The Promotion 1.1 Skrill and NETELLER are awarding one headline prize. 1.2 We are also giving away runners up prizes of 20 ipad 4 Mini 16gb, 20 Fitbit Charge, and 40 /$50 across the 4 week Promotion Period. Cash will be paid directly into the winners Skrill Wallet / NETELLER Account. 2. The Promotion Period The Skrill and NETELLER Be your own boss promotion runs from Monday 15 January :00 until Sunday 13 March :59 (the Promotion Period ). 3. Eligibility Criteria 3.1 In order to participate in the Skrill and NETELLER Be your own boss promotion, you (the Participant ) must: Have a registered account with either Skrill or NETELLER, as the case may be in accordance with the relevant terms of service ( Account ); not use your Account for commercial purposes; not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Paysafe group companies; not be a service provider or a direct family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies; be at least 18 years of age; not reside or be located in any country that Skrill and NETELLER, as the case may be prohibited from offering Accounts; and not reside in the United States of America The above mentioned are collectively referred to as the Eligibility Criteria 3.2 Once you have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria you shall be considered an eligible participant for the purpose of this Promotion (a Participant ). 4. Eligible Transactions 4.1 Successful send money transactions made from your NETELLER Account to any NETELLER Merchant or from your Skrill Account to a Skrill Merchant during the Promotion Period and Successful Person-to-Person payments through your NETELLER Account or your Skrill Account shall also be considered eligible transactions ( Eligible Transactions ) for the purposes of this Promotion. 4.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:

2 4.2.1 Uploads to and withdrawals from your Account; Transactions between linked Accounts with NETELLER or Skrill VIP status Transfers from your Skrill Account to your NETELLER Account or vice versa unless explicitly mentioned in the Boosts (as defined in clause 5.3 below); Transactions through your NET+ Card or Prepaid MasterCard unless explicitly mentioned in the Boosts (as defined in clause 5.3 below); 4.3 Skrill and NETELLER reserve the right to disregard any Eligible Transactions for this Promotion that they, in their sole but reasonable discretion, deems an abuse of the Promotion including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Account holder. 4.4 For every transaction (regardless of value) in Eligible Transactions you make during a week, you will earn one entry into that week s Prize Draw for a chance to win. You are allowed to have a maximum of 10 entries per day. You will automatically accrue entries when you transact with Skrill and/or NETELLER, as applicable between the weekly Prize Draw dates. Your entry total will accumulate throughout the 4 week campaign, however participants must make at least one transaction each week to be in with a chance of winning the corresponding weekly prizes. 5 Prizes 5.1 There will be 4 Prize Draws during the Promotion Period, as detailed in the below table. Winners will be drawn at the end of each week during the Promotion Period ( Weekly Prize Draw ) from both qualifying Skrill and NETELLER Account holders. 3 5.2 To increase your number of entries, you can complete a series of actions as defined on the promotion page ( Boosts ). A new Boost will be released every week and to be counted, they must be completed during the available period as detailed below. Each Boost is worth 5 extra entries and will be added to your total number of entries within 48 hours of completion. Boost entries do not count as part of the maximum 10 daily entries but will be added on top. Each Boost during the Promotion Period will be detailed in the table below. Before completing a Boost, Participants must first make an Eligible Transaction to earn a minimum of one entry into the Skrill and NETELLER Be Your Own Boss promotion. Participants who do not have at least 1 entry will not be eligible to receive Boost points. 4 5.3 It is possible to earn entries and achieve boosts with the same transaction. For example, if you transact 3 times in week 4 you will earn a total of 3 entries whilst also achieving the boost, meaning your will earn a total of eight entries. 5.4 Prize winners will be contacted by and/or phone call through the contact details that are known to either Skrill or NETELLER. Where possible this contact will be made within 72 hours of the prize draw taking place. 5.5 We will take reasonable effort to notify winners. However, if we are unable to contact winners or if the winner has not responded to us within 2 weeks of the announcement, then we reserve the right to revoke the first winner and randomly select a new winner or to revoke the prize completely. 5.6 All winners of the weekly Prize Draws will be contacted by us and offered the corresponding Prize. 5.7 Where possible, non-cash prizes can be exchanged for cash which will represent 80% of the value of the prize itself as determined by Skrill and NETELLER. Cash alternatives will be paid directly into the winner s Account. The decision to offer a cash alternative will be made by Skrill and NETELLER at their sole discretion and that decision is final. 5.8 Winners agree that some of their personal information (first name, surname initial and country location; for example John D from Germany) can be published on different Paysafe Group channels including but not limited to s, social media and online broadcast. 6. Legal Recourse 6.1 This Promotion is brought to you jointly by Skrill Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales under company number whose registered office is at 25 Canada Square, London E14 5LQ ( Skrill ) and Paysafe Ltd., Compass House, Chivers Way, Cambridge, CB24 9AD, UK ( NETELLER ). By entering the Promotion, the Participant accepts these Promotion Terms and Conditions. 6.2 The present Promotion does not apply to residents of the United States of America. 6.3 Skrill and NETELLER reserve the right to end the Promotion at any time in their sole discretion or to make changes to the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing Participants by sending an to the address registered with the Participant s Account or by amending these Promotion Terms and Conditions. 6.4 Skrill and NETELLER reserve the right to remove Participants from the Promotion where they have reason to believe that Participants have breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Account terms of service as applicable, or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures.

5 6.5 All decisions by Skrill and NETELLER are final and binding. 6.6 Skrill and NETELLER are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 6.7 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Skrill and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England. 7. If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 8.
