5 INSURANCE BENEFITS PROVIDING YOUR FAMILY WITH COVERAGE TODAY FOR A HEALTHY TOMORROW HEALTH INSURANCE PayneCrest offers two excellent PPO plans. Both plans provide a wide ranging network of phenomenal doctors and first class facili es throughout the na on. Monthly employee premium contribu ons vary by level of coverage. Employees may also elect to cover a spouse and / or dependents under the plans. The employee s contribu on for the medical premium is paid through bi monthly payroll deduc ons under a Sec on 125 (Cafeteria) Plan. DENTAL INSURANCE Dental premiums for employee only coverage are fully paid by the Company. Employees may also elect to cover a spouse and / or dependents under the plan. The non employee dental premium is paid through bi weekly payroll deduc ons under a Sec on 125 (Cafeteria) Plan. Coverage is currently with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and is effec ve on the 1 st of the month a er beginning employment. Claims under the plans are subject to deduc bles. Employees are responsible for the first $500 in deduc bles for employee only coverage and up to $1,500 for family coverage annually. 6 PAGE 6 INSURANCE BENFITS DISABILITY INSURANCE Disability premiums for employees are fully paid by the Company. Coverage is effec ve on the 1 st of the month a er beginning employment and provides 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000. Coverage is currently with Mutual of Omaha. LIFE INSURANCE AND AD&D Life insurance and AD&D premiums for employees are fully paid by the Company. Coverage is effec ve on the 1 st of the month a er beginning employment and provides proceeds of 1 1/2 mes salary to a maximum of $100,000. Coverage is currently with Mutual of Omaha. VISION DISCOUNTS & VOLUNTARY VISION Benefits are available for medical and surgical treatment of injuries and/or diseases affec ng the eye. Rou ne vision exams required by federal law are covered under the Preven ve Care benefit. Benefits for other Covered Services are based on the se ng in which services are received. We also offer a premium voluntary vision plan for our employees through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Subscribers benefit from a network of over 30,000 doctors at more than 25,000 loca ons na onwide. Plan benefits include an annual eye exam, frames, eyeglass lenses and contact lenses allowances. Coverage is effec ve on the 1 st of the month a er beginning employment. VOLTUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE Employees have the op on to purchase addi onal life insurance through Mutual of Omaha. Coverage is effec ve on the 1 st of the month a er beginning employment. ALL BENEFITS ARE REVIEWED ANNUALLY TO ENSURE EMPLOYEES RECEIVE OPTIMAL COVERAGE

7 HEALTH & LIFESTYLE BENEFITS THE PERKS OF LIVING WITH PAYNECREST RETIREMENT PLAN The Company maintains a 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan to assist All accounts are self directed and the investments are maintained by John Hancock. employees in their re rement years. Employees are 100% vested when they become eligible to par cipate in the Plan. Qualified employees are eligible to par cipate in the Plan on the 1st day of 401K HIGHLIGHTS According to Fiduciary Benchmarks March 2014 report: the quarter following six months of con nuous service. The 401(k) allows employee deferrals from 1% to 25% of compensa on. The Company matches 100% of the first 3% of employee deferral and 50% of the next 2% for a maximum Company match of 4%. The Profit Sharing plan allows discre onary contribu ons to each 98% of plans rank lower than our plan No plan ranks above our plan 98% of our eligible employees par cipate in the plan 89% of our par cipants are on track to reach their re rement goals par cipant s account. These contribu ons are made on an annual basis and are based off the en re calendar year as opposed to being based solely off the par cipant s 401k effec ve date. HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP In an effort to encourage wellness, PayneCrest has an arrangement with Club Fitness in which the Company pays half the monthly membership dues and enrollment fees for employees. BONUSES All employees are eligible for a discre onary annual bonus. 10 PAGE 10 PROJECT MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PROJECT MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PayneCrest s Project Management Training Program is structured to jump start your career by providing professional and personal growth. Every form of development classroom, on the job, mentorship, and roundtable discussions hosted by senior leaders focus on cul va ng your talents as an individual and team member. Project Management trainees begin employment as Project Engineers and rotate throughout departments and jobsites for months. Rota ons begin in St. Louis and typically lead to working on na onal projects. While in the program, employees have the following du es and responsibili es: Responsible for specific aspects of major projects Manage projects up to $500,000 Develop rela onships within the industry Learn and exemplify The PCE Way in all internal and external interac ons INTERNSHIPS Each summer we employ students for both our Project Manager Internship Program and Safety Internship Program. Interns are provided with meaningful opportuni es to work in conjunc on with Project Managers, Safety Managers, and Electrical Designers to learn about the Electrical Contrac ng field. Interns rotate throughout different departments and jobsites for 6 8 weeks during the summer. Rota ons typically take place in St. Louis and involve working on the electrical and wiring components of projects. Addi onally, interns are provided with classroom and on the job training.

Those looking for a weekend getaway will appreciate that several other great ci es, like Chicago, Memphis and Kansas city are within driving distance. The following a rac on are new this year to our city: BALLPARK VILLAGE The Ballpark Village is located on the north side of Busch Stadium and opened its doors in April of The new mixed use entertainment plaza covers 10 acres and seven city blocks. Venues include features such as a Cards themed restaurant with roo op sea ng and views of the Stadium, a beer garden, and Ballpark Village Live! CITYARCHRIVER 2015 Work is underway to enhance the grounds of the Gateway Arch through The project, will connect downtown St. Louis with the na onal monument and the Mississippi River when it is completed in me for the Arch s 50th anniversary. The centerpiece of the plan creates a wide, landscaped park over highways to make a safe and beau ful walkway between the Arch and downtown life. NEW AT THE ZOO Three habitats Sun Bear Forest, Andean Bear Range and the Painted Dog Preserve are now open in the River s Edge area. Malayan sun bears will roam in their new habitat near the elephant preserve. The Painted Dog pack is in charge of a spacious area near the black rhinos complete with a pool and stream.
