1 s Plan Rippln The first social platform that allows people to monitor, track, and monetize their social worth through incentivized sharing. What is Incentivized Sharing? Rippln shares the value that takes place within the social network you create (what we refer to as your or ripples). Through the Rippln s Plan you can earn rewards redeemable for cash when purchases of products, services, and other transactions take place within your. NOTE: There s no money made, earned, or paid by referring others or from those who refer others. How do you get started? Getting into the is easy and it s free!! You start by accepting an invitation from a Rippln Spectator, Fan, or Player and completing a simple registration. Spectator After completing the registration process you become a Rippln Spectator. You now have access to Rippln's social sharing community, apps, and other innovative products and services. You are also eligible to invite others to become Spectators and access your own personal using the free Rippln Dashboard. Fan As a Spectator you become and remain a Rippln Fan by engaging in the Rippln community at least once each calendar month. Logging into the Rippln Dashboard, inviting others to become a Spectator, downloading the Rippln App and other apps, including other activities which will be announced in news, updates, and communications from Rippln are considered engagement. 2 Player (Powering-UP) As a Fan you become and remain a Player when you Power-UP by activating your Rippln Tracking System and subscribing [as well as maintaining a subscription] to the Rippln s System. In any calendar month that your monthly RRS lapses a Player would revert to a Fan (requires engagement). Rippln Tracking System - RTP One-time only $95 activation fee provides access to an enhanced version of the Rippln Dashboard a state-of-the-art software platform that tracks the detailed analytics of your Rippln social graph and increased data visibility for the ripple you build. NOTE: NO rewards are associated with this fee. Rippln System - RRS $30 monthly subscription provides access to the Rippln System monitors and reports on reward activities and statistics within your entire along with the aspects necessary to participate in the incentivized sharing program (Rippln s Plan). Includes premium gamification, a complete set of marketing tools and features to grow your ripple plus detailed tracking of all commerce taking place inside your Rippln social network. NOTE: NO rewards are associated with this fee. PRO-Player (Go PRO and then Level-UP) Rippln PRO-Players are eligible to earn and redeem Rippln Points for cash. You become and remain a PRO-Player by having and then maintaining a minimum of five [5] personally invited Fans during a calendar month. PRO-Players receive the following: Rippln s Plan Awarded 13 Loyalty Points (this is a one-time award each calendar month) Earn 10% Direct s on Coaching Points generated from Coaching Offers purchased by personally invited Fans. Earn 10% s Match on Coaching and Loyalty s earned by personally invited Level 1 PRO and higher rank. Once you ve gone PRO it s time to Level-UP and begin earning additional escalating rewards. 3 Points Points are awarded and/or assigned for certain coaching and loyalty-based behaviors, actions, and offers made to the Rippln Community. There are two categories of Rippln Points: Coaching Points and Loyalty Points These points are used to compute Coaching and Loyalty s. Awarded or assigned points are not redeemable directly for cash. Only the points earned through the Coaching and Loyalty s portion of the plan are redeemable for cash. To participate in the Coaching and Loyalty s you must be an eligible PRO-Player or higher rank. Coaching s (paid WEEKLY) PRO-Players and higher rank earn Coaching s (as shown in the chart below) from Coaching Points generated by personally invited (direct) Fans. Level 1 PRO s and higher ranks can earn Coaching s from Coaching Points generated by Fans within up to three[3] generations of ripples. See page 9. RANK ACHIEVEMENT LEVEL Direct 1 st Generation Differential Rippln s Plan 2 nd Generation Differential Coaching s MATCH - in addition to Coaching s PRO-Players and higher rank earn 10% MATCH of the Coaching s paid to personally invited PRO-Player or higher rank. See page 10. Note: There are no matches paid on matches. Compression Compression is accomplished ONLY for the purpose of calculating Loyalty s. Spectators, Fans, or Players with ZERO points are removed from ALL ripples; PRO-Players or higher ranks who have not met the minimum PRO-Player eligibility requirements (see page 6 and 7) are also removed from ALL ripples; and Fans or Players generating Loyalty Points in ALL ripples between two PRO-Players or higher rank are compressed into a. 5 s Plan Dynamic Compression ALL-STARs are paid the unearned ineligible Loyalty s from up to unlimited dynamically compressed s. Example: Level 1 PRO anywhere in the ripple up to unlimited ripples outward (to the next ALL-STAR) is not eligible to earn Loyalty s from their 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th thru 10 th s. These ineligible unpaid Loyalty s are dynamically compressed and paid to the first ALL-STAR