9 9 Terms and Conditions 1. Registration for industrial exhibition Registration follows upon sending the registration form within the time limit prescribed by the organizer. Stand allocation is based only on the complete form. The allocated position must not be swapped or released to another company/ exhibitor. 2. Conditions of payment Precondition before occupying the exhibition stand is paying the stand rent befor start of the exhibition. Special amounts for side costs or special services will be invoiced after the conference. If the bill is not payed until the beginning of the conference, the organizer has the right to refuse the participation. 3. Withdrawal and rescission of the contract After the conclusion of the contract the company must not withdraw the contract. 3 months before the conference start a withdrawal is possible with the organizer s permission. If it is not possible to rent the stand area to another company, the rent hast to be payed still. After the conclusion of the contract the company may withdraw from the contract as follows: - 6 months before the conference without costs - Cancellation by 3 months before the conference leads to the payment of 50 % of the original bill. - After that or by no-show there is no refund of the exhibition cost - Cancellation has to be indicated in a written ( or telefax) form and are valid after confirmation by mes. 4. Installation and dismantling of the stand Costs which are due to delay at installation or dismantling of the stands are at the expense of the exhibitor. The times for installation and dismantling will be announced in time in a written form. There is no right to get access to the stand if the exhibitor does not appear within the time limit prescribed. Afterwards the organizer disposes free of the stand area. An early dismantle is not allowed and there will be a penalty for nonperformance of All damages caused by the exhibitor are at his own expenses. 5. Design of the stand Maximal height of the stand is 2.50 m. The indicated lines must not be exceeded. 6. Advertiesement Distribution of brochures is allowed only inside the stand 7. Taking pictures The organizer is authorized to take and use pictures from exhibition stands for own purposes and general press releases 8. Liability and security The organizer is liable only within the scope of the legal obligations. The Exhibitor himself is liable for any damage to persons or property, which are caused by himself, his delegate or are due to the setting up or dismantling of the booth or due to his exhibited goods. There is no responsibility to damage of other persons or properties. 9. Cleaning The organizer takes the final cleaning and disposal of waste. Therefore a lump-sum is imposed to the exhibitor as stated in the contract. With consignation of the registration form the terms and conditions are be deemed to be binding. Additional to these agreements the terms and conditions of Medical Event Solutions GmbH apply. They can be viewed at the organizer s homepage under
