLOSSARY The App: The mobile application marketed by United Games is a sports app that allows players to play along live with their favorite teams, favorite sports, and friends. Affiliates are paid when people with whom they share this app acquire and/or play tokens. Active Affiliate: An Affiliate in good standing must have registered as an Affiliate and be an active United Games Affiliate with an active monthly technology subscription (currently $9.99) Affiliate: An independent contractor who has signed and completed the official United Games Affiliate Agreement and whose Affiliate Agreement has been accepted by United Games and whose relationship is not otherwise terminated. Players are not Affiliates. Affiliate Status: Recognition titles in the United Games Affiliates Commission Plan. There are nine different status titles that can be achieved in the program. Each different status reflects the size and scope of an individual Affiliate s business (see the accompanying status and recognition). Commission: Earnings that are based on a percentage of the total volume of tokens acquired or played in your organization according to the specifications outlined in the commission plan. Game: A group of people who come together to play along with the specific live sporting event. Line: The total volume of your personally sponsored Affiliate s organization. (If you sponsor 5 Affiliates, you would have 5 lines). Organization Volume: The total volume of an Affiliate and his/her team from each personally sponsored Affiliate line. Player: A person who uses the app, but is not an Affiliate. Tier: A generation of organization in your Affiliate team, based on the referral of players and of enrolled Affiliates. It allows the player to participate in certain aspects of the game. Volume: Cumulative amount of acquired or played tokens. Earning percentages are calculated using these volumes, according to the explanation in this document. Zone: Commission payments are unlocked according to zones. Zone one is immediately available to all active Affiliates in good standing. The subsequent zones are unlocked according to certain qualifications shown above.
