6 EURUSD Trend EURUSD: Using a 1hour time frame allows us to see the big picture for the EURUSD and or any other pair of you choosing and the direction. Now that we have established a direction, we can move forward and see were our entry and exit points will be.

9 EURUSD Support & Resistance Support and Resistance / Fibonacci On a 15 minute time frame used for intraday day trading or short term trades. We can use the Fibonacci levels drawn on the four hour chart as major support and resistance levels. The reason why I like to use this strategy in my opinion is we can visually see the big moves within these levels. These are the trend investors talk about catching a trend or a big move. One way to pinpoint these moves I believe are these retracement levels.

10 200 Day Moving Average 200 Day Moving will act our major targets. Support or Resistance, depending on the direction. Each time frame will giving us new targets.

11 EURUSD Bollinger Band The Bollinger Band is made up of three bands: 1. Upper Band 20d ma 2std deviation 2. Lower Band 20d ma 2 std deviation 3. Mid Band 20d (Moving Average). How to use the Bollinger Band 1.Can show a Trend in a a. Reversal from the upper band b. Reversal from the lower band c. Market range between the bands d. Direction C: 90% of the trade falls within this range

12 (Show on Chart) RSI: RSI is an Oscillator that is recommended to be used with the Bollinger Band Shows has 3 levels, 70% line shows closer to this level we can be heading for and overbought signal, and wait for a pull back to go short. Signal (some traders can use this as a sell signal) 30% line shows over sold level closer to this level we can wait for a break up or pull for a reversal. Signal ( some traders can use this as buy signal along with the Bollinger band this could be a good indicator. 50% line can be use of a measurement between the two bands. Divergence: Trading the RSI along with the Bollinger (show on chart) Now that we have a good understanding of the indicators we can see how they can be used to give us signal for entry, exit and take profit targets.