in a ripple previous to the Level 1 PRO. See page 9 and 10. All-Pro PRO-Players and higher rank can become eligible for All-Pro Coaching s and/or the All-Pro Loyalty s. The reward is 50% of the total Coaching, Loyalty, and s MATCH you earned during the respective reward period. This reward is in addition to your regular reward earnings. Example: Coaching is $1,000 the All-Pro Coaching is $500. All-Pro Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the All-Pro Coaching make a sale of an exclusive coaching offer to at least one[1] personally invited Fan during the life-span of the coaching offer. To be eligible for the All-Pro Loyalty make a sale of any respective loyalty offer to at least one[1] personally invited Fan during the current reward period. MVP PRO-Players and higher rank can become eligible for MVP Coaching s and/ or the MVP Loyalty s. The reward is 100% of the total Coaching, Loyalty, and s MATCH you earned during the respective reward period. This reward is in addition to your regular reward earnings. 6 MVP Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the MVP Coaching make a sale of an exclusive coaching offer to at least three[3] personally invited Fans during the life-span of the coaching offer. To be eligible for the MVP Loyalty make a sale of any respective loyalty offer to at least three[3] personally invited Fans during the current reward period. PRO-Player Levels (Leveling-UP) Once a Player becomes a PRO-Player advancement (Level-UP) in rank achievement begins at Level 1 PRO and continues to the prestigious All-STAR rank. RANK ACHIEVEMENT LEVEL PERSONAL PLAYERS*** Rippln s Plan PERSONAL FANS TEAM FANS 2 nd thru 10 th ripples (uncompressed) PRO-Player Level 1 PRO ** Level 2 PRO ** Level 3 PRO ** Level 4 PRO ,000** Level 5 PRO ,500** ALL-STAR* ,000** * ALL-STARs must have a minimum of five[5] Teams that have at least one[1] Level 5 PRO in each Team in any ripple. Teams start at the 1 st. ** No more than half [50%] can come from any single Team. *** Includes Players, PRO-Players, Level 1 PRO thru ALL-STAR. What is a or s? Like dropping a pebble into a pool of water a ripple or ripples are created and connected in Rippln through the act of being invited by an inviter who invites the next inviter and so on throughout a potentially endless line (ripple) of inviters, or in other words, an invitation line or line of invitation... or an inviter line or line of inviters... or simply the "ripple" or "ripples"... regardless of whether the inviter was a Spectator, Fan, Player, PRO-Player or higher rank. Your personally invited Spectators, Fans, Players, PRO-Players and higher ranks are in your 1 st. Their personally invited are in your 2 nd and so on. Team Fans are the engaged Fans that have been personally invited by a 1 st thru 9 th - Spectator, Fan, Player, PRO-Player or higher rank. Or in other words... the engaged Fans in the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed). does not guarantee any level of income and earnings are dependent solely on the actions related to and from the sales of products and services. Player who has a minimum of two[2] personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of five[5] personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 10 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than five[5] Fans can come from any single Team. Player who has a minimum of four[4] personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of 10 personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 50 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than 25 Fans can come from any single Team. Player who has a minimum of six[6] personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of 15 personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 150 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than 75 Fans can come from any single Team. Player who has a minimum of eight[8] personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of 15 personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 1,000 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than 500 Fans can come from any single Team. Player who has a minimum of 10 personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of 15 personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 2,500 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than 1,250 Fans can come from any single Team. Player who has a minimum of 15 personally invited Players* in the 1 st, a minimum of 15 personally invited Fans in the 1 st, and a minimum of 15,000 Fans within the 2 nd thru 10 th s (uncompressed) of which no more than 7,500 Fans can come from any single Team. Must also have a minimum of five[5] Teams with at least one[1] Level 5 PRO-Player in each Team. *Includes Players, PRO-Players, Level 1 PRO thru ALL-STAR. Highest Rank Achieved - A rank achieved is considered permanent from that point forward. Paid-As Rank - The current rank at which you are eligible to be paid Coaching and Loyalty s in the respective reward period. Current Rank - Rank achieved as of the last day of the previous month or the rank achieved in the current calendar month if it is higher than the rank from the last day of the previous month.
